Here we have at last after searching for a great price on this tool set, found them and am passing the savings on to you.

You will get a 1/16"--1/8"--3/16"--1/4" radius edges to make a deep rounded cut to a very tiny cut that barely edges the 12 sides of a bar of soap. I have been using this set for 4 or 5 months now and love the fact you get rounded, soft edges, and you can easily bevel a bar of soap in 15 to 20 seconds.

The material is meant to soften the edges of lumber, but using it on soap the edges should stay extremely sharp for many years. They can be sharpened with a round file, like a chainsaw file if needed ever.

Thanks for looking. Another supplier sells this exact tool, but only the 2 larger sizes on their site. Yup, not all 4 sizes, but only 2; one tool, not both for more $$!

TOG Triple Log Mold With Free Dam

This is our largest multi-log mold. The pictures shows 2 of these molds, side-by-side. This listing is for only 1, triple log wood mold. You are buying a heirloom quality wood mold with my unique liner system.

Each liner is our "welded" together one piece, 1/4" thick foam/silicone liner...easy to unmold and NO leaks! There are many times stronger than 100% silicone liners and 1/2 the price or less!

Of course, the sides are knot free white pine, and the bottom and top are 1/2" thick Baltic Birch ply. I put rubber anti skid pads on all 4 corners. The center 2 wood dividers remove easily if needed (doubtfully) to facilitate the removal of the logs.

This mold is built to last. Alone it weighs close to 10 pounds empty, all 3 filled, 23 pounds, so we put grab handles on each end to assist moving the mold and turning it over to remove the logs of soap. We also include a tight fitting, over the top, lipped, wood top.

Each inside measurement of the liners are;

Length: 15"
Width: 3-1/2"
Depth of liner; 2-7/8"

TOG 15 Inch Dual Log Mold -- WITH FREE DAM

Now comes with a free "dam" to shorten up one log of the 2 logs. If you want to make a smaller batchg, no more need to but a smaller mold. Each side uses 52 ounces of oils to make a full log. Each log of soap will weigh 4-1/2 pounds. We put grab handles on each end for ease of use. We also put rubberized feet on the bottom to limit movement and slip of the mold, and prevent damage to your work surfce.
The center divider is stationary in this model. Each of the 2 side pieces remove by pulling 4 wood dowel pins each. This TOG Mold comes with a wood top lid like all TOG Molds do. New is our 1 piece silicone-type, 1/4" thick, leak proof liner. This is a foam type material with food grade silicone inbeded into the foam. The wood is knot free Premium Select White Pine. We hand sand each piece in this mold! The edges are all rounded and as smooth as a high quality wood dining table! We are proud that we put as much hand work in our TOG Econo Series are we do in our regular line.

Our testing for the past 2 months is complete and we are so very proud to offer the newest TOG Mold to the public.
You are paying for the mold only liners come complimentary with the price of our molds.Our wood molds are handcrafted with the finest detail in handcrafted wood products. We use white pine and baltic birch laminate for the lids. Sanded
to a soft touch. Wood craftmanship that could be handed down for generations. Please note that due to the reaction to stains that the lye may have we do not stain our products. The dams you receive allows you to make the size of log you want from the full 15" to a small test batch.

This liner will not leak depending on how thick of trace you pour your soap. We coat the insides and out with a special treatment which includes 2 coats of silicone. This gives this 1/4" thick liner the ease of release of silicone, strength and support 100% silicone does not have. Simply fill up the mold even with lighter trace batter, no leaks and easy removal from the liner. You gotta try this new mold and material we have developed! Here is the TOG 6/12 Slab Mold W/Dividers featuring our new welded "Uni-liner One Piece" silicone/foam liner. This is a super easy mold to make soap in! You can get great swirls in this slab mold. After pouring in your soap batter, swirling, simply insert the HDPE Dividers into the soft batter and let cure. You simply remove the soap from the mold and pop the bars out of the dividers with ease. The HDPE is super slick and the soap removes easily. To clean up the mold, simply wipe out the insides with a damp washcloth. The mold comes with a nice perfect fitting outside wood top that helps keep in the heat and ensures a complete gel every time you want one! We put little rubber feet on every TOG Mold to help stabilize the mold when pouring in your batter. Our molds come with the liners complimentary and you are paying for the wooden soap mold with complimetary liners. We never say never and replacment liners are available for this mold. You will pay only for shipping and handling for the liners. We have a brand new design on our popular big block slab cutter.
This cutter is designed to cut a log from a big block slab of soap. This tool is used exclusively for cutting logs from my block molds.
We use a tensioned stainless steel wire on a tightener to easily cut a 2-1/2" log from your block slab. We spray this unit with a water sealant 3 times, so you may get it damp to clean it. Be sure to dry it between uses. You simply place it on your slab, grab the handles and pull. You then can remove your cut log from the block slab.

