This beautiful handmade necklace is entirely hand fabricated by me and made of oxidized sterling silver.

The chain has an 18 inch span between the toggle clasp.

The pendant hangs down about an inch and three quarters from the clasp and the embossed design on the pendant is one of my limited edition designs.

The stone is a faceted Peridot.

To the one who will ultimately wear this necklace my desire was to create for you an amulet that imparts its powers of peace and serenity upon you.

Charoite is a rare and unusual mineral found along the Chary River at Aldan in Russia. Quite frankly, it is one of the most beautiful stones I've worked with and I've worked with quite a few. I find the purple hue of Charoite juxtaposed against a sterling silver band to be very comforting. If you are considering several more to create a stack of rings, I would suggest Labradorite and Moonstone to compliment the Charoite.

Known by the ancient Egyptians as the gem of the sun, peridot has enjoyed a mystical reputation with its alleged powers including: warding off anxiety, enhancement of speech articulation, and success in relationships and marriage.

This is a one of my recurring designs but no two are ever made the same. This necklace is completely hand fabricated by me in my studio.

The process of making this necklace starts with sterling silver sheet and wire which I then cut and form into the various componants of this piece. The fabrication process includes milling to size, applying the various textures to the surfaces, drilling the holes, connecting the links, soldering, filing and buffing the edges, hand forging to shape with my various beautiful hammers and oxidizing the silver with liver of sulphur and hand finishing with various abrasives to achieve the perfect finish.

Yes, there are ways to make this quicker using pre-bought findings but it would never have the appearance that this does. And let's face it, you're unique and the jewelry you adorn yourself with should be too.

This yummy necklace is entirely hand fabricated by me. It is made of oxidized sterling silver and a delicious faceted pink Tourmaline stone. Pink to red Tourmaline is also known as rubellite and is said to be the most valuable of the tourmalines when the colors are dark and rich which this one certainly is.

I made the chain 18 inches between the toggle clasp and the pendant.

The pendant hangs down about an inch and three quarters from the clasp and the embossed design on the pendant is a new pattern I recently came up with while standing on the beach in Panama City and looking at the rippled effect the ebb and flow of the waves and tide had on the sand.

This one is magical to me. My hope is that it will be for you as well.

Handmade Oxidized and Textured Sterling Silver Necklace with Citrine stone

A lot of work went into creating this beautiful necklace.

It is entirely hand fabricated by me and is made of oxidized sterling silver and an amazingly gorgeous faceted Citrine stone. I embossed quite a bit of custom design texture into one side of the silver. The other side I left smooth so that you can wear it either patttern side forward or smooth side forward for a more subdued look. It's kind of like getting two different necklaces all in one. Kind of cool.

I made the chain 18 inches between the toggle clasp and the pendant.

The pendant hangs down a couple inches or so from the toggle clasp.

The chain is very unique and eye catching. The photos describe it better than words can so look closely and you'll see what my words can't portray.

These delightful earrings are entirely handmade by me using sterling silver and faceted Peridot stones. I oxidize the sterling silver using liver of sulphur for an aged industrial look. These look terrific with any outfit.

Look closely at the silver earposts and you'll see I've balled the ends ever so slightly so that they slide easily through your pierced ears.

They dangle nicely and are about 2 inches in length.

I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed mnaking them.

Known by the ancient Egyptians as the gem of the sun, peridot has enjoyed a mystical reputation with its alleged powers including: warding off anxiety, enhancement of speech articulation, and success in relationships and marriage.

These earrings are entirely hand fabricated by me in my studio. They are approximately 3 inches in length.

I bend the sterling silver earwires to shape with several different pliers and then ball both ends of the wire so that it not only secures the oval on one end but also to give you a smooth and comfortable end to insert through your pierced ears.

I then cut the ovals from sterling silver sheet, mill to size, apply the textured surface, drill the holes, file and buff the edges, oxidize the silver with liver of sulphur and hand finish with various abrasives to achieve the perfect finish.

Last, I attach the faceted Peridot stones to the earrings then sit back for a moment to admire their beauty and marvel at the fact that someone out there in the world was made just for these earrings.

Yes, there are ways to make them quicker using pre-bought findings but they would never have the appearance that these ones do. And let's face it, you're unique and the jewelry you adorn yourself with should be too.
