Your veil is symbolic of the lovely thoughts floating in your head, and it should be just as beautiful – as it will be, if you decide to purchase my *CASEY* BirdCage Veil.

This *CASEY* BirdCage Veil is my own original design. I use the best quality Russian/French netting and attach it to a metal hair comb to assure the strength and durability of this piece (I will never use plastic, as I believe the quality is inferior). The length of this veil is 17 inches (43.2 cm), from the hair comb which attaches at the back of the head, to the other end of the netting which extends over the hair and down the front of the face. The veil is full enough to wear over hair “up-dos”.

One of the most fabulous features of this veil is the creative control available to the woman wearing it, depending on where she attaches the hair comb and by whether or not she uses a fascinator. Brides have worn my BirdCage Veils with or without fascinators of many types. If you are looking for a fascinator for your BirdCage Veil, please consider those I have listed in this shop. I have also seen brides choose to wear the hair comb attached to the hair on the back side of the head, then allow the front of the veil to lay diagonally across the face, which is a lovely alternative.

The last picture shows the “Pouf”. If you would prefer to lift the veil from your face for the reception, this Pouf is a wonderful way to keep the veil clear of your face yet still showcase it.

I use the highest quality Russian/French Netting to create my veils. The width of this veil is 9 inches (22.9 cm). The length, from hair comb to hair comb, can be custom made for you – just let me know the length you prefer. In order to determine the length you need, simply measure from the location where you would like the netting to begin on the side of your head, over the front of your face, to the other side of your head where you would like the netting to end.

Both ends of the netting are securely gathered and hand stitched to satin ribbon, which in turn is attached to METAL hair combs

You can create different looks for your BirdCage Veil, depending on where you choose to place the metal hair combs. Some brides like the front bottom edge of the veil to flutter just under the mouth, while others prefer the front bottom edge of the veil to end more towards the center of the face. Another beautiful option is to attach one metal hair comb higher on the side of your head, which would show the veil in a diagonal style.

The CARLIE Veil.

This Veil is sweet, petite, and precious! The newest addition to my collection of Veils.

I have used the best quality of Russian/French Netting. It is slightly gathered to reduce the "poufiness" and attaches to a metal hair comb. I use metal combs for durability.

This style is the most versitile of all my Veils. The pictures show the CARLIE slanted on top of the head. The Hair Comb attached to the top left side of the head. You can wear it center on the head, placed more forward, or placed more toward the back of the head.

As with most BirdCage Veils you may need to use hair pins for perfect placement as this model.
The length from the hair comb to the front tip of the netting is 7 1/2 inches.

The Black Rose Fascinator is created from a Black silk rose I disassembled and repurposed with a small red silk rose recreated in the center. Three Black Coque Feathers pop out from behind where a hair clip will secure to your hair.

The Black Veil is gathered to a small metal hair comb. This Veil can be positioned in various styles. Place the hair comb to the top back of your head. However high or low you place it will determine the length over your face. Place the hair comb on the top back side of your head for a slanted look to the front.
