You will be hard pressed to find an outfit that this leash / lanyard does not match! If you wear reading glasses, sunglasses, or any kind of spectacles, this will help you do away with the plain black cording that usually holds our reading glasses and instead show off your unique style! It would also make an awesome gift for any mom or grandmother.

This is a very special leash for your spectacles, as it comes with an adapter that turns it into a necklace! To convert to a necklace, simply insert the copper converter through the eyeglass loops (as pictured in the second photo), turn it to the back of your neck (like a clasp), and, voila! You have a necklace! This unique feature makes this leash very special and versatile. The adapter hook is easily removed so you can store it in you jewelry box or wallet until you want to wear it as a necklace again. Simply pass a ring or hook through the loops and it can also be used as an ID badge holder or lanyard!

This leash measures approx. 28 inches long. The proportions of this length are perfect for the woman of small or average stature.

This spectacle holder is designed using a huge, completely random mix of gemstones, pearls, and glass. I simply reached into my bead box, and whatever I pulled out in that handful became a part of this item! There are so many semiprecious gemstones in here, from Lapis Lazuli to Agate to Amethyst - you name it!

The little metal and elastic holders are of plated silver and are much higher quality than the plastic ones you will find on many leashes here on Etsy. The crimps used to hold it all together are doubled up on each side, to give added durability.

This cuff bangle bracelet was made by meticulously 'embedding' semiprecious gemstones in a wire mesh. Here you will find here two different types of semiprecious Jasper gemstones, beautiful salmon and olive colored nuggets of semiprecious Unakite, brown glass beads, and, to add richness, some beautiful white baroque style Freshwater Pearls.

The wire used is genuine copper that has been treated with a tarnish deterring coating. This cuff has a wide 2 1/2" band, so it will draw lots of attention to you! Whenever I wear one of these bracelets, I always get TONS of compliments.

The sizing of this item is not exacting, but I can say that it is designed to fit the small or medium (average)sized woman's wrist. When measured from the inside, it measures approx. 8 1/4 inches around. There is some 'give' in the mesh, so it will stretch approx. up to 1/4 inch if done with care. Basically, if your hand can easily pass through an 8 1/2 inch hoop, this will work for you.

This 'On Fire' necklace will surely heat up any outfit that needs a bit of attention!

It is crafted by 'embedding' in five wires nuggets of Red Sponge Coral, yellow Freshwater Pearls, and a large variety of glass.

The wire used is a genuine copper that has been treated with a black non-tarnish coating. The clasp is hook and loop style and is fully handcrafted.

This necklace is difficult to measure the length of because there are so many strands, but I can say that the shortest strand measures approx. 19 1/2 inches including clasp, and the longest strand measures approx. 28 inches including the clasp. To me it is the perfect length, and it has quite a bit of presence to it!

Many people have asked me whether this style of wire jewelry is scratchy to wear. It is actually not scratchy, itchy or uncomfortable at all! All ends are neatly finished off and safely tucked away. It is no different than wearing any other type of necklace, except that it will be noticed a lot more ;-)

OLD GRAY OAK Copper Sculpture Pendant Necklace with Labradorite and Hematite

This tree pendant, depicting one of the beautiful old Live Oak trees that are found here along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, was crafted by shaping a non-tarnish copper wire into a tree from and adding gemstone 'leaves'. The wire creates the bark and gnarled roots of this old oak, and the branches are represented by gorgeous chips of semiprecious Labradorite gemstones and small rounds of reflective Hematite gems. The tree is inside a handformed circle of bare copper. Over time, this ring will develop the antiqued patina of age, adding even more contrast and beauty to this pendant.

This pendant is suspended from a simple satin cord. The clasp is fully handcrafted of copper. The necklace measures approx. 16 1/4 inches in length and the pendant is approx. 1 1/2 inches wide.

Labradorite is a semiprecious gemstone that is primarily grayish or yellowish gray in color, but is prized for its reflective 'oil slick' effect. Hematite is a gemstone that is often associated in ancient lore with the bloodstream and passions of the heart.

