This landscape was created with beautiful and delicate real flowers. I grow and press flowers myself, then let the flowers "talk to me to see what they want to become. I love to take real flowers which usually have such a short life and preserve them!

For this picture, I was also inspired by some gorgeous photos my parents took on a recent trip to Italy. I would love to go myself someday, but in the meantime, I will settle to create beautiful landscapes inspired by those who *have* been there.

This listing is for an 8x10 print of my original artwork. Printed on an Epson R1800 using Epson professional pigment inks and premium matte fine art papers.

This invitation is beautiful in its own right, but has the added character of being designed with real pressed flowers and foliage. The branch is a digital shadow from a wildflower that grows in my yard. This design can be printed on your choice of color cardstock.

This is another of my pieces of artwork created with pressed flowers and enhanced with modern technology. The ladybug began her life as a red rose petal and a seed. She nows struts on her way with a swirly trail behind her.

Personalized note cards make a great gift for anyone on your list! I use real pressed flowers to create my designs. This design has mini roses, baby's breath, cosmos, hydrangea and various leaves and wildflowers. The original flower card has since sold, but the beauty lives on in these prints.

I will personalize your set of cards with whatever name or greeting you would like. Listing is for 10 cards. I use Bickley Script font unless requested otherwise. Cards are 4.25x5.5" and come with envelopes.

The cards are placed in a protective sleeve and wrapped with raffia to be ready for gift giving.

Custom Designed Event Invitations

I will take your theme, flowers or colors and create a custom design to be used for your invitations. I use real pressed flowers and leaves to create my designs. You would receive the original design as a keepsake to remember your event forever.

Please note $35 is the design cost including your keepsake card. Your final cost will depend on the complexity of the design, number of revisions and number of prints of the design. A separate listing will be created for the remaining balance before any items are sent.

Prices listed below reflect a minimum order of 50 printed invitations. I will print less, but you will need to contact me for pricing. I am also flexible to the idea of selling the design for you to print yourself.

Design fee depends on complexity & time involved: $35 and up

5x7 printed invitations: $2.00 each includes envelope
Printing return address on envelopes: $.50 each
Invitation layered on colored cardstock: add $.30 each
4.25x5.5" coordinating card: $.80 each
4.25x5.5" folding coordinating card: $1.50 each includes envelope

Further discount may be available for large orders.

You've asked for them, so here they are! Wedding invitations with real flowers on them!

This invitation can be layered on cardstock of your color choice... crinkled cardstock as shown in pictures also available for additional .30 per invitation. Pre-cut rafia will be sent with the order.

Flower choices include pink larkspur, red roses, blue hydrangea and more. Contact me for more information.

This wrap was designed to replace the thousands of plastic sandwich baggies I've thrown away over past school years. Last year, I actually bought some of those Tupperware type sandwich holders, however, I found that my favorite brand of bread doesn't fit nicely in them (it is a wide pan bread). So, this is my solution. I measured my bread, made a pattern and this is the result! The best part about the wrap is that is serves double duty as a placemat! It is also reversible with the same fabric on both sides. Pattern placement may vary from pictures.

This wrap is made entirely of fabric, so it works great for same day use. (In other words, if you are a night-time sandwich maker, wait until morning to wrap it in this.) If you get your wrap dirty, just throw it in the wash.

Help me save the earth, one sandwich baggie at a time!

So, flowers are girly, right? I've done picture after picture, and I seem to always have a beautiful feminine feel to them. A couple weeks ago, my son needed a birthday card and I realized that NONE of my previous art really works for boys.

I went looking through my stash of pressed foliage and found the most interesting looking fall leaf. It was green with deep red spots on it. So, I was inspired to try a dragon. The third picture was my first draft. My son reminded me that "dragon's have wings". Oh yea, so now we have the final version. Enjoy!

If I, as the artist, can have a favorite picture of my own, this is it! I sold the original and have a print in my daughter's bedroom. I was so pleased with how it turned out... This sweet girl is wearing a purple petunia dress and a rose petal sun hat. Everything you see (except the path) is real pressed flowers and foliage. Even the fence began as tiger lily stalks.

Beautiful and elegant... and made to order. Need a really special and unique card? I can make an amazing card to meet your needs with real pressed flowers and leaves. Each piece is attached to the card, then the entire front of the card is covered with a protective sheet. I mail these cards in a rigid mailer and recommend doing the same unless you are hand-delivering it.
