Print is 8x10 inches, with a white border for framing. Image size is approximately 6.5 x 8.5 inches. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura Professional Photographic Paper. This paper uses a proprietary combination of film laminate layers that results in striking, three-dimensional, lasting images on an ultra-bright background. Its professional emulsion set provides extreme sharpness, brightness, and color saturation. In addition, the paper support offers enhanced durability and tear resistance.

I think my artwork translates especially well on this metallic paper. It actually brings out many of the light reactive qualities, and shines in a manner reminiscent of my original paintings. It truly seems to glow from within!

Each metallic print is mailed in a protective plastic sleeve with a white cardboard insert.

Ingredients: acrylic, beach sand, crushed glass, phosphorescent pigments, varnish, water & light on canvas.

Make sure to look at every picture! This piece really turns into a rainbow of colors with a blacklight. It's made with real California beach sand to give it unique, gritty texture. Not only does it change colors, it incorporates a wide variety of my usual techniques, making this painting the most Light Reactive it can be. :o)

Sunset Rhapsody is 12x16 inches, on stretched canvas with a 3/4" inch edge and is ready to hang. The sides are painted black. Made with artist quality paints. Signed and varnished. A light sprinkling of finely ground glass over the top of the painting makes it glimmer and sparkle in the light.

This is a bittersweet listing for me. The original painting, Nami, is no more. I created it to hang in Gen Kai Japanese Restaurant in Dana Point, CA. It looked beautiful there against the wood paneled walls and Japanese paper windows. Unfortunately, in October 2009 there was a tragic fire that burned much of the restaurant, and my painting was lost with it. :o(

I love the beach. :o) This is made with a very thick layer of real beach sand mixed with acrylic paint. The texture of the sand is jagged and rocky, and as though the painting had been cut out of stone.

This piece is 24x30 inches, on stretched, gallery wrapped canvas (1.5" inch thick edge) and is ready to hang. The sides are painted gray, with the painting itself dripping over the edges. Made with artist quality paints. Signed and varnished.

It's a very glowing light, very mysterious, and shifts between blue and purple as though it's liquid or fog, even though it's actually crystal clear. It's a very beautiful, magical light.

Based on one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen, in the North Kohala area of the (big) island of Hawaii. A storm was approaching, but it stopped and held off right above where we were standing. The sunrays burst through the clouds and gave the entire area an interesting orangey glow, mixed with the approaching lavender of the evening. I won't forget it.

I've been thinking about the moon a lot lately, in part because at certain times of year we have a perfect view of it through our high windows. The night has seemed very quiet to me. Maybe that's a factor of it being Winter, I'm not sure. And I'm not saying this painting is of the moon, our Moon, but it's definitely one of the closest representations of Our Moon that I've done so far. I didn't mean it to be. It just sort of happened that way.

Print is 8x10 inches, with a white border. Image size is approximately 4.5 x 9 inches. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura Professional Photographic Paper. This paper uses a proprietary combination of film laminate layers that results in striking, three-dimensional, lasting images on an ultra-bright background. Its professional emulsion set provides extreme sharpness, brightness, and color saturation. In addition, the paper support offers enhanced durability and tear resistance.

I think my artwork translates especially well on this metallic paper. It actually brings out many of the light reactive qualities, and shines in a manner reminiscent of my original paintings. It truly seems to glow from within!

Each metallic print is mailed in a protective plastic sleeve with a white cardboard insert.

This is one of my best (and favorite) gallery paintings. I love ancient artifacts and coins from lost worlds. My grandpa used to have many ancient coins that were just fascinating to me. It's amazing to think that someone held the coins thousands of years ago. What were they buying? What were they doing? Who were they? I love archeology.

The texture of the sand is jagged and rocky, and as though the painting had been cut out of stone. There is also a gloss sheen over the 4-section circle portion.

This painting is 16x20 inches (41x51 cm), on stretched, gallery wrapped canvas (1.5" inch thick edge) and is ready to hang. Made with artist quality paints. Signed and varnished.

It looks different in natural/artificial lighting, artificial and uv lighting combined, uv lighting only, and no light at all. (It glows!)

Print is 8x10 inches, with a white border for framing. Image size is approximately 6 x 8.5 inches. Printed on InteliCoat Magiclee Torino 20M UV Matte Cotton Canvas. The coating is designed for UV inks that will provide image stability for generations. The 100% cotton canvas is acid free and water resistant. It is highly textured, with a matte finish. It's printed with Roland pigmented inks, which can last as long as 130 years.

I think it's of superior quality, more like having a print on fabric than paper. :o)
