Beautiful skirt!
The main fabric is white with cute little pink hearts and flowers on it. There's a pink corduroy waistband that matches the HUGE ruffle on the bottom of the skirt.
I appliqued 3 hearts to the fleece lined pocket and 3 hearts on the bottom left of the skirt. Adjustable waist, ties in the back for a flat front. The extra long ties are the same color pink as the thread used for the appliques. And to give it that made with love feel, I added the sweetest vintage rainbow lace to the top of the pocket.
The hem is had a decorative serged edge for a more unique look.
