Although you can't eat this gingerbread treats, it's still irresistible!

This sweet little brooch is hand sewn in caramel-coloured felt and hand embroidered in natural white thread to resemble white icing. The edges are finished in strong and pretty blanket stitch in thread to match the felt. This brooch is gently stuffed with polyester stuffing and is backed with a safety brooch pin, securely sewn on and neatened with a felt patch, so you can take your little "cookie" anywhere with you.

Your gingerbread bunny will arrive at your house in a cute handmade packet (last picture).

Brooch measures approx. 75mm (3") high x 50mm (2") wide.

This gorgeous, girly tote bag reminds me of spring blossom... perhaps it will bring you a bit of springtime freshness whatever the time of year...

The bag pattern is my own design and it's a slightly A-line shape with a narrow gusset at the base. I've added a vertical stripe of checked fabric to contrast with the straw-coloured fabric and also some duck-egg-blue ric-rac. I've then randomly sewn on buttons in pink and blue, and hand-embroidered circles in various sizes around each button. There are so many different types of embroidery stitch on this bag, that it's almost like a sampler! There is also a vintage spiral crochet motif sewn on, I think this looks just so pretty!

I've lined the bag in duck-egg blue fabric and added a handy pocket inside. The bag closes easily with a neat magnetic clasp and the handles are double-stitched to the bag for added strength. The bag is softly structured, not too stiff but not too floppy; just right.

I think this bag is pretty and dainty enough to be used for going out in the evening, but also casual enough as a day bag. Or you could just have it at home to keep your jewellery or craft project or other treasures in, and enjoy the intricate stitchwork yourself.

This cute little bag is made from recycled vintage orange stripey fabric. Orange is my favourite colour, to me it's warm and happy and I hope this bag will bring a bit of warmth and happiness to someone, somewhere...

The bag pattern is my own design and it's a slightly A-line shape with a narrow gusset at the base. This is a print of a stamp which I hand-carved myself, on black linen/cotton fabric. I used Versacraft stamping ink which has been heat-set for permanence.

The little bunny ghost is framed with an oval of purple felt with an elaborate edge and decorated with cross-stitches.

The brooch is backed with felt and a safety brooch pin which is very securely sewn on and covered with a felt patch for neatness.
