This fantastic purse style Knotty is made with nearly no white bags. The bottom measures 12 X 10 inches with a 25 inch strap. It also has a sweet pocket inside to store a cell phone, gum, or whatever essentials you may need to carry! It doubles as a medium shopping bag in a pinch!

It has been lovingly crocheted from recycled plarn (plastic yarn) by using an "N" hook to single stitch in the round.

Stitched in single crochet with an N hook, this happening bag will start conversations wherever you go! It is made from recycled plastic bags cut up and tied into plarn (plastic yarn, y'all!).
They are especially colorful from newspaper bags (the ones they cover the paper with, wastefully!)!
It can take a lot of abuse, so load it up with bottles and cans and 6-packs! Works great at farmer's markets, too!

This charming 10 by 10 inch bag is a must for a quick trip to the store, produce, or a work bag. It is worked half-double and double crochet. It is done as one piece, so it won't unravel.
I used about 150 recycled plastic bags to make it.
It is adorable.

I use recycled plastic bags to make sturdy, reusable bags. I cut up, tie together, then roll up the plarn (plastic yarn, y'all). Using an N-sized crochet hook, I can stitch them up using 3 different stitches: single, half-double, and double. I like single crochet best because it makes the strongest bag! I take custom orders-just start a convo!
Each bag requires approximately 200 recycled bags (I collect them from co-workers, family and friends) from grocery stores, newspapers, etc to make one Knotty bag. Oh and about 10-18 hours of work! Whew!
They are an awesome conversation starter in stores and farmer's markets!