This is a cute little holiday ornament crafted using leftover wire from other projects. I recycled/upcycled this wire by shaping it into a little bird's nest. The wire used in this piece is non-tarnish copper, non-tarnish silver plated, and natural brass.

Inside the nest sits five little Freshwater Pearl 'eggs'. It comes on a length of shimmery copper ribbon and is perfect for hanging on your holiday tree and then re-using again as a decoration for the easter season. When measured across, the nest measures approx. 1 inch in diameter.

This is another one of my stiff cuff style bangle bracelets. Here, I used lovely and feminine semiprecious Rose Quartz nuggets, baroque style Freshwater Pearls, cherry 'quartz' nuggets, tiny foild-lined seed beads, and unique black and white glass beads. This color combo always reminds me of English Licorice candies! These stones and beads have been 'embedded' in a silver wire mesh that traps these gorgeous gems to be displayed proudly around your wrist.

This bracelet, however, is slightly less showy than most of the cuffs in the shop, as the width of it is slightly smaller, at 1 1/4 inches instead of 2 inches. So, if you want something a bit more subtle but still noticable on your wrist, this is the piece for you!

This is another one of my stiff cuff style bangle bracelets. Here I used nuggets of semiprecious Lapis Lazuli gemstone, Venetian Millefiori glass, silver plated blue 'desert sun' beads, and a random assortment of clear and opaque glass beads. These stones and beads have been 'embedded' in a silver wire mesh that traps these gorgeous gems to be displayed proudly around your wrist.

This bracelet, however, is slightly less showy than most of the cuffs in the shop, as the width of it is slightly smaller, at 1 1/4 inches instead of 2 inches. So, if you want something a bit more subtle but still noticable on your wrist, this is the piece for you!

The wire used is silver plated copper that has been treated with a non-tarnish coating, so it will shine for many years to come.

The sizing of this item is not exacting, but I can say that it is designed to fit the small or medium (average)sized woman's wrist. This may be one of my most unique creations.

This is an almost jewelry-like carnival mask crafted for lovers of Mardi Gras, Carnivale, costuming, or any kind of masking. This mask is a one-of-a-kind that took many hours of work to create.

This disguise was created using copper wire for the form and then a smaller gauge of copper to attach the details and wrap the wooden holding wand. It incorporates nuggets of Amethyst, Peridot, Citrine, and Serpentine Jade as well as beautiful Freshwater Pearls for detailing at the brow.

The sturdy holding wand is fully wrapped in copper and features a nice ribbon adornment in lavendar. This mask is expertly finished off and all rough wire tucked away; however, this is NOT A TOY and is not intended for use by children.

It is ideal, however, for the adult partygoer, for Mardi Gras masking or masquerade ball attendance. It also serves as a beautiful piece of art when not being worn, as it can be displayed flat on a table during the carnival season or positioned beautifully in a vase or arrangement.

The mask is curved to fit the contours of the face, but were it flattened it would measure almost 8 inches across from temple to temple. The holding wand measures approximately 10 inches. The eye holes measure about 3/4 inch at their widest by about 1 3/4 inches wide, meaning it should work for many types of face shapes.

'Quaking Aspen' is a tribute to the awesomely gorgeous Aspen trees found throughout the state of Colorado. I have always been a bit obsessed with this tree since the night I spent camping in an Aspen grove in the high reaches of the Colorado Rockies. That night a large pack of wolves made their way around our campsite, making for the best wilderness experience I had ever had. Alas, this pendant does not depict the whole gorgeous golden grove, but does pay tribute with one specimen of this lovely tree.

This pendant was crafted using a hand formed copper ring, around which has been twisted a copper wire. This finer gauge wire creates the bark and roots of this old tree. The leaves are represented by nuggets of pale lemon colored Cirtine gemstones and extra dimension is added by the inclusion of some Tigers eye gems.

This pendant is suspended from a simple stiff mesh chain that has a non-tarnish finish (incidentally, the wire used for the bark and branches has this tarnish deterrant as well). The clasp is fully handcrafted of copper. The necklace measures approx. 16 inches in length and the pendant is approx. 2 inches wide.

