Upside Down Fluted Vase

$18.00
I sculpted this miniature vase from a white earthenware clay body, then glazed in several shades of semi-matte glaze. The carved design is like upside down Queen Anne's Lace in a fluted shape.

The vase stands 3/4 of an inch tall and is 3/4 an inch across the widest. With the dark red geraniums, the whole piece stands about 1 1/2 inches tall the way it is arranged right now.

I made the geraniums from paper, wire, and then used watercolor for dimension. The flowers are posable to your liking, or you can remove them from the vase altogether if you'd rather have the vase stand alone.

This set is 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display for anyone who'd like something special on their desk, keyboard, window sill, etc.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

Geranium Moo Card Case

$62.00
This moo card case was bead woven in a flat peyote stitch with glass delica beads in matte, metallic, and iridescent colors. I've lined the case with a soft iridescent and silver print cloth.

I worked out the design from a photograph of geraniums, and made the pattern repeat on the back, and the inside under the flap so it all looks continuous. The detailing is a wooden toggle clasp, some glass bead decoration, crystals, and a removable hook system for you to carry your case attached to something else.

The moo card case can be crammed with 12 cards, but is more comfortable with less. When full of cards, the measurements are 3 inches long, 1 3/16 inches across, and 3/8-1/2" thick depending how many cards you have in it.

Thank you for looking! ♥

Sedona Desert in a bottle

$5.00
This is a tiny glass bottle of Sedona Desert sand. Very magical stuff! I beaded the neck of the bottle for decoration, but did not glue the cork in so you can get to it and use it like fairy dust of you'd like.

This bottle is 1 1/2 inches tall to the top of the cork and the base is 5/8 inch across.

The tails of the beaded decoration are amethyst, peridot, amber, unidentified green stone, and delica beads. These stone chips are called semi-precious, so I think they are magical too.

There are probably dozens of ways you could use this talisman. I like tiny things for keyboard art. They fit perfectly on the top of the keyboard where I can enjoy them all day, not to mention the good luck I'm probably getting from the special sand!

Mod Poppies Vase

$16.00
I sculpted this miniature vase from a white earthenware clay, and carved a mod poppy design. All of the glaze colors are glossy and bright.

The vase stands 15/16 of an inch tall and is 7/16 an inch across the widest. With the flowers, the whole piece stands about 1 7/8 inches tall.

The little flowers started out being real dried flowers that I have altered. I took the fragile stems off and replaced them with very thin wire for better durabilty. The flower stems are posable to your liking, or you can remove them from the vase altogether if you'd rather have the vase stand alone.

This set is 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display for anyone who wants a splash of sunshine sitting on your desk, keyboard, etc.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

Arts and Crafts Low Bowl and Frog

$22.00
I sculpted this miniature vase from a white earthenware clay body, then glazed with several different shades of green and aqua matte glaze. The flower frog was glazed the same, and is removable from the vase.

The bowl stands about 3/16" tall and is 7/8 of an inch across the widest view. The flower frog is a little over 1/4" tall and 7/16" across the wide view.

The flowers are made with paper and wire, and meant to look like wild tulips. I'm not sure if there are such a thing as yellow and blue tulips, but I've had a thing for this color combination lately, and love how they turned out :) The flowers can be posed, or removed if you like your pottery to stand alone. I added the leaves at the last minute, and they are just stuck in the holes of the frog. They don't have wire backing to them.

This set is in scale for 1:12 size dollhouses, but definitely made for adult collectors. It would be a lovely display piece for anyone who likes pretty little things too.

Thank you for looking! ♥

Blue and Black Texture Vase

$16.00
This simple form vase was sculpted from white earthenware, then instead of doing my normal carving a design, I let the glaze do the decorating. The blue background is a deeper shade of blue than my monitor shows, almost cobalt. The texture is black, in miniscule relief that feels good to touch.

The vase stands 15/16 of an inch tall and is 1/2 an inch across the widest. With the flowers, the whole piece stands just over 2 inches tall the way I arranged it for pictures.

