This adorable cowgirl tag, with it's coordinating envelope, is made of red cardstock and is embellished with precious stickers, transparencies, red paper rickrack, scalloped edges and vintage *faded* yellow crepe paper.
The cowgirl tag is tied on to the large red tag with single seam binding tape in a cute bow.

The boot sticker in the upper left hand corner has a kickin' cowboy boot on it and the words "KICK UP YOUR HEELS" on a banner across the boots. It's so cool!

The coordinating envelope is a legal size envelope that fits the tag perfectly and as you can see in the photos, has been stamped on the front with a darling swirl!

And, there is plenty of room on the back to write a note!

ATC - GRACE

This ATC (Artist Trading Card) measures 2 1/4" X 3 1/2" and I used a regular playing card as the base for it.
I covered the top with an entry door from a collage sheet from Paper Whimsy and then painted on gesso wiping it off quickly to simply soften the front door some.
I added five blue staples and some scalloped ledger pape to give the ATC some depth. I also put a clear acrylic circle over Grace's face to call attention to it. Her name, Grace, is written across her dress, too.
Using the gesso on the background, the door, did a lot to give it a vintage look and I am very pleased with the way it looks.

ATC - BIRDS SINGING WITH SIMPLICITY

This ATC (Artist Trading Card) measures 2 1/4" X 3 1/2" and I used a regular playing card as the base for it.
I used a sweet blue and white floral patterned paper as the background along with some torn vintage ledger paper.
There is some fabulous vintage gold trim along the top of the ATC and some vintage black and white striped rick-rack along the bottom. These trims add so much to this piece!
There are five birds stamped on the front of the ATC along with a brown small tree/twig along the right side of the card. The word "simplicity" is printed on blue sticker paper right about the sweet singing birds.
A really special ATC!

ATC - 2 DIVIDED BY 1 EQUALS PRECIOUS BABY BIRDS

The base of this ATC is a playing card that measures 2 1/4" X 3 1/2". It is covered with a sweet blue and white patterned paper with a hint of pink.
I have attached a vintage division flashcard (2 divided by 1) onto which is stamped a bird's nest nestled in a tree and full of precious baby birds. Their parents are feeding them their lunch against the aged background of the division card.
At the bottom of the ATC I have wrapped lilac ribbon and tied a bow around a wee bouquet of dark pink millinary flowers.

Measures approximately 4 1/2" X 6 1/2" and has a sweet white bow tied at the top of the tag.

The tag is a mixture of blues and has a torn piece of sheet music across part of it. There is a glorious white wedding cake die cut that is adorned with glitter - white on the cake and pink on the roses that decorate the cake.

There is a sweet cake topper on the top of the towering cake and across the middle of the cake/tag is a strip of white paper with this scripture written on it:
"1C13:7 Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes.."
And, I have used clear glitter along all of the sides of the tag which really makes it pop!

This tag would be wonderful to write a sweet note to the couple being married and putting your gift check with it as your gift to the bride and groom, it would be precious as a tag attached to a gift sack or wrapped present, or simply a wonderful 'card' wishing the bride and groom well.

These tags measure approximately 3" X 5" and are a scanned image of a vintage postcard.

This wonderful card measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2"and comes with a matching envelope. Both are protected by a cellophane envelope.
The envelope is decorated with "envelope art" making it a piece of art in itself.

The definition of "blush" is on a piece of chalked cardstock at the bottom of the card. It reads, "blush....1. to become red, esp. in the cheeks or face, as from shame, modesty or confusion; to flush. 2. To grow, or be, red or rosy."

There is no sentiment on the inside of the card so that you may use it for any occasion.

ITS A GIRLS WORLD SHADOW BOX

This wonderful shadow box measures 8 3/4" high x 6 1/4" wide x 2 1/4" deep when the box is closed.

I used a vintage cigar box to make this IT'S A GIRL'S WORLD shadow box.
The front of the shadow box is a collage of many pictures, glitter, gold foil, tags and a heavy metal faux door handle.

