Bamboo is fiber is indeed made from bamboo and produces a fiber that rivals silk (I actually prefer bamboo because it's a little softer) and is made from a renewable resource, although the process of making bamboo for spinning is a chemical process. Naturally antibacterial, and perfect for warmer weather. Handwash in cool water, line dry.

Jacob wool is from an ancient breed known for it's multi horns and multicolored wool. The wool is medium-coarse in fineness and of medium-low luster. This is not suitable for next to skin wear for some people.

Handdyed and handspun Cotswold-Romney cross wool.
124 yards, 5.25 ounces, 7-8wpi, bulky weight. Recommended needle size US 11+

This is a fleece-spun yarn handmade from handdyed wool locks. The wool was slightly teased before spinning, but otherwise keeps the original curly, crimpy quality of the original fiber. It is a one of a kind handspun orignal.

This Cotswold-Romney cross wool is a medium-high luster wool. It takes the fineness of Romney with the luster and curl of Cotswold and was one of the most beautiful fleeces I have worked with. It comes from a farm in Oregon.

Like all my handspun yarns, it was dyed with color and lightfast dyes for permanence. While I try my best to remove all the dye from the fiber, it might release residual dye in the first wash. This will not change the color of the yarn.