Citrine is a semiprecious gemstone that is the yellow form of the Quartz crystal. It has been held in ancient lore as a stone that prevents nightmares and conveys psychic abilities to the wearer. Tiger Eye is a beautiful, earthy brown semiprecious gemstone with a shimmery chatoyance. Chatoyant stones are ones that have a striation of shimmery opalesence, and are known for the beauty of their details.

I am a fan of collecting and researching old jewelry from ancient times. One of my favorite times for jewelry is the Roman era. One day I came across a photo of a design I fell in love with - it was a ring crafted of bronze, with a single stone in the center and a ring of silver coils surrounding the stone.

I decided to create my own version of this opulent design, and here it is.

This size 7 1/4 (US) ring was crafted of copper wire, a fine gauge of a silver plated copper, and a single large round of genuine Turquoise. The 'width' of this ring is approximately 3/4 inch across, so it has a real presence. The silver plate is treated with a non-tarnish coating, but the copper is bare, which will allow it to develop that beautiful patina of age that we lovers of history all adore. Over time, this will add even more to the ancient look and feel of this piece.

'Bluegreen Intensity' is for those of us who are not afraid of vibrant color. This piece reminds me a lot of the colors of the sea and sky in the Carribbean.

This necklace is an elegant, yet still fun creation crafted using a copper wire that has a non-tarnish coating. Five strands of wire 'trap' a lovely variety of materials: very large green Freshwater Pearls, gorgeous blue Lapis Lazuli gemstone nuggets, and an assortment of frosted and foil-lined glass beads. The strands are then gathered and combined into a handcrafted hook and loop style clasp.

This necklace measures approximately 17 inches in length at its shortest point, but of course there are strands that hang lower to give it dimensionality.

Some people have asked me whether wire mesh is scratchy. If you have never worn one of my pieces before, you should know that it is in no way scratchy, itchy or rough on sensitive skin. It is gentle, comfortable, and does not catch on clothing, as all ends are nicely finished and tucked away.

LOUISIANA LIVE OAK II Copper Sculpture Pendant Necklace with Gemstones

This is a truly unique, naturalistic sculpture pendant representing a Live Oak tree. If you have ever visited my hometown of New Orleans, you will find these hundreds of years old beauties dotting the landscape. In this necklace I pay tribute to the gorgeous trees that have been around since the days when the French and Spanish ruled Louisiana, many of which were sadly lost to Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The trunk and branches of the tree were designed using genuine copper wire that has been treated with a non-tarnish coating, so you will never need to polish them. It has been wrapped around a pure copper ring that is untreated, so the ring will develop the gorgeous patina of copper over the years and add rich variegation to the piece. It has been laboriously shaped into a delicate live oak tree, the leaves of which are crafted using chips of gorgeous green and salmon colored Unakite gemstones. There are also several nuggets of Tigers Eye gems to add variety.

The necklace is a simple strand of rustic brown glass with an occasional Unakite nugget. The hook and loop clasp is of copper and is fully handcrafted. This necklace measures approximately 16 inches and the pendant measures approximately 2 inches across. When worn, the pendant should hang right at the collarbone on most women, where it will truly be the highlight of any outfit.

Unakite is a colorful, organic looking olive green stone often associated with emotional balance, love and healing. Tigers Eye is a beautiful brown stone with a chatoyance (a shimmer similar to that seen when looking in the eye of a cat). Tiger Eye was reputed by the ancients to provide energy and luck to its wearer.

This is another of my stiff cuff style bangle bracelets. Here I used nuggets of semiprecious Labradorite, shimmery semiprecious Citrine nuggets, and pale blue Freshwater Pearls. These stones have been 'embedded' in a silver wire mesh that traps these gorgeous gems to be displayed proudly around your wrist.

This elegant bracelet has a showy width of approximately 1 1/2 inches. The wire used is silver plated copper that has a non-tarnish coating, so with proper care it should shine indefinitely.

The sizing of this item is not exacting, but I can say that it is designed to fit the small or medium (average)sized woman's wrist. When measured from the inside, it measures approx. 8 inches around. There is some 'give' in the mesh, so it will stretch approx. up to 1/4 inch if done with care. Basically, if your hand can pass through an 8 1/4 inch hoop, this will work for you.

