Measures 16" made from very lightweight nylon (maybe rayon) machined lace, trimmed with cotton binding. Very cute.

Lace collars are sold as seen and come from a pet free, smoke free home but all my lace was bought at a job lot in England and I have not laundered any of the pieces, as they are so delicate and I could not live with my myself if I ruined any of it!.
