Touched - 2 - Mini art feeling

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

Please look in the 3th and 4th picture of this listing for display ideas.
You can combine as many feelings as you like and display them as you wish.
Put one on a shelf, three in a row on a windowsill or nine in a square on a little side table.
There are plenty of ways to show them off at it’s best.

A snug little patchwork blanket is all you need to feel this way...

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.

Oh, Deer - Art sculpture 7 - OOAK

I only used the shape and made a fun and unique holiday- collection out of the idea.

It certainly isn't a traditional holiday piece but will make for great conversation. How fun!

In my heart - greeting card

If you search a soft and gentle card for your valentine, stop your search because this one will melt any heart...

This greeting card is made out of white and semi-transparant paper with a print on it.
It says: 'you're in my heart and always in my thoughts'

The back of the card is blank for your own personal message.
In the card there is a small 'red heart' tucked away. This is made out of felt and has been handsewed. It is stuffed with material so it's a bit thicker than a flat piece of felt.

This card measures approximately 3,9 x 5,9 inches (10 x 15 centimeters) comes with a white envelope and is packed in a cellophane sleeve.
It will be packed in a bubblewrap mailer with cardboard not to get it bend.

Aww, so cute this ceramic flower bobby pin.

It not only brightens up your day but also your head.
The flowers are made from stoneware ceramic clay and glazed in happy colors.
Then they are glued onto 5cm or 2" bobby pins with a gluing pad.

If you have nice and thick hair, it will be the perfect accesoiry.
However, if your hair is a bit thin, I would not recommend this bobby pin. It might slip out because it's a bit heavier then normal bobby pins because of the ceramics.

The colors you see in the pictures are the ones which are available at the moment.

Stuffed - 1 - Mini art feeling

Being gluttonously.
Or perhaps stuffed with stuff on your mind.

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

Please look in the 3th and 4th picture of this listing for display ideas.
You can combine as many feelings as you like and display them as you wish.
Put one on a shelf, three in a row on a windowsill or nine in a square on a little side table.
There are plenty of ways to show them off at it’s best.
An idea is to use IKEA’s Bas display boxes which are worldwide easily available: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/86525309, I added some wallpaper on the back and doesn’t it look fabulous?
These boxes do not come with the mini art feeling, it’s just an idea on how you can display this art object.

You know the feeling when you are itrritated little by little?

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

Please look in the 3th and 4th picture of this listing for display ideas.
You can combine as many feelings as you like and display them as you wish.
Put one on a shelf, three in a row on a windowsill or nine in a square on a little side table.
There are plenty of ways to show them off at it’s best.
An idea is to use IKEA’s Bas display boxes which are worldwide easily available: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/86525309, I added some wallpaper on the back and doesn’t it look fabulous?

I heart you - greeting card

If you search a soft and gentle card for your valentine, stop your search because this one will melt any heart...

This greeting card is made out of white and semi-transparant paper with a print on it.

The back of the card is blank for your own personal message.
In the card there is a small 'red heart' tucked away. This is made out of felt and has been handsewed. It is stuffed with material so it's a bit thicker than a flat piece of felt.

This card measures approximately 3,9 x 5,9 inches (10 x 15 centimeters) comes with a white envelope and is packed in a cellophane sleeve.
It will be packed in a bubblewrap mailer with cardboard not to get it bend.

To put oneself in a state of mental competence to perform a task.

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

You can combine as many feelings as you like and display them as you wish.
Put one on a shelf, three in a row on a windowsill or nine in a square on a little side table.
There are plenty of ways to show them off at it’s best.

Like waves coming to the shore... and walking barefoot on the beach looking at that.
Too bad it's only in my imagination right now...

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.

Flower magnets - 3 colors

These flowers are made out of stoneware clay and then bisque fired.

After the first firing, they are glazed in happy colors and fired again at 1050°C.

They are 3cm high or 1,18 inches. At the back, I attached a 1/4" super strong neodymium magnet.

There are 4 sets available in the following color hues:

1. bright yellow, dark yellow & orange
2. pink, dark pink and purple
3. turquoise, sky blue and kobalt blue
4. light green, lime, dark green

This listing is for one set of 3 magnets.

I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.

Each feeling is subjective and personal.

This postcard is a great alternative way to collect some of my art. Either you sent it to someone special or you frame it. It will sure make you or someone else smile...

The front of this card has a picture of the mini art feeling cute, the back of the card has the following line: 'Feeling cute?'

This card can be sent for many different occasions.

This postcard is 4,13inch x 5,83inch or 10,5cm x 14,8cm.
It is are professionally printed (offset printing) on thick card stock (350gr or 0,771lb) with a satin matte finish.

It comes packed in a cellophane sleeve with a cute organza ribbon on top.

Hip hip hurray - Happy Birthday - greeting card

If you search a soft and unique card for a birthday, stop your search because this one will sure beat them all.

This greeting card is made out of white and semi-transparant paper with a print on it.

The back of the card is blank for your own personal message.
It has a little stamp on the bottom with my website address on.