You are looking at a truly unique pair of cuff links. They do not consist of a whatnot superglued to a mass produced cufflink backing like many you will find out there, including here on Etsy. These are instead fully handcrafted with care.

These tasteful cufflinks, appropriate for both women and men, are crafted of a heavy gauge of genuine brass that has been shaped into tangled balls and then wrapped in the center in a silver plated wire. They are used by inserting the smaller end into any standard size French Cuff buttonhole, with the large ball positioned to the outside.

The total length of these cufflinks is approx. 1 inch. The large tangle measures approx. 1/2 inch across at its widest part, which is the perfect size for getting noticed, but not TOO noticed ;-)

This is another one of my stiff cuff style bangle bracelets. It is all about summer lightness. It reminds me of the summer sun in southern California. Here I used crystal clear Citrine and lovely Freshwater Pearls which have been 'embedded' in a copper wire 'mesh' that traps these gorgeous gems to be displayed proudly around your wrist.

This bracelet, however, is slightly less showy than most of the cuffs in the shop, as it features lighter colors and the width of it is slightly smaller, at 1 1/4 inches instead of 2 inches. So, if you want something a bit more subtle but still noticable on your wrist, this is the piece for you!

The wire used is genuine copper that has been treated to prevent the green patina that copper can develop over the years. In other words, with proper care, your bracelet will shine for as long as you have it.

'Leopard Tree' is for those of us who adore nature inspired jewelry.

This pendant was crafted using a hand formed copper ring, around which has been twisted a copper wire. This finer gauge wire creates the bark and roots of this old tree. The leaves are represented by nuggets of complex, variegated semiprecious Leopardskin Jasper Gemstones and extra dimension is added by the inclusion of some Flower Agate gems.

This pendant is suspended from a simple stiff mesh chain that has a non-tarnish finish (incidentally, the wire used for the bark and branches has this tarnish deterrant as well). The clasp is fully handcrafted of copper. The necklace measures approx. 19 inches in length and the pendant is approx. 1 3/4 inches wide.

Leopardskin Jasper is so named because its gorgeous spotting and multicolored appearance sometimes resembles the coat of a leopard. Jaspers of all types are semiprecious gemstones long associated in ancient lore with the qualities of relaxation, solace and beauty. Flower Agate is a gray and red-brown colored stone prized for its rich, milky appearance. Agates are semiprecious gems believed by the ancients to give strength and courage to their wearer.

Oh yeah, this is the one you've been waiting for! If you love the very popular and contemporary combo of silver and Amethyst, then 'Purple Haze' should be right up your alley!

This is another one of my stiff cuff style bangle bracelets. Here I used everyone's favorite stone, Amethyst, little irridescent glass cubes, large clear glass faceted beads with a purple core, and, for a bit of contrast, some gray/blue fiber optic Cat's Eye rounds. These stones and beads have been 'embedded' in a silver wire mesh that traps these gorgeous gems to be displayed proudly around your wrist.

This bracelet, however, is slightly less showy than most of the cuffs in the shop, as the width of it is slightly smaller, at 1 1/4 inches instead of 2 inches. So, if you want something a bit more subtle but still noticable on your wrist, this is the piece for you!

The wire used is silver plated copper that has been treated to deter tarnish.

The sizing of this item is not exacting, but I can say that it is designed to fit the small or medium (average)sized woman's wrist. When measured from the inside, it measures approx. 8 inches around. There is some 'give' in the mesh, so it will stretch approx. up to 1/4 inch if done with care. Basically, if your hand can easily pass through an 8 1/4 inch hoop, this will work for you.
Check out my other mesh bracelets, however, for I will be adding similar pieces for women with a larger bone structures or wrist diameters. I am also glad to custom craft one similar to this (or in your choise of stones) to your exact specifications.

Amethyst is the favorite gemstone of many modern women. It is a semiprecious gem and is the purple form of the quartz crystal. Ancient lore holds that it makes its wearer gentle and amiable.

'Eye of the Tiger' is a lovely, richly colored choker style necklace using two materials that simulate the gorgeous hues and depth of an aminal's eye.

