The Hermit is taken from our Baroque Bohemian Cats's Tarot (http://www.bohemian-cats.com). A wise old cat carrying a staff and lantern through the old streets of Prague - this is one of our most popular pictures.

These bags are great for storing your cards, and also make good jewellery or "odds and ends" bags (I carry one in my main handbag). When you aren't using it, it will also look striking on display.

Individually printed (by us!) on satin for a vivid, luscious look (and it's also fully washable and dry-cleanable) and then made by hand.

All our small bags are generously sized at a touch under 8 inches by 6 inches (20 * 15 cm) and fully lined.
Finished with Czech-made gold or silver metallic cords and Czech glass beads. Stitching is in gold or silver metallic thread to match the cording.

This is a print taken from the Emperor card, in the second edition of our Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot (voted one of the Top Ten deck for 2004 on Aeclectic tarot).

It's a limited (150 only) print which we make with a very high quality giclee printer using archival inks on thick, high quality "Archival Matte" Paper.

The whole print is a good size - a bit larger than "A5" size - about 5.5 inches by 9 inches EXCLUDING the small white border to allow for matting and framing.

Signed and numbered on the back for authentication. We think these prints may well become collectible. In any case, they're just a lot of fun to display and enjoy

In tarot the Hanged Man means time taken out for contemplation or an act of self-sacrifice that leads to enlightenment. It isn't an unhappy card, but it is a curious one. Our cat hangs calmly suspended from an ancient tree in front of a heavily decorated Baroque building (in fact the stunning "Ball Games Court" in the Prague Castle grounds). A bemused bird looks on.

This is a print from the Hanged Man card in our Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot (voted one of the Top Ten deck for 2004 on Aeclectic tarot and now in its second version).

It's a limited (150 only) print which we make with archival inks on thick, high quality "Archival Matte" Paper.

*More about the internal pockets and design.

There are two zippered front pockets under the flap. The small one is ideal for small items and accessories. It would also be a great place to store lotions, make-up or anything that could feasibly leak, as it's well away from the actual laptop compartment. The larger zippered pocket has three three sections and four pen/pencil holders. It would be good for storing charger, adaptors, leads etc.

The main compartment of the bag has no zipper but can be closed with a drawstring for extra waterproofing (it's under the flap in any case). There are two main sections to this compartment, one for the actual laptop (with top velcro fastening to hold it firmly in place) and one extra one suitable for documents, books and other larger items.

* Please note that when the strap is entended to the full 131 cm (51 inches) some of the velcro tape will show. As this is chosen to tone with the fabric, it looks fine. However, if you wear your hair long it may catch. We just wanted to flag this!

If you want to cover all of the velcro, the maximum length of the strap is about 115cm (45 inches).

Beautifully made in 100% pure Vietnamese silk in a choice of colours. This type of silk has a lovely luster and rich colour. Finished with Czech cord in gold or silver and Czech glass bead finials (we have these gorgeous, chunky beads made specially for us).

It's a little like wearing a large picture over your arm, and it's water-proof, fade-proof and will perform as well as the best quality fashion fabrics. It would also be a great place to store lotions, make-up or anything that could feasibly leak, as it's well away from the actual laptop compartment. The larger zippered pocket has three three sections and four pen/pencil holders. It would be good for storing charger, adaptors, leads etc.

The main compartment of the bag has no zipper but can be closed with a drawstring for extra waterproofing (it's under the flap in any case). There are two main sections to this compartment, one for the actual laptop (with top velcro fastening to hold it firmly in place) and one extra one suitable for documents, books and other larger items.

The Fool is a slightly wild-eyed Tortoiseshell cat who, absorbed in looking at his flower, is in danger of merrily stepping off the roof he's walking along. A little gold angel watches and laughs - this fool is somehow protected by his innocence and will come to no harm.

This is a print from the Moon card in our Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot (voted one of the Top Ten deck for 2004 on Aeclectic tarot and now in its second version).

It's a limited (150 only) print which we make with archival inks on thick, high quality "Archival Matte" Paper. We use a very high-quality wide-format giclee printer so there is fantastic detail and colour.

The whole print is a bit larger than "A5" size - about 5.5 inches by 9 inches EXCLUDING the small white border to allow for matting and framing.

Signed and numbered on the back for authentication. We think these prints may well become collectible. And of course all cats love them!

This bag can be used for your playing cards or tarot cards, as a jewellery holder, a small cosmetics and “odd and ends” bag, or simply hung up for display - it would add a very romantic touch to a bathroom or a room by the sea. The quality of these bags is lovely. This one is made with a super-pretty vintage silk/cotton "Mozart" brocade found here in Prague. This fabric is genuinely old and looks and feels very different from modern reproductions. It's a perfect pairing with the whimsical, romantic picture.

It's finished with Czech gold-coloured braiding and matching stitching with metallic thread. Czech glass bead finials (we have these gorgeous, chunky beads made specially for us). The final touch is a small vintage-style brass cats' head charm that dangles from the top of the picture.

The Tarot Reader is based on a card in our Baroque Bohemian Cats' Tarot (http://www.bohemiancats/com). The format has been changed to include some glorious centuries-old wall-panels from Prague depicting birds and beasts.