Inside of the cigar box I did two scenes.
On the left I used three women friends; very angelic with their glittered wings. I used patterned paper for the background and have the friends sitting on a large wooden ruler (paper).
And, there is a beautiful blue bird covered with flowers swooping down to deliver a love letter to one of the lucky ladies.

The right side of the shadow box has a stern woman standing in front of a cannon on which two men friends, Thomas and Jack, are seated.
Her crown is made of copper w/ glitter tips and her boy toys are wearing clown hats.
Roses adorn two of the corners of the shadow box and a pretty pink chandelier is hanging in the left hand corner.
There are large black pompoms along the base of the scene.

The sides of the box are covered with cigar box papers and gold foil scalloped trim.
The back of the box is covered with patterned paper and has a faux Fairy Post 35 cent stamp.

FAIRY TEA PARTY SHADOW BOX ROLLING ON A VINTAGE SKATE

This piece measures 10" wide x 9 1/4" high x 3" deep and is made out of a cigar box mounted on a vintage roller skate.

The pictures will show you that this precious tea party is being hosted by a wee fairy.
Her guests are her favorite four dolls all decked out in wings and party hats!
Oh, they're having such a good time.

The cigar box is painted with a base of cream acrylic paint and then dry painted with a pretty pink. It is adhered to the vintage roller skate with E6000 glue.
The inside walls are covered with original ledger pages and a shiny string of white "pearls" lays along the floor. There is a gold foil border along the top of the shadow box.

The hostess and party guests are brought forward in the shadow box by vintage dominos.
There are three beautiful dried cream roses tipped in a deep maroon along the left side of the box. I have preserved them with beeswax. They are so gorgeous!

This fabulous piece measures 13" x 16" and the actual work measures 9 1/2" x 12 3/4". The frame is made of wood and has been painted a flat black.

In this particular piece I used masking tape, silk flowers, sewing, rusty bottle caps, vintage lace, a large metal nut as a hat for the baby, soft chalking in blue on the baby's dress and pale pink on the baby's cheeks, and a lot of torn and chalked paper.

The piece comes signed and dated by the artist.
You, as the buyer, will own this piece of art but the copyright remains with the artist.

The colors vary from monitor to monitor, so art may appear darker or lighter, [sometimes even blurrier] than in real life - I'm sure you'll all agree that computer monitors (and in this case, the artist taking the photos of the pieces) never do artwork justice!

I have added clear irridescent glitter to her dress and there is a wonderful scripture from Psalms on a pretty blue piece of cardstock with delicate edging.

The scripture is Psalm 34:18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
This card would make a wonderful sympathy or encouragement card. It comes with a coordinating envelope and is delivered to you in a clear plastic sleeve.

This piece measures 8" X 8" *not counting the ribbon hanger*.
The ribbon is a gingham check in black and white.
The base of this piece is peg board *without the holes* - it is covered with a light purple with darker wee polka dots paper by Basic Gray with sanded edges.
There are several layers of patterned papers, ribbon, text paper, Chinese papers and brown rick-rack.
There is a vintage photo of two very sweet girls adhered to the collage of papers and three old small bolts.

I took twill "ribbon", cut into small pieces, folded it in half, stamped "F-R-I-E-N-D-S" onto them and sewed them onto a piece of black and white gingham ribbon. The ribbon was then adhered to the piece.
The last special touch are the black pom-poms that run along the bottom of this sweet piece.

MOBILRAMA greeting card

This 9 1/2" x 4" card is made with heavy cardstock and is adorned with tacky lace, rick-rack and a photograph of a trailer. On the photo I have printed "i met my man at MOBILRAMA".
The card comes with an envelope for mailing that is covered with mail art to give the postman something to smile about when he delivers it!
This card cracks me up! There really is a Mobilrama (I saw it in Indiana) and this trailer really does exist (I dare not tell you where)!

SPANISH BIRTHDAY CARD

This unique birthday card measures 5 1/2" X 5 1/2" and comes with a coordinating envelope.
The front of the card is covered with striped paper and torn double circle coordinating paper. There is a very colorful tropical bird and a library card envelope that has been stamped with due dates and the edges have been shadowed with orange ink.
There is a tag in the library card envelope that can be removed. The background of the tag has been stamped with green ink and has a torn page of spanish text. There is also a torn and chalked spanish flashcard attached.
There is a copy of a vintage photograph of a little hispanic boy on a metal horse sculpture - look closely and you'll see that the little boy is dressed for the occasion!
Blue rick-rack finishes off the tag along with red grossgrain ribbon with white polka dots.