Here I used beautiful, chatyoant Tiger's Eye nuggets and a really unique fiber optic Cat's Eye glass bead that has an animal skin or animal eye pattern. I have never seen this kind of bead before! Also interspersed among the twists are tiny foil-lined glass seed beads that lend sparkle, and elegant pale blue Freshwater Pearls.

This necklace was 'twisted' using a copper wire that has been treated with a black, non-tarnish coating. The hook and loop style clasp is fully handcrafted.

This necklace measures approximately 16 inches in length, making it either a choker or fitting right at the collarbone, depending on the woman.

Tiger's Eye is a brown hued stone with chatoyance, which is a kind of irridescence that resembles the eyes of a cat. Tiger Eye is traditionally believed to enhance courage and luck. It was crafted using genuine copper and features a delightful cluster of gemstones and glass. Here you will find nuggets of semiprecious Rose Quartz, several pink glass beads that were upcycled from vintage 1950's Mardi Gras beads, tiny glass seed beads, and, as a focal point, a beautiful lampworked glass bead infused with glittery copper fragments and featuring a floral pattern. This ring is approximately size 6 (US).

This cuff bangle bracelet was made by meticulously 'embedding' chunky glass beads in a wire mesh. This bracelet is quite heavy, giving it a real presence.

The wire used is a silver plated copper wire that has been treated with a non-tarnish finish. This extremely showy cuff has a wide 1 1/2 inch band, so it will draw lots of attention to you! Whenever I wear one of these bracelets, I always get TONS of comments and compliments. If you are the kind of person who does not like to get noticed, this piece may not be for you!

The sizing of this item is not exacting, but I can say that it is designed to fit the larger sized woman's wrist. Often it is difficult for a plus sized woman or someone with a large bone structure to find a cuff that works for them. If that is you, this just may be the thing! When measured from the inside, it measures approx. 9 inches around. There is some 'give' in the mesh, so it will stretch approx. up to 1/4 inch if done with care. Basically, if your hand can easily pass through a 9 inch hoop, this will work for you.

This necklace is just so much fun!

It was crafted by 'embedding' a large variety of beads in a tangle of wire. Here you will find assorted glass in a colorful array of sizes and styles as well as semiprecious Amazonite nuggets.

The wire used is a copper that has been treated with a black non-tarnish coating. This necklace uses a silver plated hook and loop style clasp and measures approximately 26 1/2 inches in length.

Many people have asked if my wire pieces are scratchy, and the answer is: NO. All ends are tucked away and neatly finished, and these pieces are quite comfortable to wear, no different than any other type of necklace.

This is a fairly heavy necklace that has a real presence and will brighten up just about any outfit!

It is crafted by 'trapping' a lovely semiprecious gemstone assortment and tiny glass seed beads in a wire mesh 'net'.
Both pieces use 3 strands of copper wire that have been treated so as to never develop the greenish patina of aged copper. These pieces will shine forever with none of the polishing usually required of copper! The 3 strands have been braided together, giving this a more compact, conservative appearance than some of my other multistrand necklaces.

The necklace measures approx. 19 1/2 inches in length and the bracelet measures approx. 9 inches long. Both feature a fully handcrafted hook and loop style clasp.

These pieces incorporate two colors that look quite nice together: peach and turquoise. The stones used include a beautiful, semiprecious milky African Orange Agate in nuggets, turquoise colored Quartz, and delicate pale blue baroque Freshwater Pearls. This piece is a real 'Natural Beauty' as it incorporates many materials from nature and reminiscent of nature.

This bracelet was made by meticulously 'embedding' gemstones in a wire mesh in a random fashion. In here you will find: Acorn colored Baroque Freshwater Pearls, White Freshwater Pearls, Golden Wooden Jasper nuggets, Mother of Pearl Nuggets, and some very unique and exotic fiber optic cat's eye beads that have a pattern resembling an animal skin or the eyes of an exotic cat.

The wire used is copper that has been treated with an amber colored coating to prevent the green patina that copper can develop over the years. In other words, with proper care, your bracelet will shine for as long as you have it.

This piece features a 1 1/2 inch wide band. It is slightly more narrow than some of my bracelets, but it is still VERY showy and will garner much attention, indeed!
