This listing is for two of my designs - a KNITTED LADYBUG tea cozy knitting pattern and a BUMBLEBEE tea cozy knitting pattern, both in an easy to read format for tea pot sizes SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE.

(This listing is for the patterns only, not the tea cozies shown)

You will need:
UK size 5.5mm needles/US 9
double knitting/Light Worsted Weight (using two strands)
or substitute whatever yarn takes your fancy.

You just need basic knitting skills, including knit, purl, increase and decrease. The pattern includes instructions for the i-cord antennae and spots (bobbles).

The pattern is in Adobe PDF format and will be emailed to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or newer to view the file. You can download Adobe Acrobat for free at www.adobe.com.

You can print each pattern onto one sheet of A4 paper (both sides), either in colour, or black and white. The font size is Arial 12, which is easy to read in PDF.

KNIT AS MANY DONUTS AS YOU LIKE WITH THIS EASY KNITTING PATTERN.

Use two (normal) needles and oddments of double knitting weight yarn and be as creative as you like to make these donuts that look good enough to eat.

You just need basic knitting skills, including knit, purl, increase and decrease.

I have written very clear instructions, with added images demonstrating each stage, and suggestions for alternative toppings.

For those who like to knit in the round I have now added instructions for knitting in the round with dpns.

The instructions are for a normal donut (3.5 inches across) or a super-size doughnut (4 inches across).

(The main photo above shows normal donuts).

You could give your knitted donuts as gifts, party favours, pin cushions or just keep them for yourself.

The pattern will be emailed to save postage - you could be knitting yummy donuts within 24 hours.

I am pleased to list my latest crochet pattern, so that you can crochet your own cute cupcakes.

The pattern instructions are for the simple, basic cake, crocheted from the bottom up, plus six different toppings so that you can mix and match and create your own mini masterpiece - as simple or extravagant as you like.

The pattern uses double knitting weight yarn with a 3.5mm hook (US E4)

You will need to know how to

chain
slip stitch
double crochet (US single crochet)
treble crochet (US double crochet)
increase and decrease

The patterns recommends a magic loop to start, but don't worry if you can't do this - you can start by making 2 chain, and working into the first chain.

The pattern also includes instructions on how to make up the four cakes in the pictures.

I have written a US version and a UK version of the pattern.

I have designed and written this four page pattern so you can do you bit for the environment and make your own cotton scrubbies and facecloths.

These eco-friendly crocheted scrubbies and facecloth are the perfect way to help you reduce the amount of stuff you buy and throw away, like cotton wool balls and pads, face wipes and paper tissues. They will last for years.

They’re great for cleansing, toning, exfoliating, applying ointment and even cleaning baby’s bottoms.

The pattern contains instructions for 4 different scrubbies, 4 matching wash cloths and a strap so you can keep your stack tidy.

Depending on the make of cotton yarn used, each scrubbie will measure between 9 and 9.5cm square and the face cloth will measure between 19 and 20cm square.

For best results I would recommend using the same yarn type for each stack of scrubbies, as different makes of yarn produce slightly different sized squares.

You will need a 4.5mm crochet hook, oddments of 100% cotton yarn dk weight for each scrubbie, approximately 30g of 100% cotton dk weight yarn for each face cloth, darning needle, button, scissors and a tape measure.

The pattern ranges from easy to intermediate. Two of the scrubbies are easy and two are slightly more advanced. You will need to know how to:

make a foundation chain
double crochet (US - single crochet)
treble crochet (US - double crochet)
slip stitch
(The pattern uses combinations of these stitches).

Knit these pretty baby shoes in just a couple of hours, from small amounts of 4 ply/sport weight yarn for the smaller sizes or double knitting/worsted weight yarn for the larger sizes. Brian the big hearted bunny is cute and just the right size for small hands and big pockets. He's just waiting to go on lots of adventures with his new friend.

A perfect little stocking filler.

He is hand crocheted from my own design, made purely from yarn and safety toy filling.

His hands and feet are filled with toy filling and his legs and arms are not filled so they are nice and bendy and dangly. The head and body are crocheted in one piece and the arms, legs, ears, heart and tail have been crocheted separately and attached securely. His scarf is removable.

Brighten up those winter days and keep yourself warm and cozy with this funky, chunky hand knitted neck warmer. Simple, fashionable, elegant and affordable.

I have used Sirdar Bigga with 15mm needles. It's nice and chunky and will keep the cold out. Sirdar Bigga is a mix of wool and acrylic so it's nice and soft. It can be worn against the skin or over a coat or jumper.

Wear the cozy up or down. Wearing it up will show the cable pattern which helps to keep the cozy in shape. You can roll it down like a roll neck jumper.

Each of my scarflettes is knitted from my own design.

** The colour is called Delta Blue - just like a sunny blue sky.

** Yarn is 50% acrylic and 50% wool. Hand wash only, dry flat and do not press or tumble dry. (May be dry cleaned).

** It would make a great christmas gift for yourself or a friend.
