This is a chip and dip, made out of red stoneware and thrown on the wheel with an altered rim. I used a dark reddish rust glaze underneath layered with a blue glaze on top to give the piece a varied look. This chip and dip is on the small side, perfect for 2 people or a small gathering. Great for potato chips and dip, tortilla chips and salsa, shrimp and cocktail sauce, veggies or soft cheese and crackers. Chip and dips also make great shower and wedding gifts for couples who like to entertain. Size: 9" diameter, bowl will hold 1/2 cup. All of my pieces are food, microwave and dishwasher safe. This is a chip and dip, made out of red stoneware and thrown on the wheel with an altered rim. I glazed it with a green micro-crystalline glaze that shimmers in areas where it is thicker with tiny crystals, but also breaks beautifully on the rim and swirl pattern in a rust brown. This chip and dip is on the medium side, perfect for 4 people or a small gathering. Great for potato chips and dip, tortilla chips and salsa, shrimp and cocktail sauce, veggies or soft cheese and crackers. This is a small hand-built square bowl, made out of porcelain and stamped with one of my hand carved stamps. It measures 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". It could be used for a number of things such as a dipping bowl for oil and bread, or to hold jewelry on a bedside table.
