Cute pouch with a wristlet strap and cotton fabric in white with black circles and dots. A woven ribbon in cream with a ruler print is on the front for the bird to observe. A complementary grey zipper finishes the back.

The whole pouch has been reinforced and top stitched with careful detail to ensure sturdiness over lots of use.

The strap has a snap so you can easily put it around your wrist, a belt loop, a bench arm, or your easel. The strap measures 14" total, with the loop measuring at 8".

The bag itself measures 7.5" by 6". This is a perfect size for holding a few essentials and is fantastic for bringing your artist pencils and pens (or even travel watercolors!) along with you.

This bird is taking it on the road!

This is a wood burning on pine with watercolor tinting. It is mostly yellow ochres with a hint of pink. Whimsical and diminutive, this piece adds charm to any room.

Ragged Edge Sushi - Plate

This square plate is made from a hand-rolled slab of porcelain. It was given a graceful curve on the edges.

It was then embellished with simple iron oxide lines and dots. The iron oxide bumps up above the flat surface of the plate, making it tactile and interesting.

One edge has been left uncut, or 'ragged', which creates a lovely contrast between the clean edges of the rest of this plate.

The glaze has a matte finish, which means it is not shiny. The bottom of the plate has no glaze.

The plate measures approximately 7" x 7" and 1/4" wide.

This plate is one of a kind and will never be repeated.

This is a unique and funky wristlet/clutch featuring a stencil of an original crow drawing. This image is set upon a retro yellow cotton print of vines and flowers coupled with unbleached muslin. It is finished off with a black snap and forest green colored zipper and ribbon.

This is made with all cotton fabrics, reinforced so it will be sturdy and keep its shape after many uses. It has a back zipper, and the inside is fully lined.

On the front is a hand-carved block print of a chickadee. Stamp type next to him reads, 'tell me secrets'. Those birds are such gossips.

He is sewn onto a bright fabric of orange and black with blue and yellow flowers.

This book contains the patterns and directions for all of the knitting, crochet, and needlework projects. It has some of the patterns for the sewing - the projects which are not clothing are included in the book. Clothing patterns refer to a pattern pack that probably came with the series originally, but I do not have those. Some of the clothing patterns are drawn out with measurements and so you would be able to draft the patterns from these drawings. All instructions are included for the projects. If you need to know which clothing patterns have a drawing, feel free to convo me!

This book has light wear, with a few of the project pages 'turned over' at the top from where the previous owner was keeping place. Otherwise there are no marks or tears, it is in very good condition.
Since this is a pattern and idea book it is being sold as is with no returns.

This is a unique and funky wristlet/clutch featuring a screenprint of the original freak lamb. Beside the lamb is printed the inquiry 'want to play?'
The image is set upon a neutral striped cotton coupled with unbleached muslin. Colors in the cotton stripe include: off-white, tan, yellow, and greyish-blue. Included in the stripes is an occasional stripe of thin ribbon that is 'frayed' through. This gives the fabric a lovely vintage appeal.
It is finished off with a black snap and forest green colored zipper and sage ribbon.

This is made with all cotton fabrics, reinforced so it will be sturdy and keep its shape after many uses. It has a back zipper, and the inside is fully lined.

The strap has a snap so you can easily put it around your wrist, or as I like, around a belt loop. The strap measures 15" total, with the loop measuring at 7.5"

The bag itself measures 7.25" by 6.25". This is a perfect size for holding a few essentials - cell phone, wallet, lip gloss and keys.

This handy bag is also great for use as a 'feminine product' cozy. Tampons and maxi pads fit into it nicely, and won't get lost or opened like they would when you put them in a larger bag.

The whole pouch has been reinforced and top stitched with careful detail to ensure sturdiness over lots of use.

Very retro tote utilizing an empty but lovely burlap basmati rice bag. The side panels are soft cotton flannel in browns, blue, and rusty orange.

This pitcher is food, microwave and dishwasher safe, though for longest life I suggest handling with care...this means it will be best if hand washed.

A little bird on a pouch, looking into the future to find it's tales.

This fabric pouch is small and convenient, great for artists pencils, ipods, and other portable items that always seem to get lost in your bag.

On the front is a hand-carved block print of my chickadee. Along the left side is off-white lace. All of it is sewn on some nice, soft brown herringbone flannel using goldeny mustard thread. The whole pouch has a pretty vintage, nostalgic feel to it.

The back of the pouch has a bright yellow zipper. Sparegus is stamped on the lower half. Inside is some complimentary blue striped cotton, a little surprise just for the one who opens it.

Talking Crow Pendant - Wearable Art

This crow has something to say, and he's talking to you!

This pendant is a collage using original art, lightly frosted glass, and some lovely fabric.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features a reduced printout of an original stencil of a crow that I drew. He appears upon a corduroy printed with flowers of brown, tan, blue and some dark yellow. A typewriter was used to write the crows' exclamation, 'ey!'.

I then sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly frosted glass and soldered it together. The light frosting to the glass may appear to be cracks in the pictures, but they are just the design catching the light.

I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

The pendant measures 1 1/4" wide by 1 3/4" tall. The quarter in the picture is shown for size comparison.