I made the flowers in two of Etsy's favorite colors (brown and pale blue). They are made from paper, wire, and watercolor. The flower stems are posable to your liking, or you can remove them from the vase altogether if you'd rather have the vase stand alone.

This set is 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

You can pose them to your liking, or remove them from the vase if you'd like something else.

This was made in 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or collectible.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

With the Aspen branch, the set is about 1 3/4" tall.

I made the Aspen branch and leaves from paper, wire, and watercolor. I went a little heavy on the reddish-orange, could have had a bit more golden yellow to be authentic, but I like how they turned out anyway :)

This set is in scale for 1:12 size dollhouses, but definitely made for adult collectors.

Thank you for looking! ♥

Flamingo in Water Lily Bowl

The flamingo was sculpted over a wire armature, so was actually built in stages over many firings.

This flamingo set is not quite the same style as the 1950s Flamingo Lake sets I've made before. This one is more Art Nouveau in theme. The bowl is larger than the low bowls from the 50s too, more like a punch bowl size for a center piece.

The bowl stands about 1/2" tall and is 1 1/8" across the widest. The flamingo frog stands at 1 1/8" tall alone, and about 1 1/4" with the bowl.

This set is in scale for 1:12 size dollhouses, but definitely made for adult collectors.

Thank you for looking! ♥

He's a cookie cutter style, with the design only on the front. The glaze colors are dark green and blue for the body, and white with a spattering of rich medium blue for the wings.

He measures 2 inches long not counting the hanger, and is 2 1/2 inches across the wingspan.

The hanger is made from glass delica beads, a pair of porcelain white beads, blue crystals, and a focal bead from BeadForLife.

The women of Uganda started the BeadForLife program to help impoverished families, and give women work. The motto for BeadForLife is Eradicating Poverty One Bead at a Time.

This ornament isn't seasonal, he would be lovely as decor all year long.

I glazed the tiny tray and decanter in black, and the cups in white.

The tray measures an inch across and is about 1/16" tall. The decanter stands 11/16" tall, and the little cups are 1/4" tall and 1/4" across the top. It's kind of tricky to get all of the pieces to stand on the tray at once, but the decanter isn't perfectly round, so it does all fit if you set the decanter sort of sideways.

This set is 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse, or anyone who likes collecting tiny treasures.

Thank you for looking! ♥

There are at least 2 shades of blue rhinestones, maybe a third shade too, depending on how the light strikes them.

The earrings are 1 1/2 inches long and about 5/8 of an inch across the widest. They are in great condition, no missing stones. The silver metal they set the rhinestones in looks like brushed silver, but I know it isn't real silver because they didn't tarnish at all.

There are no markings on this pair, and I can't picture which era they were made in by thinking of old movie stars.

Thank you for looking! ♥

I would call the look of the setting to be aged copper, but I am not positive it isn't something else.

The brooch measures 1 3/4 inches across the widest view, and 1 3/8 inches from the top of the fan part to the bottom of one of the leaf shapes. The colors are really active going from shades of blue to whispy white, and around detail edges, it is sort of sienna outlined.

The teapot has a removable lid, will hold and pour liquid, so is fully functional just like a full size teapot. It is more squat than my other teapots, but still a little larger than a tea for one.

This teapot is 3/4 of an inch tall to the top of the finial, and 1 1/4" across the widest view from the end of the spout to the outside edge of the handle.

This was made in 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or collectible.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

They can be used to dip things, for sushi, or whatever your own needs happen to be right now.

I made the bowls from white earthenware clay, then glazed in my latest favorite glaze. The glaze is mostly matte, but has a sparkle to it, and sort of gloss here and there.

The color is a soft sea green with a goldish spicy patina, and the glittery part is hard to describe. The glitter is very subtle, and may be silver or ice blue.

The bowls measure just under 2 1/2" across the top, just under 1 1/4" tall, and has a base diameter of about an inch.

Thank you for looking! ♥

::::I glazed this set of bowls with a commercial glaze by Mayco. The label states the glaze is Food Safe and Non-Toxic. I have used my own set of bowls in the microwave and washed them in the dishwasher with no change to the glaze over the past year of use.

Hope you feel the same way, because this piece has a lot of bubbles.

