Almost as big as the Eagle Owl, the Snowy Owl's main territory are tundra and upland moors. Males are smaller than females and juveniles often have lovely black and white spotted feathers.

As you can see this little fellow likes to rummage around in soil (made from dark brown felt). The back of the hedgehog motif is visible inside the card.

Western hedgehogs are noisy foragers. They love open woodland and searching for worms and slugs in urban gardens.
