I am amazed by this dress. By the looks of the label (an umbrella) and the feel of the fabric I think this is the chic way to hang out when it is drizzling. I think it is an over the bathing suit rain dress. I am not sure of the material, it is thick but very comfortable. There are slits up either side of the thighs and a little bow detail has been pinned to the top of one of those slits. It can accent the dress anywhere or even be worn in your hair. This is the perfect vacation take along.