The ribbon is two-toned red and green with a lot of shimmer to it. With the flowers, the set is about 1 7/8 of an inch tall the way the flowers are arranged now.

The flowers are posable, and not glued down should you want the vase as a stand alone piece. I didn't make these flowers, but did alter them a little by painting the wire stems a darker shade of green.

This was made in 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or collectible.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

Super tiny miniature Vase

The glaze is shades of green and antique brown, in a semi-matte finish.

The vase is small, even for a miniature. It stands 9/16" high and is 3/8 an inch across the widest. With the little sunflowers, the set measures about 1 1/4" tall the way I have it arranged for pictures.

The sunflowers were made from paper, wire, and water color. The flowers are posable, and you can remove them from the vase entirely should you want the vase to stand alone.

The scale is 1:12 size, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display for anyone who likes to surround themselves with tiny bits of cheer.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

Oversized Plaid Heart Ornament

$12.00
This plaid heart is oversized compared to most ornaments. It measures a little over 4" across, is 3 1/4" across the diagonal measure, and a little over 1/8" deep.

I made this heart from white earthenware clay. The plaid was done with underglaze color, fired again with clear glaze, then I used a pearl lustre. The pearl luster doesn't really show when you look straight on, but catches light and gives an iridescent sparkle that also makes the plaid design appear to be a slight raised relief.

The colors are white, pale orange, red orange, lavendar, purple, and red. The heart has an oraganza ribbon with gold shimmer to hang it somewhere. I kind of thought these hearts were more for the wall than a tree when I made them, but they could be a tree ornament too.

Thank you for looking! ♥

I think the glaze turned out gorgeous, and the delicate brown ribbon gives the whole piece the feeling of "treasure" to me.

The glaze is a lovely seagreen with patina, and it also allows for a bit of the white clay to show through too. I carved the dragonfly in a low relief, and the glaze turned a slightly different shade of green on parts of him.

The piece measures 1 3/8" across and 1 1/2" from the top of the bail down. The glaze is on both sides so it's smooth.

The first two pictures are closest to the seagreen color, the other three look too green on my monitor.

Thank you for looking! ♥

This piece would make a lovely ornament for a tree before decorating yourself. I ended up firing this piece many times to get the variations in color and dimension. Was going for a sort of bronze look on the simple form, but ended up liking the final result much more than what I first had in my mind :)

The vase stands 15/16 an inch tall and is about 9/16 of an inch across the widest. With the Iris, the whole piece stands about 2 1/8 inches tall the way it's arranged right now.

I made the Iris from paper, watercolor, and very thin wire. The stems can be shaped any way you like, or removed from the vase entirely if you'd rather have the vase as a stand alone piece.

This set is in 1:12 scale and would be suitable for an adult dollhouse, or elegant collectible for anyone who likes tiny treasure.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

The design is leaves that I carved and built with flower buds in a high relief.

I made the wild blue tulips (maybe they are large crocus), from paper and watercolor, and they are built on the thinnest florist wire I've ever seen. They are posable, and just loose in the vase.

This set is suitable for a 1:12 Scale adult dollhouse or display piece for anyone.

The vase is almost exactly an inch tall and 5/8" at the widest. The moon was glazed in a pretty tropical blue that crackled a little, and the star is a yellow that is sort of wheat colored.

I used an organza ribbon to tie these two pieces together into one ornament. There's a bow at the top where you drape it over a tree branch instead of a traditional hook. The glaze is a white base, with a black texture glaze over.

It's the black glaze that makes the tiny crackled look. It has a great design, because it changes on each side. Some of the crackle is miniscule, and some looks like little paths have been made through the glaze.

I made the roses from very thin wire, glue, and paper. The stems are just sitting freely in the vase, and can be removed if you'd like the vase to stand on its own.

The vase stands an inch tall, 11/16" across the widest, and about 2" tall with the flowers the way they are currently posed.

This piece is suitable for an adult dollhouse or collection.

Thank you for looking! ♥

The pearl luster gives the box a wet look with an irridescence you might see in water naturally.

The box is 2 3/8" tall to the tip of the seal's nose and is just over 2" across the widest part of the lid.