In the card there is a happy girl which holds a balloon tucked away. This is made out of felt and has been handsewed. It is stuffed with polyfil so it's a bit thicker than a flat piece of felt.

Would you like another color? Let me know in the 'note to seller' and I'll try to accomodate.

If there is no preference mentioned, you will get one of the two colors listed in picture 1.

This card measures approximately 3,9 x 5,9 inches (10 x 15 centimeters) comes with a white envelope and is packed in a cellophane sleeve.

It will be packed in a bubblewrap mailer with cardboard not to get it bend.

I only used the shape and made a fun and unique holiday- collection out of the idea.

It certainly isn't a traditional holiday piece but will make for great conversation. How fun!

Salt and pepper shakers - babuschka style

These salt & pepper shakers derive from my '99-feelings'-project. The babuschka shape had just the right size to become salt & pepper shakers.

These are fired twice: first the bisque firing and the second time I added the crackled glaze.
When I opened the kiln, these shakers were still a bit hot & then I applied black Indian ink to the surface of the shakers and let the ink fill the crackles. Then I rubbed all the black ink off.
It looks fragile but these shakers are sturdy and unique.

There is a plastic stopper on the bottom which makes it supereasy to fill an re-fill. These will be a great addition to you kitchen and they hope to be used every day.
Besides all that, they make a great conversation piece.

These are 7,5cm or 3” in height.

The glaze is a beautiful teal blue crackled one which reminds of Raku firing.

Pure - 3 - Mini art feeling

Free from anything of a different, inferior, or contaminating kind.
Being that and nothing else.

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

These little flowers are supercute.

These ceramic flowers are entirely handmade.
A lot of effort goes into making each one and the process for making them takes some time.
They are bisque fired first, then glazed and fired again.
After they come out of the kiln, I apply black Indian ink to them to fill the crackles. Afterwards I rub the ink off.

These flowers are glued onto nickel free silver plated studs earpost, 8mm (with ear nuts).
These flowers are 1,8cm wide and aproximately 4mm thick.

Impossible or nearly impossible to see
This feeling does remind me of invisible as the babuschka can not see (not visible) and can't be looked in the eye what often gives the feeling of being not visible.
Sometimes it is good to feel or be invisible but sometimes it can also hurt...

Giddy - 3 - Mini art feeling

I wanted to make curls and twirls and then I thought: 'how I love ferns - they are kind of giddy...' They seem to dance and when they open up, they must just feel really giddy...
This probably sounds insane to a normal human being, but trust me, this feels super giddy to me! ;)

Flower ring - choose your color

A ring is a perfect & unique accessoiry to brighten up your outfit.

It not only brightens up your outfit but also your day.
This ring is made from stoneware ceramic clay and glazed in a happy color.
Then it's glued onto an adjustable ring base with a 10mm gluing pad.
The flowers measure 3cm or 1,18 inches in height.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

These postcards are a great alternative way to collect some of my art. Either you sent it to someone special or you frame them. They will sure make you or someone else smile...

The front of the cards have a picture of a mini art feeling, the back of the cards have the following line on the left hand corner of the card:

These postcards are 4,13inch x 5,83inch or 10,5cm x 14,8cm.
They are professionally printed (offset printing) on thick card stock (350gr or 0,771lb) with a satin matte finish.

They come packed in a cellophane sleeve with a cute organza ribbon on top.

Kind of like your skin contracts from being frigthened...

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

Sweet birthday - greeting card

This greeting card is made out of white and semi-transparant paper with a print on it.

The back of the card is blank for your own personal message.
In the card there is a small 'orange candy' tucked away. This is made out of felt and has been handsewed. It is stuffed with filling material so it's a bit thicker than a flat piece of felt.

This card measures approximately 3,9 x 5,9 inches (10 x 15 centimeters) and comes with a white envelope and is packed in a cellophane sleeve.

It comes packaged in a handmade cardboard blister where I put a stamp of a babuschka on the front and my stamp on the back of the card.

This postcard is a great alternative way to collect some of my art. Either you sent it to someone special or you frame it. It will sure make you or someone else smile...

The front of this card has a picture of the mini art feeling sad, the back of the card has the following line: 'Feeling sad?'

This card can be sent for many different occasions: a condolence, a comfort wish, a 'I-think-of-you'-note,...

This postcard is 4,13inch x 5,83inch or 10,5cm x 14,8cm.
It is are professionally printed (offset printing) on thick card stock (350gr or 0,771lb) with a satin matte finish.

It comes packed in a cellophane sleeve with a cute organza ribbon on top.

Roses are the ultimate symbol of romance.

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.

These greeting cards are made out of white and semi-transparant paper with a print on it.

The back of the card is blank for your own personal message.
In the card there is a small token tucked away. This is made out of felt and has been handsewed. It is stuffed with filling material so it's a bit thicker than a flat piece of felt.

This card measures approximately 3,9 x 5,9 inches (10 x 15 centimeters) and comes with a white envelope in a cellophane sleeve.