This is my 30/40 Bar Slab Mold with HDPE permanent lining system and HDPE Dividers! Just wipe off the sides of the mold with a damp cloth to clean after use. The dividers are easily cleaned in the same manner. The interlocking design of the dividers make removing the bars simple and easy. This mold can be poured to a depth of 2-1/8" and these 2-1/8" bars can be cut in half to make 24 bars of soap from a single batch. Here are the measurements of the finished bar of soap;

This solid 3/4" premium White Pine mold has a Baltic Birch bottom and top that is 1/2" thick. The wood top is also made from 1/2" Birch. At the most, throw a towel or blanket on top of the mold for a good consistent gel every time! This mold is 100% completely leak proof. We put rubber feet on this mold to help keep it stable on your table when pouring, and preventing marring of your surface you are using this mold on.

The HDPE sides and dividers make removal of the bars super easy since the material is so "slick." The bottom of this mold is 3mm white condensed foam that comes out with the soap and simply peels off the bottom. Wash by hand and dry and reuse over and over again.

This mold HAS NOT been tested in an oven and is not guaranteed to be CPOP safe as of this info guide printing. Any use in the oven is at owners risk. This is not needed in this mold. HP soap is also not recommended.

Baltic Birch Big Block Slab Mold --- The MAMa B/B Slab Model

Our first big block mold is now ready for your review. This mold will produce 3 logs that, when split with a log splitter, measure 12" long, up to 3-1/2" wide and 2-1/2" tall. That is 36 full after cure 4+ ounce 1" bars!

When filled to the top, this mold uses 126 ounces of oils, about 12 to 12-1/2 pounds of wet soap. We added handles on the sides to make moving easier.

As many customers have requested I make a slab mold with dividers that is a bit smaller than my other TOG Slab Molds. So, I am happy to call this new mold my "SunnyB" slab mold with HDPE dividers that are complmenary with this wood mold, and that I am happy to announce I have it for sale now.

This Slab mold uses the TOG Uni-liner foam/silicone 1 piece welded together, 1/4" thick liner system, and HDPE dividers. The dividers are set up on 2" X 3" rectangles, giving you a bar that is 2" X 3" and up to 2" thick. The liner is 2-1/4" deep. I put grab handles on the ends. I also include a wood top, or lid for this mold. The lid holds in heat from saponification very well! You can easily achieve full gel if you want. My mold has Baltic birch top and bottom, and the 3/4" thick solid, knot free White Pine sides are beautiful. I put 4 rubber anti mar, anti slip feet on the bottom of the mold.

This is a fantastic mold!

TOG 3 Inch Air Assist Tube Mold

More info will be added soon. This 3 inch inside round heavy duty high pressure PVC mold is awesome. I use a regular tire connection on the bottom to pressurise the chamber. The air pressure, even from a bicycle tire pump, will remove the 3" round by up to 17" log of soap easily. You will need to line this mold with freezer paper that is 18" long (standard) by 9-1/2" wide. The unit comes with a top inside fitting cap and the base is super wide. The base is wide to provide great stability during pour and setting of your soap. This mold requires no freezing to unmold your soap. We give you a silicone/foam 3" round disc you insert and push down to the bottom, covering the air nipple on the inside. Next, cut a 9-1/2" X 18" piece of freezer or butcher paper and insert into the tube. Pour your batter, swirl in the tube, whatever you desire as the base is over 5 inches wide. We give you a top plug so you plug the mold so no air can get in and heat stays inside better during gel. Wait 24 hours, they you are ready for the fastest, most reliable, easy tube mold release of your 3" diameter round log of soap. It's fun, too. :)

Just apply air pressure from any tire/bicycle type pump, 12 volt portable car air pump, home air compressor with a tire chuck fitting and after just a little pressure, watch your log pop right out of the mold. So very easy, so simple. No more freezing your round mold to get your soap out. No more worries about the tube mold tipping over, spilling fresh soap batter all over your work space, even worse, you! This mold is a fun and functional mold that is so much easier to use than just cutting, plugging, then freezing the tube and soap just to unmold. No more leaky tube molds. No more rubber bands. No more making sure everything is ready to pour your soap batter.
You, and I have probably read stories about dropping PVC tubes on the garage floor and hitting with a hammer to try to get the log out! No more, not with your new TOG Air Assist Tube Mold!
