LOVE THIS BEAD!!!

I wasn't so sure I was going to like this bead as I was making it but now I have to say it's one of my favorites I've done. The pastel pinks and orchids with the grey silvered shards and raked Terra glass just worked beautifully together. This is 19mm x 49mm, kiln annealed and hole size is 3/32.

A very colorful bead that is similar to my Tentacles Series. The colors in this came out beautifully, the godlstone sparkles like mad even thought it is hard to see in the photo's. There is some SIS and Raku firt on the surface along with a black and white twistie. Highly textured and feels good in your hands. This is 18mm at it's widest x 48mm, kiln annealed and hole size is 3/32.

These charm clasps are hand-made using my own lampwork beads. Each one of these is custom fit to the bead and involves many steps before it's completion. I use traditional lapidary techniques to make each one of these. Once done, it is wonderful, creating a most unique piece of jewerly that you can be sure no one else has! It is made so it is interchangable with other bracelets such as Viking Knit or Tabra bracelets, simply slide it off and on!

This measures 1 1/4 inches loop to loop. Stamped .925 on the back.

A very long tubular focal with an organic stained glass design over a base of pale transparent green. The end caps are a soft pale pea green with wild vines going everywhere. Deep crimson blooms are hiding here and there in all that foilage.

This is a very LARGE bead! Best suitable used as a pendant or a necklace.

A gorgeous galaxy bead that measures 23mm x 24mm with a large 1/4" hole. I hand fitted a copper lined core with hammered copper end caps that I have stamped and gave an antiqued patina. I riveted everything in place and gave it a final polish. This was made on a black base, rolled in silver foil with additional colors of glass then encased in crystal clear. This would look lovely on a sterling chain used as a necklace.

***This bead will fit all the European jewlery systems, i.e. Troll, Pandora, Biagi and Chamilia. But, keep in mind, this is a LARGE BEAD, best suited for a necklace not a bracelet.*** It measures 25mm hole to hole, hole is 1/4 inch, and it is 27mm tall. Fully kiln annealed right from my flame into my kiln.

Single capped and copper cored focal bead. This is a BIG bead. Suitable for a neckalce or a pendant.

On a base of sky blue with ivory are gorgeous purple and bright orange dot work. I cored this with copper tubing, next I made the copper caps, hammered the design in them and give them an antiqued patina. I riveted everything in place and gave it a final polish. It is ready for your creation, to last generations to come.

I struggled taking pics of these over and over. The murrini is beautiful but just do not show up well in the photographs. I am sorry. But, these beads are wonderufl and BIG! 5 with Doulbe Helix as the base w/murrini and 2 with dark blue dichroic centers. All of then encased. I've included 4 small spacer beds are well. The 7 rounds beads measure 18mm, the spacers 5-7mm. Kiln annealed with a hole size of 3/32.

For all you quilters or felters out there or if you play with mixed media materials, here are some art glass buttons I made! They make a perfect "clasp" for your cord and braided bracelets too!

These are made from Italian glass, hand made in the flame of my Carlile torch, one by one. Each button is meticulousy hand-sculpted while the glass is in a molten state, then fired overnight, cleaned and inspected for any flaws.

In this offering you will receive the 6 buttons shown. They are appx. 14mm across the top of the flowers. From the top of the flower to the bottom of the shank they are 16mm.

From my own personal collection:

I made this bead about a year ago and decided to keep it. I do believe it is one of the nicest I've made in this style. Rather than have it just sitting around I've decided to find it a new home.

Made with premium silver glass from Double Helix this is in a flattened tabular shape. A silvered shard covers part of the base bead along with a fumed twistie. Graceful vines and leaves with one large bloom finish the bead. The back is plain with the same colors as the front side but with no flower. This could be used either vertically or horizontally. Measurement is 27x53mm tall, has a 3/32 hole and fully kiln annealed.

First, let me say, I photographed these over and over and hard a real hard time getting it right.

These beads are left in a rather rough looking state on purpose. Some of them have a definate pod-like appeal or nugget shape. I like the idea of them not being so symetrical. I used a metallic glass for most of them, the others have been wrapped with a bit of pallidium leaf and etched. They average 13-14mm hoel to hole. Kiln annealed with a hole size of 3/32.

ADANA - beautiful silvered flat tabs in a pallete of gold, purple, hints of green and blue. Each bead was wrapped in silver leaf before adding the rest of the color (not the rounds or spacers, they do not have silver leaf on them), matching rounds and spacers complete the set. Strung together as shown, wouldn't this make a pretty holiday necklace?

The focal bead is 21mm hole to hole, the 4 smaller are 18mm, the spacers are 5mm and the 6 rounds are 13mm. These have 3/32 holes. Of course, kiln annealed from flame to kiln.

This is one lampwork bead that I have set in a .925 sterling silver setting that I made. The bezel edging has a textured design. There are 2 loops for you attach your own chain or whatever. I patinaed this in LOS and the colors came out just beautiful, therefore it does not look silver in color but more like an old relic which is the look I was going for. But it is sterling. This measures 1 1/4 inches from loop to loop.

Double capped and copper cored focal bead. This is a BIG bead. Suitable for a neckalce or a pendant.

A nice etched sea urchin focal bead with bands of silvered ivory, copper green and tiny ivory pearls going round on a base of spotted lavender. I cored this with copper tubing, next I made the copper caps, hammered the design in them and give them an antiqued patina. I riveted everything in place and gave it a final polish. It is ready for your creation, to last generations to come.

***This bead will fit all the European jewlery systems, i.e. Troll, Pandora, Biagi and Chamilia. But, keep in mind, this is a LARGE BEAD, best suited for a necklace not a bracelet.*** It measures 25mm hole to hole, hole is 1/4 inch, and it is 27mm tall. ANGEL WINGS Focal Lampwork bead

Still having fun reaching outside my box and this focal bead is no exception!

The shape is unique and textured with my own hand-pulled murrini. There are "wings" pulled from the top of the bead and clear columns on each side framing the main part of the bead. The base if a pearl grey with dark ruby splashes. Bead is 35mm wide x 57mm tall, kiln annealed and hole size is 3/32.

Imagine...Loons flying overhead...leaves turning golden in the fall...and listening to their beautiful song.

Hand-shaped square beads made with golden glass and sparkling goldstone with a bit of black and white thrown in, temporarily strung together like a bracelet, just as an idea. I just could not resist stringing them this way after I made the one disc bead. But do not wear it this way, as I have not made the knots tight!

The spacers and disc are each decorated with twists of goldstone to match the sparkle in the square beads.

6 beads measure 18-19mm, the spacers are 7mm & the disc button is 7mm x 17mm. Holes are 3/32, completley kiln annealed overnight.

On a base of silver plum, that I wrapped in silver leaf, I applied rubino dots then encased them. The addition of other elements add to the organic flavor. Teeny tiny pink dots bring out the oil-slick colors if you look closely. This bead is 18x54mm and immediately placed into my kiln from the flame for annealing. Hole size, 3/32.
