Stranger Than Paradise - gray sculpted dress

I built this dress from scratch from recycled fabric. And by scratch I mean from hand-cut pieces, no pattern, no brakes!

It's made from soft slightly thick mid-tone gray cotton jersey. It has a textured breastplate, floppy short angel-style sleeves, tapered waist panel, and a full flared skirt. One of a kind, absolutely! Sewn with visible brassy green-gold thread.

• fabric: cotton jersey
• rough size: Medium / Large - my model in in my medium range, it fits her but is a bit baggier
• actual measurements: bust 42 inches (107 cm), waist 44 (112 cm), hips full - 60 inches (152 cm), length 41 inches (104 cm)

The measurements I've given are of the actual garment - you should allow room for ease, although most of the cotton jersey pieces have plenty of give. Ask me if you have questions. I have a free measuring guide to send you if you need help measuring yourself.

Red and white pinstripes and blue and white pinstripes in soft tones make this a super friendly shirt.

It has a full flared bottom panel and flared cuffs - but wait! it also comes with a matching pair of handwarmers.

Sewn with visible dark mustard gold stitching.

the puffball - super poofy dress in gray and black

Superpoofy dress in black and gray. Oh the skirt! It's super full, pleated and shirred and dramatic in all good ways. Capped sleeves.

Sewn with visible black stitching on top. I made this from scratch without a pattern, definitely one of a kind!

Fairly lightweight - the black is a slinky rayon/lycra knit and the bottom is matte crepe-weight polyester. Machine wash and dry.

• fabric: rayon/lycra knit, crepe poly
• rough size: Medium / Large - especially large in the waist and hips. If it fits in the bust and the length works for you, it fits.
• actual measurements: bust 40 inches (102 cm), waist 46 (117 cm), hips full! - well over 80 inches (203 cm), length 41 inches (104 cm)