Thank you for looking!

I don't actually have any love potion number 9 to fill it with, but the cork fits tight, and the bottle is glazed inside, so it's all ready to hold the magical liquid.

The love stamp came from a vintage brass wax stamp I have. The word "love" and lips are the design of the stamp. The very top of the cork is a squarish red glass bead that compliments the other beads I used for decorating this special potion bottle. Another feature is a loop of beads to help you hang on to the bottle, and have it hidden in your hand "palmed" if you need to.

With the finial, the whole piece stands 2 7/8 inches tall, and 1 1/2 inches across the widest view.

Thank you for looking! ♥

The design is dimensional, and swirls around the back where it meets at the bottom. Every side gives you a totally different look :)

The vase stands 15/16 inches tall and is about 3/4 of an inch across the widest. I didn't make this set of roses. They are some sort of plastic with wire inside so they are posable, and removable from the vase if you have something you'd like better, or like the vase on it's own.

I sculpted this vase in 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display.

Thank you for your interest! ♥

The design is a simple diamond shape repeating, and the charm is a large pentacle shape. The charm has been altered to look old with a copper oxidation.

The choker ties on with strips of black leather. The beaded part is 11 3/4 inches long. The leather strips are 11 inches long each, so there should be plenty left to go down your back a bit.

She is holding a small dragonfly who is completely posable and can stand on his own.

I created her from polymer clay over a wire armature without using any molds, then dressed her in silk with with a wreath of tiny flowers I made from fabric and jute threads.

Her wings were created by covering a wire skeleton with clay, then adding two different colors of iridescent film, they are attached, and can be gently posed.

She would be about 4 1/2" if she were standing. I originally planned on a few pond fronds for a background in the display, there are 3 tiny vases I attached at the back of the base for the removable palm fronds. The sand on the display is Sedona desert, so has a bit of magick too :)

The large crystal formation she's sitting on is very heavy, and I apologize for the shipping cost this will cause.

Thank you for looking at my desert girl fairy and dragonfly!

It is the Capital City of the Land of Oz, which is justly considered the most attractive and delightful fairyland in all the world..."

"The Emerald City of Oz"
**** Frank L. Baum

Ozma is the girl Ruler of Oz, beautiful, and beloved. My rendition of Princess Ozma is somewhat fairy or elf like, as I personally imagine so many of the people living in Oz.

She was made from Kato and Puppen, over a wire armature. She is fully clothed, her dress and cape are a beautiful iridescent silver lame' type fabric fitting for a Princess.

Her hair was styled from mohair and has oversized poppies as are her signature style, with the larger part of her hair style wrapped in criss-cross gold ribbon. Her shoes are leather, with sparkly rhinestones, and micro beads.

She stands at just under 5 1/2 inches tall. Her septor is made of fancy crystals, micro beads, silver beads, and is about 4 inches tall. The stand is an altered wooden plaque.

Princess Ozma stands on a bit of yellow brick road, surrounded by saucer sized poppies that grow right on top of the grassy knolls in Oz. She is removable from the plaque, but would need help of a doll stand without it.

Thank you for looking at Princess Ozma!

I made a top for this bottle out of the clay too, and it fits snuggly should you want to use the bottle for liquid :)

The bottle with the top measures 2 3/4 inches tall, is 1 1/2 inches across the widest, and the top opening is 1/2 an inch across. The bottle is fully glazed inside, the top has a bit unglazed in the cork area to get a tight fit.

Spooky Ghost Red and Black Vase

$18.00
This vase is perfect for a haunted house setting. It has a base glaze of blood red and a black specialty glaze that made a really nice design of sooty looking paths and subtle drips down the sides. The best surprise on this vase was the ghostly figure that showed up! You can see a face on the front, and a whispy ghostly shape on the back too.

The vase stands just a hair over an inch tall and is 3/8 an inch across the widest.

I didn't make the roses, but did alter them. They started out as white rose buds made from mulberry paper and wire. I painted them black to go with the theme of the vase.

This piece is 1:12 scale, suitable for an adult dollhouse or display.

Thank you for your interest! ♥