Though most of my cards are blank on the inside, this one is special because it says, "FeLiZ CuMplEaNoS" which means "Happy Birthday" in spanish!!

DO YA WANNA DANCE greeting card

5 1/2" x 5 1/2" and made of white cardstock, this special card has a story behind it.

I took the picture of these three precious girl's on a back road in the middle of nowhere in Louisianna on my drive up north in my red convertible.
They were covering three corners of an intersection and I drove through the intersection, realized what a fabulous picture they would make and backed my little convertible all the way back to the intersection (remember I told you it was in the middle of nowhere!).
I gave them a contribution for their dance club and asked them if I could take their picture.
They were thrilled and lined up for me, all smiles!
They were each holding their signs that advertised their Pleasant Hill Praise Dancers, the United Ones, and asked for a donation - it was darling.
As I was focusing in on these three angels, I realized that the girl in the middle had her sign UPSIDE DOWN.
I didn't mention it.
I loved the fact that it was upside down.
It's a real picture of real kiddos and oh, so precious.

This great card measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" and comes with a matching envelope. Both are in a protective cellophane sleeve and the envelope is decorated with 'envelope art' which makes it a piece of art in itself!

A masculine card for any occasion as there is no sentiment on the inside so that you can add your own message.

There is a definition of "character" on the card that reads, "...personality; distinctive qualities" - it's so hard to find really nice masculine cards I hope that this meets your needs.

Measures 5 1/2" X 5 1/2" and has a coordinating envelope.
The background paper is a really pretty deep red with gold accents. Also used was some vintage music paper and coordinating paper.
There is lace running u the left side tht has been aged with brown ink. At the top of te lace is a wee bitty taag with the number 3 stamped on it. The definition of "blush" is at the bottom of the card.
There are three best friends sitting on the torn coordinating paper.
A red disc is set on top of one of the thee girl's face; therefore the definition of "blush".
The inside of the card is blank so that it can be used for any occasion.

SWEET MATCHBOX NEST

The matchbox measures 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" and is 1 1/4" deep.
I painted the inside of the matchbox a really pretty spring blue and added white polka dots for interest - you don't really see that part with the nest but if you wanted to use the matchbox for another reason, the inside is ready with polka dots!
This sweet little nest is nestled inside this precious matchbox! A pink and white garland is used for the nesting material and there are three glittered eggs and one yellow chick - just hatched out of the broken egg - resting on top of the nest.

With the nest encased inside of the matchbox you see the precious top of the box.
The "outside" of the box has been completely covered in a spring-like patterned paper with a beautiful glittery trim wrapped around the top.
There is a pretty little Paper Whimsy girl popping out of the flower on the front of the box.
I have used patterned paper to make the flower, crinkled it, attached all four of the "petals" with a large colored brad and added fine gold glitter to the edges of the petals.
There is a sweet tag hanging from the flower by DCM thread -the tag has an eggs stamped on it and is made of coordinating patterned paper.

What a sweet accent or gift for that special person - you!, a friend, daugher, mother, grandmother, babysitter, secret sister, oh, so many people would love to recieve this little breath of color!

It measures approximately 3" X 4 1/2" and is a scanned vintage postcard that I have made into a tag. There is a precious yellow ribbon on the left side of the tag. I have used either blue or pink glitter along the edges of the tag and besides telling us what sex the baby is, it makes the tag pop!

The beauty of this wonderful tag is how many uses there are for it! Oh, my gosh, it would make a perfect party favor for those attending a baby shower. There is room for the "mom" to write a short note on the back of each tag.

It could be used for BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS! How cute is that??
You could also use them as thank you notes for baby gifts!

You can see in the photograph that it was used as just that (birth announcement) by someone many years ago. The writing is so faint that you would write directly over it and make it your own. It's obviously vintage and that would just add to it's uniqueness.