The bag converts to shoulder bag or rucksack and is both smart and practical. Width is approx 15 inches (38 cm) Height approx 11 inches (28 cm) Depth approx 2 inches ( 5 cm) - though the bag will happily expand when it's full.

All in all, a professionally-made, strong, gorgeous bag - with an individually made print (done by us)that combines the best of specialist factory quality with a handmade, individually printed and applied image. The result? A very limited edition bag customised to your own preferences - but at a lower price than many chain-store bags.

PLEASE NOTE: The body of the bag is made in a small factory exclusively to our own design and pattern (and yes, we checked out the factory's ethical and employment policies). We then make each print ourselves and add it individually by hand. We do it this way because we don't have some of the specialist machinery needed for this kind of bag. Printed individually on a tough but fine-grained canvas, we set up each of these images for maximum colour and resolution quality. The flap is then applied by hand (the bag is specially designed to allow us to do this very neatly - with the image going right to the edge). It’s water-proof, fade-proof and will perform as well as the best quality fashion fabrics. Dry-cleanable and you can sponge-clean in between. We want this bag to give many years of wear and pleasure.

The body of the bag is in a choice of good quality black or dark taupe cotton canvas, lightly padded to protect whatever you carry and to keep its shape well. The metal fastenings are in steel, and of good, heavy quality. The bag has a zip top and the flap holds firmly in place with two concealed magnetic fasteners - this flap will stay smoothly in place until you want to lift it. All in all a sturdy, secure bag.

Internally, it's fully lined in an attractive black lining with a woven stripe. There is one large zip pocket and a small open pocket for cellphone etc. Branded with a sewn-in “Baba Studio” ribbon.

The Siamese Needlewoman is adapted from the Queen of Pentacles card in our Baroque Bohemian Cats's Tarot(http://www.bohemian-cats.com). We also have versions of this picture as a print and on smaller bags. It's one of the most popular of our prints, partly I think because of the adorable cross-eyed kitten (some Siamese kittens do start life slightly cross-eyed, this tends to vanish as they grow)!

This is a professionally-made, strong, gorgeous bag - with an individually made print (done by us)that combines the best of specialist factory quality with a handmade, individually printed and applied image. The result? A very limited edition bag customised to your own preferences - but at a lower price than many chain-store bags.

PLEASE NOTE: The body of the bag is made in a small factory exclusively to our own design and pattern (and yes, we checked out the factory's ethical and employment policies). We then make each print ourselves and add it individually by hand. We do it this way because we don't have some of the specialist machinery needed for this kind of bag. However, we want to point out that unlike most of our bags it is not 100% hand-made, though it's still very much a small studio product with hand-made print and finishing.

Printed individually on a tough but fine-grained canvas, we set up each of these images for maximum colour and resolution quality. The flap is then applied by hand (the bag is specially designed to allow us to do this very neatly - with the image going right to the edge). It’s water-proof, fade-proof and will perform as well as the best quality fashion fabrics. Dry-cleanable and you can sponge-clean in between. We want this bag to give many years of wear and pleasure.

The body of the bag is in a choice of good quality black or dark taupe cotton canvas, lightly padded to protect whatever you carry and to keep its shape well. The metal fastenings are in steel, and of good, heavy quality. The bag has a zip top and the flap holds firmly in place with two concealed magnetic fasteners - this flap will stay smoothly in place until you want to lift it. All in all a sturdy, secure bag.

Internally, it's fully lined in an attractive black lining with a woven stripe. There is one large zip pocket and a small open pocket for cellphone etc. Branded with a sewn-in “Baba Studio” ribbon.

This luscious gem of a bag features our Tarot Reader picture. Just cross her paw with prawn and she'll tell you your future - maybe!

Exceptionally well printed (we set up each one and do much colour and image adjustment for a fabulous final result) on pure silk. Sides and backs are dupion 100% silk interfaced to give structure and strength. There's a top zip fastening and the bags are fully lined with one internal pocket.

These bags have the most gorgeous handwoven (no, really, and it's done here in Czech) handles. These use a very old technique which is now rarely found. The result is a strap that is soft, but thick and strong. These are very special and look and feel gorgeous - folky, funky, silky and very sensual to the touch.

Finished with a sprinkling of fine Czech glass beads on the picture and high-quality metallic piping "framing" it.

The bags are NOT large tote-sized. They are about 7.25 inches by 9 inches. A nice practical handbag-size for purse, phone, comb and so on.

Based on a very popular card from our Baroque Bohemian Cats Tarot (http://www.bohemian-cats.com), this is a luscious silk bag that can be used for your tarot, oracle or playing cards, as a jewellery holder, a cosmetics and “odd and ends” bag, or simply hung up for display. It also makes a stunning present when filled with your choice of small gifts.

Beautifully made in 100% pure Vietnamese silk in a choice of colours. This type of silk has a lovely luster and rich colour. Finished with Czech cord in gold or silver and Czech glass bead finials (we have these gorgeous, chunky beads made specially for us).
Fully lined in a toning 100% pure silk for a little extra touch of luxury.

Printed individually - by us. This bag is very vivid and luscious in colour and fully dry-cleanable. The print is absolutely fast and won’t fade, run or otherwise deteriorate in normal use, so you will be able to enjoy it for years.

At approx 5.5 inches by almost 8 inches these are a really useful size - and if you want to store tarot in them they are large enough to use for even the most over-sized cards.