Demo Button Pendant - Wearable Art

This pendant is a collage using original art, lightly frosted glass, and fabric.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features a printout of a classic electronic keyboard, in all its glory. It is set upon white fabric with a black circle and dots design. A typewriter was used to write the exclamation, 'hit the demo button'.

I then sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly frosted glass and soldered it together. The frosted glass catches the light in some pictures so that it may appear broken, but it is not.

I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

The pendant measures 1 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" tall. The quarter in the picture is for size reference.

Skullflower Pendant - Wearable Art

This pendant is a collage using original art, bubbled glass, and some lovely fabric. It is adorable, whimsical, and unique.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features a reduced size printout of my original skullflower screenprint. The skullflower is set against a pretty fabric of pink and blue flowers with yellow centers and green leaves. The skullflower looks a tad uncomfortable along its' non-skulled friends, but willing to stick around.

I sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly 'bubbled' glass (bubbles are inside the glass and are not sharp and do not change the surface of the glass) and soldered it together.

I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features a printout photograph of my vintage Yashica camera. It is set upon cream fabric with brown wallpaper design. A typewriter was used to write the exclamation, 'snap'.

I then sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly frosted glass and soldered it together.

It takes me hours to compose each collage in order to achieve a look of balanced simplicity. I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

The pendant measures 1 1/4" wide by 1 3/4" tall. The quarter is shown for scale.

This pendant is a collage using original art, bubbled glass, and some lovely fabric. It is adorable, whimsical, and unique.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features a couple sketches of acorns, which I adore, upon a light yellow and white flowered fabric. A typewriter was used to write the words 'want to collect acorns?' included in the picture.

I then sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly 'bubbled' glass (bubbles are inside the glass and are not sharp and do not change the surface of the glass) and soldered it together.

I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

Shy Lamb Pendant - Wearable Art

This pendant is a collage using original art, etched glass, and some lovely fabric. It is really special and unique.

Inspired by my larger artwork, this features my little lamb set against a background of brown, tan, and blue flowers. A typewriter was used to write the word 'shy' included in the picture. I then sandwiched the collage between two pieces of lightly etched glass and soldered it together.

The glass I used is etched with a slight design...in some of these pictures the glass may appear broken and it is simply the design catching the light.

The quarter is shown for size reference. Though admittedly Mr.Washington does look like he might have something to do with the lamb's shyness...

I get many compliments on these tiny collages, and I enjoy being able to carry a piece of art with me wherever I go.

So many sides to everything, this bird is learning to be content with not knowing anything for certain.

This is a small, one of a kind, mixed media painting depicting an image of my chickadee against a watercolor of blue, yellow ochre, and splashes of green.

The bird was hand transferred in artist ink onto shrink plastic and then sewn onto heavy watercolor paper. The entire piece was 'fixed' to ensure it won't smudge.

I used my vintage Underwood typewriter to type the words "well that's a matter of opinion" onto the picture.

It is one of a kind, titled, signed and dated on the back.

I have done my best to accurately represent the true colors of this painting in the pictures. The watermark on the full size is not present in the actual piece.

This series of work is inspired by remembered images of sitting in the school auditorium, watching old films, waiting for particles to cross the projection and dance erratically. These are my vignettes dedicated to those moments.

Squirrel Attack Ornament

What's that funny squeaking noise?

It's a squirrel, ready to attack!

This unique ornament began with a drawing of a squirrel ready to create chaos. I then hand transferred the drawing with ink onto translucent plastic which I shrunk to a sturdy 1/8" thick. Lastly, I sealed it with topcoat to be sure there will be no rub-off or fading.

The squirrel's total height is 4" and width is 1.75". I tied a lovely 1/8" ribbon to the ornament which adds another 2.5" to height, and finished it off by tying a sweet bow. This ribbon is available in the light green pictured or a cream color. Please specify a preference in the note to seller when purchasing.

The metal clip shown in some of the pictures is not included.

This ornament is fun and unusual, and will not actually attack you. It's plastic.

Each ornament is handmade and therefore may be slightly different from the one pictured here.

Autumn Study - Large Tote with Recycled Burlap and Cotton Flannel

Very retro and earthy tote utilizing an empty but lovely burlap basmati rice bag. The side panels are tan tweed-like but soft cotton flannel that has been reinforced for sturdiness. The handles are unbleached cotton canvas and more flannel. In the center is a single button to keep the top closed.
Inside lining is cotton fabric with stripes in shades of tan and white.

Bag measures:

The birds...the birds are gossiping again!

These birds are in pairs around a minty green landscape, connected by their 'words' represented by the white lines. The rim and inside of the bowl is a light spring green, giving the bowl a unique and retro look. The whole bowl has a kind of vintage art feel to it, and is lovely on a table filled with fruit or any of your other favorite edibles.

It has been hand painted onto a commercial bisque with non-toxic underglazes. It was dipped in gare overglaze and fired.

The circumference of the bowl is 31", diameter 10", height 5".

It is signed and dated on the bottom.

This bowl is food, microwave and dishwasher safe, though for longest life I suggest handling with care...this means it will be best if hand washed.

The bowl in the picture is a sample of what you will receive. Each bowl is hand painted to order, as close to the one in the picture as possible. This gives each piece a completely individual look and will be yours alone!
