This is a drawstring bag with a Sarubobo plush on the string.
They are made out of Japanese cotton fabrics.

Measure of the bag: Approximately 6.5 inches wide, 7.5 inches tall
Measure of Sarubobo: Approximately 2.25 inches x 1.25 inches
