Many passports, credit cards, and even some drivers licenses contain RFID chips programmed with your personal information. While intended as a security measure, it also makes the bearer vulnerable to identity theft.

Handmade Faraday Bags are constructed with materials that shield RF (radio frequency) transmission between 10Mhz and 20GHz (most "smart cards" operate at 13Mhz.)

Also, unlike a tinfoil wallet, these are cute.

This pouch measures approximately 5" by 6", and can hold your passport, as well as credit cards, ID cards, etc. It will also fit neatly into a purse or backpack. It has a stiff interfacing inside to give it structure, and closes with a decorative *vintage* button.

OPTIONAL EMBELLISHMENTS:

(1) The pouch is also available in the other fabrics pictured. If you'd prefer one of these, simply convo me, or put a note in your sales request for either the KEYS, MAP, POSTMARK, or BASIC BLACK fabric. No extra charge. Buttons may vary.

(2) If you'd like me to add a wrist strap or pocket chain, convo me. I'd be happy to do it for $5 extra.

Montmartre Memory Box

In the 19th century, Montmartre, outside of Paris, became known for it's decadent, laissez-faire lifestyle. Home to the Moulin Rouge and Le Chat Noir nightclubs, it was a gathering place for artists and entertainers.

This little memory box is adorned with an aged (by me) map of Montmartre and a little airplane. The inside is lined with burgundy colored velvet. It's perfect for holding earrings, jewelry, and all of those little things that get lost so easily.

The box measures 2.5" wide by 2.5" long by 2" high. Because of the dropped panel beneath the glass top, the depth is 1.25".

This glass-topped box is a great place to stash screws, gears, and other small things that get lost so easily.

I sanded and oiled the wood to bring out its natural beauty, then added a moving metal gear, a wooden gauge, and a tiny wooden box of Schrader valve caps for decoration.

The box measures 2.5" wide by 2.5" long by 2" high. Because of the dropped panel beneath the glass top, the depth is 1.25".

The front is adorned with moving gears, some reading material, and a gauge, so you can keep an eye on your ship's functions while doing your devotions. There's a pocket on the back. The pictured vest is for a child size 4/5, but only say the word (and pay the lady) and you can have one made to YOUR measurements and specifications.

The vest is made from sturdy canvas duck cloth, and has three expandable pockets (stitched then riveted with attractive brass rivets), which close with velcro. There are utility loops with brass D-rings for holding your clippable gadgets, as well as a series of loops for holding pens, tools, shotgun shells, etc.

The tools are included! You get:

(1) A double-magnifier (chain not included)
(2) A mirror on an extendable stalk (good for peeking under things or around corners)
