I used two small shells from my childhood collection. I know the cream colored one is a cowrie. I forget the name of the cute striped shell. I made the ring in sterling silver. I soldered and constructed it. I roll printed a pattern on the backing silver of each shell. I finished the silver with a dark patina. I clear coated the shells for extra shine and protection.

I soldered and constructed this piece using mainly sterling silver materials and patterned brass. The middle piece is a recycled optical lens that magnifies. I bezel set it in sterling silver with a patterned brass backing. Inside I placed lots of precious gemstones. They are all shades of blue, teal, and clear. The stones are real. I put a piece of black leather behind them. The objects around are set in various sterling silver materials. There is a druzy quartz, plastic blue eye, animal tooth, limpet shell, animal vertebrae, and a ceramic hand. I finished the piece with a dark patina.

These shells are so cool! One side is domed, and shiny. It has green, brown, and cream colors that look like an eye. The flat bottom side is creamy white with a swirl. I had to design the setting to show off both sides. I used a gallery wire style bezel that is sterling silver. The backing is sterling silver and I cut a hole to show the swirl. I also drilled different size holes for extra decoration. I finished the ring with a dark patina. The cats eye hangs and dangles so you can wear it both ways or if it gets flipped it will still look cool.

I cast the tree branch in solid sterling silver. I found the twig in Indiana on my parents farm. I soldered sterling silver tubing to the ends of 4 twigs. I set 4 real pearls that are dyed green to look like fresh buds. The cicada is vintage glass and very gorgeous! It is domed and painted with dark green, gold , and black details underneath. I made the bezel setting with sterling silver. I finished the piece with a dark patina. The chain is gray nylon oval links with a sterling silver clasp. This is my last glass cicada.

I attached them at the necks of each head with a sterling silver ball pin. I filed, sanded, tapered, and formed the sterling silver wires that are their hair by hand. I gave them a soft satin finish. This is truly a statement piece to wear!

The concept of this purse is the idea of your hand becomes the "bait" for the shark when you hold it. Your hand goes inside the jaws. I cast the shark jaws with teeth in bronze from a plastic one. I gave it a dark with natural greens patina finish. The bag part is made from leather scrap that I hand cut, fit, and stitched. The sides are spotted rabbit fur. The back of the purse has a sterling silver hammered oval that is held in place with a sterling silver clasp. This unlatches so you can get inside the bag. I hung urchin quills with sterling silver jump rings at the bottom. Truly one of kind!

The green inside the purse in the photo with my hands opening it is just tissue paper.

I made this purse based on the quote "Penny for your thoughts". The piece is sterling silver soldered constructed by me. I cut and made the chain mail myself. The top of the head is hinged, so the top of the bag opens. The clasp has a plastic blue doll eye and a cast eyelash. I cast the eyelash myself. The lining of the bag is fake light blue fur that I stitched by hand. At the bottom of the chain mail hangs a rubber bottle nipple filled with wax broken dollies. The hair is attached to the silver with Frankenstein like bolts. The hair is fake and sewn in a plastic head. I finished the top on the sterling silver with sand blaster and gave the whole piece a dark patina.

The tooth is a deer tooth I found in the woods. No deers were harmed by me to create this piece. All the wire work is made with sterling silver wire. I finished the piece with a dark patina.

The heart is attached with nickel rivet pegs. The stainless steel necklace is made up of 50 strands of sage green coated steel. The clasp is a stainless steel lobster style. I finished the brass with a dark patina to bring out the pattern.

I carved the heart by hand from a tagua nut. Tagua nuts, when dry and hard, look like ivory so they are also know as vegetable ivory. I sawed the backing out of patterned brass. The heart has 10 real dyed red pearls in it. I used nickel rivet pegs to attach the heart to the backing. I gave the brass a dark patina to bring out the pattern. The necklace is made with 5 strands of red coated stainless steel with a stainless steel "push and twist" clasp.

I love this piece of mushroom coral! I made a sterling silver bezel with hammered edges then I drilled lots of holes along the top to weave the tourmaline beads through. The backing is a patterned piece of brass. I used sterling silver wire to stitch the tourmaline beads with. They range from green, pink, dark pink, to dark green. I used a nylon bright green chain with a sterling silver lobster clasp. I finished the metal work with a dark patina.

I created this piece based on my love of art nouveau and the book "Geek Love". The doll and wings are cast in solid silver. I cast them myself. The babies are 3d, not flat on the back. I soldered, constructed, and forged the rest of the piece. The focal stone is a beautiful druzy quartz. Above it is a real antique checkerboard cut green quartz. At the dolls feet is a real seafoam green sea urchin. I set a light blue cz in sterling in the middle of the urchin. The wings have purple czs set on them. Part of the chain has textured rings and sections of real dyed seafoam green pearls. I finished the piece with a dark patina.

I used two real coyote teeth in this ring. No animals were harmed. I set two white czs in sterling silver in the teeth. The ring is soldered, constructed sterling silver. I finished the silver with a dark patina.

The wire runs through the ends of the band and I soldered sterling silver cups on each side. There are real dyed green pearls in each cup. I finished the ring with a dark patina.

I electroformed this baby hand holding a bottle in copper from a plastic doll part. I set two 10mm orange/copper colored czs in sterling silver on the piece. One I set into the end of the bottle. The other is at the top of the wrist. I drilled through the nipple to hang the three real white pearl that look like dripping milk. I finished the copper hand with a dark patina to bring out the details and surface texture. I wanted to give this funny little hand a kind of sophisticated look that makes people look twice.

I thought it was sad that such a pretty bird was stuck in a plastic bag so I purchased it in hope of giving it new life and respect in something you wear. I think it is a pheasant and it is dyed a beautiful green. I set two black czs in sterling silver for the eyes. The sterling silver chains run though and the smaller chains have two black tourmaline chunks at each end. I put a sterling silver jump ring through the beak. The chain is black nylon oval links with a sterling silver lobster style clasp. This piece makes a bold statement and is for a strong unique person.

I made the molds for the rabbit heads from an old odd toy. I made the mold for the bodies and arms from broken doll parts. I cast the heads in green plastic I dyed myself. I cast the bodies, arms, and roses in black plastic. I used transparent green glass eyes. I set two green czs in sterling silver for the middle of the flowers. I put a sterling silver ball pin in the tops of the arms to look like joints. They do not move. The tug of war rope is a 14 gauge sterling silver wire. The chain is made from black rubber o rings and sterling silver jump rings. The rubber rings alternate from a large one to a little one. The clasp is a sterling silver magnet clasp that is easy for the wearer to put on and really strong.
