These are wonderful for so many things!! Heat one up in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds and have a heat pillow for your aching muscles or tired eyes. Put one in the freezer in the summer time for insect stings and sunburns. They also are wonderful when you are sick with a cold. Heat up in the microwave and place on your chest. The eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils really help
clear things up.
