Sometimes, there are beads that don't really need much embellishment to shine. The Spear Necklace features a long green kyanite briolette that I've wrapped over and over again. It hangs from a sterling silver chain that has been accentuated with tiny citrine beads for added interest.

It's hard not to love blue and brown together - it's such a lovely pairing!

My Jenny Bracelet uses this color scheme, with smooth blue fluorite ovals and faceted smoky quartz. Dozens of smoky quartz rondelles, each resting on its own handmade fine silver headpin, has been wired together for a full cluster that sits in the center. The fluorites have then been connected on each side for a balanced bracelet.

The Jenny Bracelet would best fit a wrist that measures 6.25 to 7.25 inches (15.5cm to 17.5cm) around, and closes with a lobster claw clasp. All metal used is either sterling silver or fine silver.

Sometimes a girl just wants to feel girly and feminine.

That's what I wanted to achieve with the Leah Necklace. Lovely ametrine beads have been wire wrapped together to form a lightweight chain. From this, a dark green/brown tourmaline bead has been topped with citrine and peach moonstone beads to form a pretty little pendant.

The ball headpins are fine silver and handmade by me; the rest of the metal used, including the lobster claw clasp, is sterling silver.

The Leah Necklace measures 18 inches (45.5cm) long, and has a 3 inch (7.5cm) extender chain for adjustments.

I love autumn, especially when the colors of the leaves start changing. This necklace was inspired by the turn of the seasons.

Little grossular garnet beads in greens and browns have been wire wrapped together to form a delicate chain. The pendant is a gorgeous carved serpentine bead, topped with more grossular garnets that rest on handmade fine silver headpins. The rest of the findings are sterling silver.

I love sass, and these pink drops are definitely full of spunk.

The Sassy Earrings, like its big sister the Snappy Earrings, feature fused argentium silver circles, only smaller. They have been hand formed, hammered, fused, and oxidized. From them hang fun plastic pink drops resting on handmade argentium silver headpins. The pink color is uneven on the beads; so from one angle, it looks a little lighter, and from another, it's very bright.

The Sassy Earrings measure 1.75 inches (about 43mm) long, and have sterling silver earwires. All the metal has been oxidized to a dark gray, then tumbled for shine.

Organic Bracelet 1

I love jewelry pieces that can be worn for a variety of occasions, and this bracelet fits that bill. For work, for casual outfits, for a night out - it works and that's lovely.

This bracelet was made from heavy gauge fine silver wire. I handcut each link, fused them closed into a handmade chain, manipulated them into organic shapes, hammered them for strength, then tumbled it all to a beautiful shine. It closes with a handmade S-clasp.

This Organic Bracelet measures .75 inches (13mm) wide, and 8.75 inches (22cm) long from end to end. There are two smaller links at the end for minor adjustments, so this bracelet would best fit a wrist that measures 6.75 inches (16.5cm) to 7.75 inches (18.5cm) around.

If you don't know what size your wrist is, take a piece of string or ribbon and wrap it around your wrist at the point where you wear bracelets the most. Then stretch it out against a ruler, and you've got your size.

In Hawaiian, "Iolana" (ee-oh-la-na) means to soar like a bird, and it felt so appropriate, with yellow of the sun and blue-green of the sea.

A Thai silver leaf rests between lovely faceted yellow chalcedony nuggets. A cluster of smooth garnets and faceted citrines follow, resting on handmade fine silver headpins, and lead up to delightful Chinese chrysoprase squares. Thai silver spacers are sprinkled in for shine.

The Iolana Necklace measures 19.25 inches (49.5cm) long, closes with a sterling silver lobster claw clasp, and has a 3 inch (7.5cm) extender chain. This necklace is one of a kind.

Whoever first put chocolate brown and aqua together was a genius.

The Alanna necklace uses this fabulous color scheme, thanks in large part to the artisan lampwork bead by BeingBeads. I paired that with blue topaz, andalusite, citrine, tundra garnet, and a large chalcedony oval to create a lovely pendant. Then, I wire wrapped smoky quartz beads along the chain for added interest.

After finishing this necklace, I couldn't help but think it looked a little like a spaceship or a 1950s satellite.

The Orbit Necklace features a cluster of blue topaz - each of which is perched on its own fine silver handmade headpin, then wired to each other - sandwiched between handmade bead caps for a cute little pendant. This hangs on a sturdy handmade argentium silver headpin, and dangles from a simple sterling silver chain finished with a lobster claw clasp.

From this hangs a cascade of spinel nuggets in gorgeous shades of browns, pinks, oranges, and purples. On the bottom rests an extra large, faceted amethyst nugget for weight and sparkle.

The Ann-Marie Necklace uses fine silver handmade headpins and sterling silver findings, and closes with a lobster claw clasp. Ever seen the ocean just after the storm? The dark clouds are reflected in the color of the waves when, suddenly, they open and a little shaft of sunlight hits the water, turning it for a minute back to the blue-green we know.

Almost a hundred little freshwater pearls, in a shimmering iridescent black, have been wire-wrapped together to form a handmade chain. Dangling from the middle is a pale sea green rough fluorite nugget topped with a cluster of bright orange sunstone beads.

The Break in the Clouds Necklace measures 24.5 inches (62cm) long from end to end, with a 2 inch (5cm) pendant (measured from the top of the twisted ring to the bottom of the fluorite). It closes with a lobster claw clasp, and all metal used is sterling silver, save for the fine silver ball headpins used in the sunstone cluster.

This necklace is one of a kind.
