Made up of half green serpentine (“new jade”) and half beautifully detailed, carved sterling silver beads, and with a few fresh water pearls mixed in, this bracelet was one of my favorites. I hate to part with it, but hope someone will love it as much as I do. The clasp is a sterling magnetic clasp. This bracelet has a nice weight to it, very solid. Approximately 8.5 inches in length, this bracelet would fit someone with a 6.5” (like mine) to 7.5” wrist.

A great addition to jeans or that little black dress.

The base of this bracelet is part of a vintage doily. I have embroidered amethyst chips, fluorite chips and drops and a ring of white glass stones from a vintage earring. The closure consists of two vintage, glass, cone-shaped buttons. This beautiful cuff-like bracelet is around 9” long, but when fastended would fit a wrist about 6-7”. The color of the thread that I used is the same color as the doily, so it is almost invisible on the backside.

I thoroughly enjoyed deconstructing and re-using these vintage materials, and will definitely be making more of these.

I carefully deconstructed a vintage doiley to get these three pieces of beautiful tatting. I then added three vintage mother of pearl buttons, each one different. Double strands of vintage copper chains finish off this lovely antique-y, yet different necklace. The closure is a toggle clasp and it is adjustable so that the necklace can be worn anywhere from 18 ½ to 20 inches.

This would be a beautiful necklace for a bride that wants a different, yet vintage look.

A large vintage brass locket hangs from a necklace that is half chain with a brown gingham ribbon weaving through the silver-toned links. The other half of the necklace is made up of links of beautiful blue glass beads that have an almost leopard-type pattern. On the front of the locket, I have attached a vintage blue beaded leaf, while inside is a copy of a old illustration of 3 butterflies that I have watercolored. Opposite the illustration is a spot for a photo of your loved one. The locket is 1 1/2 X 2 inches. The necklace is approximately 21 inches in length and is finished with a decorative, silver-tone toggle closure.
