crash bang BLING

$45.00
This item is completely one-of-a-kind, and only one will ever be made.

This regal piece mixes the most delightful shades of yellow gold and luxurious, royal blue, with a little emperor's purple for good measure. Flashing, faceted, vintage-style glass rondelles in deep blue dangle from eggplant seed beads only to blossom into fantastically intricate beads of light, laser cut gold metal. This all then tapers off into delightfully prim faceted amazonite rondelles with two gold plated filigrees sandwiching an enormous, blingy, flashy, fabulous, eye-catching, world-stopping glass focal pendant. Pendant is double sided, with a subdued greenish-blue hue on one side and a luxurious, AB side that strikes the eye with flashes of turquoise, teal and indigo. All is hung on sturdy, stainless steel wire from a gold plated clasp and adjustable chain.

This piece is not to be worn by sheepish wearers. It will draw all the attention in a room and add dripping luxury to any ensemble.

Seascape Spiral Cuff

$35.00
This item is completely one-of-a-kind, and only one will ever be made.

This piece, both durable and convenient, is a practical but fashionable piece for any girl-on-the-go. Featuring textured, verdigris colored Russian amazonite chips, flashing, faceted garnets add bits of glam for a deep, rich, striking color contrast.

The piece is constructed on durable, bendy-licious memory wire, so it keeps its spiral, slinky shape. Easy to get on and off, you can get a textured, ethnic-inspired, interesting accent in the mere second it takes to wrap it on. For day to night, wear it or throw it in your purse. Easily comes off when you need to work with your hands and then easy to get right back on again. Its sophistication, however, will keep anyone from guessing this multi-tiered, wrapped cuff took anything but intricate, painstaking placement effort.

One size fits all.

Asymmetrical luxury - ruby and aquamarine

$55.00
This item is completely one-of-a-kind, and only one will ever be made.

This lovely, contemporary piece features shiny, faceted, transparent sky aquamarines floating with sterling silver stoppers along sturdy, stainless steel wire, and a smooth wooden tear drop framing magnificent, flashing rubies which also seem to float along the steel wire.

The ultimate mixture of form and function, luxurious and practical, and a piece I personally adore for its use of color theory and negative space, it is worn at collarbone length with the wood and rubies floating at one side of the neck. Finished in silver plated metals. This piece is simple, striking, conversational, contemporary yet feminine, subtle yet outspoken, flirtatious yet restrained. Works great for both day and night.

Jackie and Audrey

$30.00
These are not your grandmother's pearls. I was inspired by these pearls' rich but playful pumpkiny-peach color. Imagine yourself an updated Audrey Hepburn or Jackie O, casually gliding into a room in a subtle, feminine, distinguished, lady-like ensemble. Then the eye falls upon this melty, creamy, shiny necklace of handlinked (by me!) pearls finished with a gold plated, hart shaped, rose detailed toggle. Breathtaking, everyone says, so classic, yet so chicly modern!

Honestly, these will go with just about anything. They're great for spring or fall, but think of the color they will add to winter white and the playful shine they will have in the summer sun. Perfect for day to evening, great for the theater or for the mall, appropriate for the office. Peachy is as versatile as she is lovely. And most importantly, she'll look great on you in almost any outfit.

The Arizona Bangle - copper (single) - ON SALE

Do you like to feel the wind in your hair, dance in the rain, take adventures?

Imagine a voyage through the red ochre deserts of Arizona, Tucson perhaps, during the monsoon season. There are ominous clouds overhead casting shadows on the cactus-sprinkled valley. The smell of rain is heavy in the air and you hear thunder echoing off the mountains far away. A pick-up truck or two passes by on the road, heading towards consecutive terracotta roofed or square shaped adobe buildings. You duck into a run down dive with a southwestern, Tex-Mex style. There's a juke box and a few couples dancing in boots on the floor. Everyone's happy, unafraid of the storm. And everyone knows who you are. You go to the bar, order a cerveza from the bartender, and when you reach your hand out to grab your beer it is decorated with three fabulous turquoise bangles.

