Do you know a postman? a cyclist? a king of the grill? Does your loved one love to garden? run and hike? Are you batty about baseball or goofy for golf? All of these types and many more need a cool tie to help them beat the heat. Better yet, get two so you (or they) are ready for anything. If you order today, it could be on its way tomorrow!

These ties keep you cool for fun in the sun. They're 42" - 44" long, with a 2" x 18" section filled with nontoxic water-absorbing crystals. Soak a tie in cold water 30 minutes or until the crystals turn to gel. Tie it round your neck or head to stay cool while exercising, gardening, or traveling. You can also use one as a cool compress for sprains, since it can be tied in place. When it starts to lose its cool, refresh in water for a few minutes. Hang to dry (takes several days indoor). Hand washable with a mild soap. 100% cotton with polymer crystals. Made in a smoke-free home.

In the summer I keep one in the fridge and wear it at work because the AC can’t keep up with the Texas heat. The wet tie can be put in the freezer for 10 minutes or so, but don’t leave it—the crystals may burst. You can speed up the drying process with a short period in the dryer if you have a rack.
