This lamp is absolutely gorgeous. Off white ceramic with a bouquet of pink and yellow roses on the front...all trimmed out with gold. Beautiful urn-like scrolly handles on each side. Sits on a metal base with a dark patina on it. Looks to me like the socket and the wire were replaced at some point in time. Works perfectly. Comes with harp, all you need is a shade and a finial. The size of this beauty is 26 inches from bottom to top of harp and it is about 6 inches wide at its widest part. There is crazing and some of the gold is rubbed off....just perfectly shabby chic. I am estimating the shipping at a higher rate than I would normally put on my items because I am not sure how much it will cost for the extra large box, packing wrap and peanuts. Wonderful vintage barkcloth pillow. Background is bubblegum pink with yellow flowers and green leaves - there's some brown and dark orange - such a pretty combo topped off with green and white brush trim. About 22" x 14" in size. All cotton 1940s - 1950s barkcloth. Both sides have the same lovely vintage barkcloth. To give it real vintage appeal and ease of care, I stuffed it with new polyfil that is a bit lumpy. It is soft and comfy! Can be washed and dried in your machines on gentle temps, spot cleaned or dry cleaned. Fresh and unique! Thanks for looking!!

Floursack Shower Curtain

I sewed six panels of reproduction floursacks together to make this cute shower curtain. RS Distributors and Queen's Pride Flour. Colors are brown and red on a natural cotton background. Lighter weight cotton - washes well on normal settings. There is a 2 inch casing in the top, or you could use clip on rings. It is about 70" wide x 82" long. I made it longer than the traditional curtain in case someone has higher ceilings. I have it shown on a tension rod. It is too cute. Thanks for looking!!

36" curtain panels are also available at $25 each - those would be cute along with this or in the kitchen or on the back door. I may just stitch up a pair.

This is such a pretty bracelet. It looks to be handmade. Metal is silver, as best I can tell. The inlay is mother of pearl and abalone and black onyx. There is a hinge closure. Here is a rare piece of Hull pottery - it is in green. This is the first piece in this color that I have seen. The lady that I purchased this from said that Hull made it in gray too. The size is 10 inches long by 5 inches wide by 2 inches tall. It has a small flea bite on the outside of the top rim, blends in with the pattern, I did not notice it until I looked at it very closely. It is in excellent vintage condition otherwise. I love this spread. My daughter won't let me do Hurley's room around this spread, so I guess some other lucky girl gets it. I found it new, still in the package. I believe it is from the 1950s. There are wonderful pink and blue ballerinas on a cream background with gold, browns, purple and greens on the skirts and in the background. It is a twin size and has a cream cording on each side of the top of the bed. The sides drop down approximately 20.5 inches. Medium weight cotton. It is in new condition. Cottage Style Vintage Embroidery Work Pillow - XL and Fabulous

Here is another one of the vintage pillowcovers that I acquired - Looks like the lady that made this cover originally, made it from a table scarf that she embroidered. Just had to give this one a good cleaning and sew a seam or two.

The cover is a medium weight feedsack type textured cotton and the embroidery work is done with thick strands of floss in muted colors of yellow, cream, green, brown and blue. It is envelope style at the bottom of the front of the pillow so that the front panel hangs over it - it is just fabulous!

I noticed a few small rust spots that I could not remove when I was ironing it - they are on the back. She comes stuffed with a new feather/down insert and is 22 inches square - super big and fluffy for a comfy nap on the sofa or to prop you up in your favorite chair with a cup of tea and a book. The pics do not show how wonderful this pillow is - Thanks for looking!!

This is a sweet spread...it has a bubblegum pink background with sky blue, bright orangy-yellow, pinky-violet and dark forrest green designs on the top. It is in great condition except it has a faded area, about the size of an iron on the side drop, not sure what it is. I tried to get it in the pics, but it does not show up. Chenilles should just be fluffed in the dryer on a low setting for about 20 minutes - it refluffs them for optimal softness!
