Now that I've branched out into spinning my own yarn, I've been thinking of something fun I could create for a spinning accessory.... and now we've got it!

This is a 1/4" W x 5 1/5" L (length of dowel to end of wire hook) wooden spinning wheel orifice hook, with a cute flamingo burnt onto a 1" wooden ball. They are stained & waxed for a smooth finish. The hook is twisted 20 gauge wire. This orifice hook should work with most commercial spinning wheels.

You can purchase this little cutie plain, or customized. I can put your name on the dowel, your wheel's name, your favorite short saying, the possibilities are endless. And the price INCLUDES personalization!

If you would like a little eye wire on top of the ball for putting a ribbon or yarn in for hanging just let me know. I'd be happy to do that at no additional charge.
Also let me know if you have certain requirements for your hook, like a longer wire hook for example. I can make these adjustments for you.

Please measure & re-measure your orifice opening to make sure this will fit your wheel. The hook & dowel are 1/4", so you will need at least 5/16" for your opening. Custom items can not be returned.

These yummy Oreo Cookie-like tape measures are fun items to have or give as gifts. The cover is hand crocheted by me with 100% acrylic yarn. Totally fat free!

The plastic case contaings a retractable, non stretch fiberglass tape, 60 inches long and with metric on the reverse side. Each tape measure is approx. 2 1/4" wide x 3/4" depth.

A must for all knitting & crochet bags!

Here is my version of a silk worm. Keep an eye on these silly little worms, you just might catch them snuggling in with your silk yarns! :)

I personally made these by hand, with no molds. These stitch markers are made from polymer clay, baked for hardness & durability with a glaze applied. A one of a kind item, they look similar but no two are exactly alike! The Silk Worms are approx. 1/2" tall. This set fits up to a size 10.5 US knitting needle (6.5 mm). They come hooked on a 2 inch kilt pin which can be used as a stitch holder!

Attach them to your knitting bag so you always have them available, or just as a cute decoration to any item. They would make a great gift for a knitter you know! The pictures just don't do them justice, even cuter in person!
