once when i was cleaning out our garage, i found a pamphlet titled "your teenager and sex" from the 1950's. who knows why that particular booklet was in my garage? it was like reading the sex version of reefer madness. the illustration of the people on this collage is from that publication.

aceo collage on watercolor paper made from my stash of neutral hued papers. graphic interest provided by a bit of a vintage sewing pattern. i love using these sewing patterns, not only because they are so lovely to work with, but every one i have came from a woman i have known most of my life. she moved and in inherited her two boxes of patterns from the sixties and seventies.

all of my collages are original, one of a kind works. collage uses said sewing pattern, braille paper, handmade paper, watercolor paper painted by me, and pieces of japanese text from a vintage book.

all of my collages are have a finishing coat of matte medium.
