This lovely piece is a stone out of northern Mexico commonly referred to as Sonoran Sunrise. The stone is a combination of Cuprite and Chrysocolla. These are both copper based minerals that often grow near copper mines. The piece is wrapped in sterling silver wire. The bail is large enough to go on a slide, but will look nice on any silver chain as well.
