Cigarboxbeads has loved these seedbeads forever! The color of the darker blue ones could be called Robin's Egg Blue...she has had them a very long time and kept looking at them and thinking about what she could do with them. Then came the Dragonfly adornment from Vintaj.....and the idea balloon over CBB's head grew!

So....I'm a 3-drop peyote beadwoven cuff, and look like a cloudy sky--my seedbeads are not uniform, but that's what makes them so lovely. I'm 6 7/8 inches ( 17.6 cm) long and 1 5/8 inches ( 14.5 cm) wide. Attached to my cuff is a gorgeous Vintaj Brass Dragonfly, and I'm clasped with loops and robin's egg blue raku beads.

Because of my delicate beauty, and my long Dragonfly Tail, I need to be taken care with, and will bring elegance to your wrist for many years.

The whole famdamily recently made a road trip from So.Ca to No.Ca, with mammam cigarboxbeads in the back seat with the terrific twins!

My seatmate--the twin closest to me, 'needled' with me...that's what she calls beading.

This bracelet was made on the way up and is named for twinnie JoJo, my needling mate!

It's a combination of dark mauve pink and a mossy green- delicas, beadwoven in three drop peyote. There are tiny moss green crystals woven in at the peaks of each triangle. The clasp is made of 2 vintage mauve pink buttons with 2 bead loops on the opposite end.

The size is 7 1/4 inches from buttons to end of loop, and is 1 inch wide.

Because of the type of weave, it is very drapey on the wrist.

There is one bead out of place colorwise- to bring you luck. See if you can find it in the picture!

We are diamond shaped, our main color delica is called 'Garnet Gold Luster' and our frills are beadwoven with light brown delicas. This is an adaption of 2 other chokers that Cigarboxbeads has created.

My base is a 15 inch piece of memory wire, covered with silver and frosty silver lined delicas in a herringbone ( ndeble) weave.

On one end of my weave, are 2 geometric triangles, (adapted from a design by Phyllis Dintenfass)with added pearl drops, crystal drops, white, clear, silver and silver lined delicas. The longest is dropped approximately 5 inches from spiral rope and swarovski crystals, the other approximately 4 inches.

The Queen Mother, on the other triangle end, is also composed of the same delicas, and pearl drops, and attached with tiny fringes.

I will fit so very nicely around the neck, with my Snow Queens, the Queen Mother, Queen and Princess- three generations of the Snow Queen together again!

My beadwoven part is composed of 3 different colors of delica seedbeads, beadwoven in a 3 drop pattern, in the style of pinstripe suit or fabric. I am 7 1/2 inches long, from the end of my cuff to the tip of my peyote beadwoven loop, and I'm 1 1/2 inches wide.

My clasp is a vintage Rhinestone buckle, that came from a stash belonging to CBB's mother-in-law, from her days of producing and directing home-town musicals.

I am netted, with vintage German lucite leaves, dripping from my net! Pretty little swarovskis are hidden in there, too.

Measured from my vintage abalone button clasp to my 2 loops at the other end-- I'm 16 1/2 inches to 18 1/2 inches long, and my netting is 1 1/4 inches wide. My vintage leaves are 1 inch long.

I am a gorgeous, sparkling netted choker--cigarboxbeads,again- bought a baggie at an antique store, filled with an old beaded necklace in the final stages of disrepair!

After years of looking at these beads, cigarboxbeads has finally used most of them in a netted design - the ONLY beads not vintage are 2 little drop beads in the toggle clasp! The vintage goodies are most likely 'charlottes', tiny bugles and beautiful golden crystal beads. The photos do not do it justice, so CBB is sorry about that. This choker/necklace sparkles! ;>)

I'm 16 1/2 inches long, my netting is 1/2 inch wide and my drops go from 1 1/2 inches to 1/2 inch long.

Depending on your neck, this could fit snugly, or loosely at the base of the neck. CBB's neck is 13 1/2 inches and this choker fits neatly at the base of her neck.

The Waiting Room Series week two necklace/pendant

The meaning of the title of this creation is- my husband had 2 strokes- one the day after Christmas and the other, the middle of January. He needs much therapy for his right side- so when I take him to his therapy, 3 days a week for 2 to 3 hours- I sit and bead.

This necklace and detachable gemstone slab pendant are the result of the first 2 weeks in the waiting room!

The necklace is 27 inches long, beadwoven in a 'Zulu' type stitch, using vintage beads from those cigarboxes I bought many years ago, bronze pearls, blue 5 sided ,gold edged beads and matte grey delicas. All the beads just seem to pick up on each other's colors in a beautiful way! If you can see the beadwoven toggle, there are vintage nailhead beads used at each end of the toggle---again from that cigarbox of beads! ;>)

The pendant is a slice of amythyst, I believe, very moody looking, and the same colors as the beads in the beadweaving. Attached to the pendant is a beadwoven bail, with fringes of those infamous beads added to the mix. The slab is approximately 2 1/4 inches long and 1 1/4 inches at it's widest point.

This can be worn together, as pictured, or the pendant can be used with another necklace, and the 'Zulu' patterned necklace worn alone- as you choose.

When CBB looked at the pictures---the name of the bracelet HAD to be marching bugs...be honest....isn't that what it looks like? ;>)))

Anyway- back to the bracelet---it's composed of flat 'lava rocks', bali spacers, delicas, cube beads and seedbeads. The clasp is a bali silver clasp, with some tiny tags silver metal tags added--*live-love-with a sand dollar*.

I'm old, new, some borrowed and blue.

My old is my blue and lavender beads, my new is my larger crystal beads, my borrowed is the idea from CCCOE Wedding ideas and my blue is also from my vintage blue charlotte beads and tiny lavender beads( yes--from a glass vial from one of those cigarboxes of beads!)

I'm a choker that can be worn snugly around the neck or loosely at the base of the neck.

I'm beaded in RAW stitch- like netting- and this portion of my around the neck length is approximately 12 1/2 inches. Cigarboxbeads has created the clasp ends so that the choker can be clasped tightly around the neck or loosely at the base of the neck. Which will make the back of the neck interesting as well! ;>)

The 'wedding knot' in my center can be worn with either side showing- one side of the knot a little more lavender than the other.

I'm am purely cigarboxbeads creation!

I'm a choker, created on a 15 inch piece of memory wire, beads strung on the wire, ending with memory caps.

I'm netted with size 15 iridescent copper brown seedbeads, peyote stitched with iridescent copper brown delicas, with pearls and crystals 'lost' in my webbing. My longest point is almost 5 inches in the front.

I was created because of the June etsy beadweaver's challenge * Anything Goes*! 'Lost in the Web' is a combination of netting, peyote and leafy fringe at the ends of my choker--'anything goes'! ;>)

Finally got a daughter to model---but one of my twin grandaughters was dressed up and wanted to model, as well! I'll post the other twin later!

It can be worn high or low on the neck, whatever your choice.