Textured ceramic babuschka pendant

These pendants are pressed into a little mould and then I added a texture to them.
There is a little hole on top of the pendant where I attached the cottonwaxed thread.
Each one is handmade and unique!
They are fired in a ceramic kiln up to 1050°C.
These are not glazed.

The pendant measures approximately 3,5cm or 1,38inches tall, 2,5cm or 0,98inches wide, and 1cm or 0,39inch deep.

By default the pendant comes with a black cottonwaxed cord which is 40cm or 15,75inches long.
It is closed with cord ends and a small clasp.

If you like to have this necklace longer or shorter, please mention the length in the note to seller.
If you would like a different color cottonwaxed cord, contact me and I will see if I can accomodate.

DO NOT FORGET to make a choice of texture and mention this in the note to seller. Just choose the number you like best on picture number 4.

Crushed - 1 - Mini art feeling

To be or become crushed from severe pressure.

This ceramic art object is part of my ‘99 feelings’-project.
It derives from a project I did many years ago reflecting my self-portrait.
I called it ‘how the outside can tell how you feel inside’.
I started out with 9 feelings and then I suddenly thought of making 99 of them...
I like the fact that the number is uneven and that it leaves at least one feeling to complete to 100. That one unfinished feeling to make 100, represents for me all the feelings I haven't covered and that it can be anything...

It is a series of babushka’s where I added a texture or addition to it on the outside.
Quite often, these textures or additions lead you to the feeling right away or sometimes it might recall a complete different feeling for you.
That is perfectly possible as this is just what it evokes for me.
It can be anything you feel as there is no 'right' feeling for it.
Each feeling is subjective and personal.
My sculptures are created as art objects. A lot of time and love goes into each one.

This feeling comes unglazed, as glazing or raku firing would distract from the feeling.
Being ‘naked’ makes the feeling stronger too.
These are 7,5cm or 3” in height, sometimes a bit higher, depending on what feeling it represents.

Please look in the 3th and 4th picture of this listing for display ideas.
You can combine as many feelings as you like and display them as you wish.
Put one on a shelf, three in a row on a windowsill or nine in a square on a little side table.
There are plenty of ways to show them off at it’s best.
An idea is to use IKEA’s Bas display boxes which are worldwide easily available: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/86525309, I added some wallpaper on the back and doesn’t it look fabulous?
These boxes do not come with the mini art feeling, it’s just an idea on how you can display this art object.

Sick - Mini Art Postcard - 99 feelings by ArtMind

This postcard is a great alternative way to collect some of my art. Either you sent it to someone special or you frame it. It will sure make you or someone else smile...

The front of this card has a picture of the mini art feeling sick, the back of the card has the following line: 'Feeling sick?'

This card can be sent for many different occasions: be it to let someone know you're sick or to wish someone well.

This postcard is 4,13inch x 5,83inch or 10,5cm x 14,8cm.
It is are professionally printed (offset printing) on thick card stock (350gr or 0,771lb) with a satin matte finish.

It comes packed in a cellophane sleeve with a cute organza ribbon on top.

This is a listing made especially for the European Streetteam 'challenge of the week'.
We try to have fun and challenge each other in our creativity.
This challenge was initiated by Toosis
She challenged us with the theme 'Tim Burton'. I managed to make this devilisch, black brooch.

This brooch is made out of ceramic clay and bisque fired first. Then I glazed in black.

This brooch is 3,5cm or 1,38 inches long and has a pin back for brooches with a lock system so you won't loose it easily.

It comes packaged in a blister with a happy girl!

It's ready to give as a gift to someone... devilish! :)

Crackled ceramic babuschka pendant

This pendant is pressed into a little mould and then it's bisque fired. Then I glazed in crackle glaze. When I took it out of the kiln, I immediately painted black Indian ink on it so that it would fill the cracks. Then I rubbed off all the ink and it gives this very neat raku-firing effect.
There might be some black ink stains on the back but who's looking on the back anyway? :)

The pendant measures approximately 3,5cm or 1,38inches tall, 2,5cm or 0,98inches wide, and 1cm or 0,39inch deep.

By default the pendant comes with a black cottonwaxed cord which is 40cm or 15,75inches long.
It is closed with cord ends and a small clasp.

If you like to have this necklace longer or shorter, please mention the length in the note to seller.
If you would like a different color cottonwaxed cord, contact me and I will see if I can accomodate.

I add a handwritten thank you note & happy girl with every order. :)

Babuschka magnets - 3 colors

These babuschka's are made out of stoneware clay and then bisque fired.
After the first firing, they are glazed in happy colors and glazed again at 1050°C.

They are 4cm high or 1,57 inches. At the back, I attached a 1/2" super strong neodymium magnet.

There are 4 sets available in the following color hues:
1. bright yellow, dark yellow & orange
2. pink, dark pink and purple
3. turquoise, sky blue and kobalt blue
4. light green, lime, dark green

This listing is for one set of 3 magnets.
Please let me know which set of colors you would like in the note to seller.