That's how I imagine these bendy, hand-wired turquoise bangles will be worn. One in copper, one in violet and one in black, they have all the color and sizzle of the southwest with enough sophistication for any jet-setting urbanite. They are $20 individually, but please contact me to purchase the set at a discounted price. Each features rich nuggets of AA grade turquoise stone.

They look great with denim and a cowgirl hat, but you can use them to snaz up that little black dress, or even a business suit. Use these pieces to add a little unexpected fire to your next ensemble.

They were singing to me. They weren't in my budget so I walked by. And then I walked by again, and again, and again. I couldn't help myself. And when you see them up close you'll understand exactly why.

Imagine yourself walking along the warm sands of the Italian or Grecian coast listening to the sea, hair flowing in the wind, your white linen skirt rustling around your legs. Think of the leisure, the romance, the timelessness of those wonderful Mediterranean land-and-sea-scapes. And imagine yourself wearing that single, perfect accessory that almost speaks.

That accessory would be this double-stranded bracelet. Made from freshwater pearls, yellow turquoise and imported Italian glass cabochons strung on sturdy, stainless steel wire, this bracelet is intended for the wrist of a timeless, classic beauty. It is sophisticated and playful.

I am especially pleased with the toggle clasp I innovated - a ring of silver-plated metal with a perfectly iridescent stick pearl closure.

$40.00
Pearls pearls pearls! I had all these fabulous, multi-colored freshwater pearls and just didn't know what to do with them. I had them sorted out by color into their own consecutive piles, each waiting for their own prim project.

And then I accidentally mixed them together and my purpose became clear. I had to make Ava, an extra-long, multi-colored pearl necklace strung on sturdy, stainless steel wire. Shades of electric blue mix with spiced peach, creme fraiche, stormy silver gray, burgundy, tawny sauvernes gold, sunny yellow, rose pink, lavender, peacock and bronze. This is NOT your grandmother's pearl necklace, nor is it meant for the bashful.

Imagine a cabaret in Paris or Berlin. You're decked out in your black flapper dress, your bobbed hair and your feathered headband. You have a long slinky cigarette holder in one hand. The fingers of the other hand are wrapped around a single, long strand of pearls dangling from your neck as you listen to not-famous-yet-singers belting out the newest jazz trend to hit Europe. Perhaps you make eyes at some tuxedoed gentleman across the room, or signal your waiter for another drink. No matter what, you can't help but attract the attention of the room even though you're not the one performing. It just comes naturally.

Tropicana

$40.00
Buy this now before my best friend steals it from me; this is her favorite. I was tempted to name the necklace after her, "Michelle," since she helped me pick the turquoise. It was 3 AM. We were sitting at my kitchen table after a night of girly gabbing, talking BOYS, and wine at my favorite bar up on the corner. I held up all the possible stones I could find in my collection -labradorite, blue goldstone, silver faceted glass - and Michelle shook her head at each one. Not until we got to turquoise did she say THAT, THAT'S IT. And boy was she right. Now that the necklace is made up it just pops against anything you put it with. Believe me, if you walk into a room wearing this necklace you will be the center of attention.

Imagine yourself at Carnivale, or at a tropical beach party in the Bahamas, dancing to steel drums under the palms, barefoot on the clear white sands. Imagine yourself in flowing white fabrics, maybe with hot pink hibiscus prints, gaudy bangles...what would be dangling from around your neck? The Tropicana necklace, of course!

Made of synthetic orange hoops with gold plated chain links and a separate layer of gold plated chain tapering into spaced disks of tangy, aqua turquoise, this color-contrasted beauty is playful, flirtacious, and popping with color while maintaining an urban sophistication that would let it go with any fabulous outfit you put your mind to, from jeans and a white tea to a gray suit. Possibilities are endless!

The piece is constructed using variously dyed, authentic freshwater pearls strung individually on strands of lavender colored copper wire and twisted into position by hand. I deliberated the positioning of each and every pearl and finished the piece off with a silver plated clasp. This piece will attract attention and start great conversations.
