Made of new, vintage and antique glass seed beads; vintage and antique glass larger beads, and newer clay beads. The body of the necklace is peyote stitched, a bit smaller than a dime in circumference, then switches to a naturally spiraling 1/4" stitch for the tie clasp that I don't know the name of but I do know that 6 threads go through every bead. There are three distinct sides to this part of the necklace, each beaded with a different pattern, and capped at the end with a vintage green glass bead. In the body of the necklace, a green seed beaded "fence" criss-crosses throughout, keeping the individual beaded flowers from spilling out. Circling that are 4 mm vintage glass imitation pearls, tiny (2 mm) antique white heart beads, and newer clay beads. Graduating dangles (1-1/8" to 3-1/8") of newer clay and vintage and antique glass beads hang from red wires on the bottom. It looks virtually the same front to back. The necklace itself is 13", each tie end 10-3/4", for a generous total of 34+ inches of xurple madness. Everyone will be so jealous when you wear your new fabu creation! And you'll have peace in your soul just owning it.

Her body is made of one of those wood chips they put at the bottoms of trees to keep the weeds from growing. She's wrapped in a piece of upholstery fabric I had left over from redoing a 50s couch. Her hands are vintage glass leaf beads. Her feet are pieces of branch coral. Around her neck is a beaded heart necklace with goldtone chain. Suspended from a 2 mm rust-colored leather cord, she's 18" long with cord (6" long without) and 1-1/2" wide. She's waaay stylin', all the way up to her red wire hair tie. A xurple gal for sure!

Candy apple green iridized seed and crystal beads, glow in the dark beads, plastic and plastic-rhinestone buttons, lucite curved beads, suspended from 2 mm wide olive green leather cord. Dimensions: Pendant with cord 16" long. Just the pendant is approx. 1-3/4" circumference. I have yet to figure out how to photograph the glow in the dark beads, so you'll have to take my word for it that once activated by light, the beads do glow in the dark, creating a different design than is seen in light. Be prim and demure for the office, then really sparkle in the dark!

This precious amulet bag is made with two-sided leather (dyed rose on the front, black on the back) and a patch of stitched on dyed turquoise leather, and is accented with a vintage pressed glass black button. Back-to-back button holders held together with sterling silver wire, and vintage wood, imitation pearl and glass larger beads form the dangles. The pink/black/blue half of the "chain" is also handmade, secured to the bag with a small plastic ring. The other half, a silver tone piece of found chain fastened to the bag with an even smaller plastic ring, completes the ensemble. From the back of the neck to the bottom of the dangles is 17"; the bag itself is 2-3/4" wide x 4-1/2" long. Throw on a jean jacket and stompin' boots and howdy pardner! Wow! A 2-1/8" crystal hangs from an old vintage shell earring adorned with antique glass and vintage filigree metal buttons. At the bottom of this area, beads are loom beaded and strung on orange vinyl-covered wire. This center portion is 4-3/4" high x 2-1/2" wide. Crystal is 2-1/8" long x 7/16" wide and hangs from the button area by an old brass necklace hook connected around the buttons by a piece of antique chain. This necklace, simply stated, is an absolute eye-catcher! Vintage and antique beads (seed, niblet, bugle) and buttons (bakelite, painted plastic, plastic and rhinestone, painted glass), topped off with a stunning vintage rhinestone and gold-tone used-to-be earring. One of the rhinestones has a slight scratch on it but someone would have to be awfully close to notice--and if they do notice, feel free to say, "Hey, you're a little close, aren't you?" The clasp with the bakelite and painted button--LOVE the butterfly!--hooks into one of the beaded areas. The part that wraps around the neck is that stitch I don't know the name of but 6 threads go through every bead, the thread itself forms part of the design, and it's 3-sided, each side having a distinct pattern of its own (although the one all pink side was hard to capture in a photo, trust me, there is a pattern in there.) Dimensions for just the "heart" centerpiece are 4" wide by 3-1/2" high. Laid end to end it's 16-1/2" long. It's so gorgeous! You'll be so happy when you acquire it!!

A vintage plastic button sits atop a vintage deep deep wine or maroon colored bead (that looks black in the pic but is really not!) and a newer striped clay bead, with a small vintage glass bead hanging to the side from a silver tone head pin. Sterling silver earring posts complete the xurple look. I removed the earring stops to show the construction of the back, but they will arrive to you with stops in place. Not to worry! 1-1/4" long x 9/16" wide. Have some xurple fun today!

She's such a hoot--a brown and orange googaw thing forms her body, her hands are two different beads as are the top and bottom of her "dress", twisted leather makes her schoolmarm bun, and the image is completed with rhinestone and silver-tone metal cat's eye glasses. The elements are put together with dyed leather cord and twisted metal wire. She's suspended from a dyed leather cord which can be tied to shorten if you like. Her dimensions only are 4-1/2" long x 1-1/4" wide; total length with leather cord is 20-3/4". This is one swingin' xurple babe!

These start at the top with a silver tone ear wire, connected to a black metal hardware piece that's wired with red vinyl covered wire to a white plastic paper clip. A yellow vinyl coated paper clip plays host to a ball bearing-type googaw thingy, which is secured to the bottom of the paper clip with a teeny tiny (about 1/4") spring.
