Artisan jewelry designer, Eni Oken creates some of the most beautiful designs in wire coiling. For this piece I decided to use the same structure as her original coiled bangle bracelet while also adding my own creative flair into the design.This piece took over 7 hours to create, with all the intricate coiling, wrapping with hair thin sterling silver wire, which made up the body of the bangle.

My love for the southwest has been incorporated into this piece.

The rich beauty of the Sleeping Beauty Turquoise reminds me why so long ago, the Aztecs mined this precious stone and reserved it in their ceremonies of worship to the Gods.

I used facet cut Turquoise wheels from the Sleeping Beauty Mine in Arizona.

Facet cut Nuggets of Deep Peach Moonstone are used along the sides of the bangle as well as in the center.

Moonstone is a gemstone and was used in jewelry by the Romans who believed that the stone was formed from the light of the moon.

Precious Metals Used Are

2mm faceted and 3mm swirl silver beads
handmade by Thailand's , Karen Hill Tribe.
The silver content of these beads are 95-99%

13mm Sterling Silver Balinese beads

Sterling Silver Wire, used for coiling and wrapping.
