For the 5th year, this mother cat and her two kittens gathered on top of the hill to watch the amazing fireworks over the city! The kittens watched in awe as the fireworks sparkled and shined!

Original painting by me!

This is the 15th painting in a series I started 5 years ago, "King of the Hill". Cats' silhouettes on top of *their* hill, watching the world around them!

The sides are painted black and I've attached a sawtooth hanger on the back so that this painting is ready to hang right out of the box!

Over 100 genuine Swarovski crystals were used as the "fireworks" in this painting!

Primitive Angel and Cat Painted Box

This is a cute little paper mâché box that I painted! A primitive looking angel holds her black cat. I've crackled and 'aged' the box for an antique feel. The paints are metallic, so their color changes depending on the light. (See second scanned picture vs. other ones that have been photographed.)

I left the inside in it's natural state.

Purrfect for little trinkets, goodies, and whatnots!

This is a new series of paintings from me! Ballerina kitties with hand-sewn on ribbon and tulle tutus with little rosettes, sparkling leotards, and glittery ballerina shoes with real ribbon. To top it all off, there's a silver tiara with Swarovski crystals!

I made a smaller one for my daughter's 5th birthday and she LOVES it! =)

I've left the sides with just a wash of my antiquing glaze, as black would be just too harsh. There is a sawtooth hanger on the back.

I had a lot of fun with this painting. I painted the background with a mixture of colors and glazes, threw on some German glitter glass and some mica flakes until I got the texture I was looking for.

I hand sewed the house, roof, fence, etc, but had a bit of help from my glue gun for the roof's trim. The fabric and lace are bits I had in my fabric box for other 'ideas'.

It's much better color-wise in person. I'm not the best at taking photos and this painting was a bit too large for my scanner. =P

What fun! A Frida Kahlo and cat, laminated, print as a bookmark!

Frida and Cat are printed on high quality, acid free 80# paper with HP Vivera inks. Some bits of this print actually look 3D, as I gave Frida a real turquoise necklace and Swarovski crystals on the orig. painting.

Bookmark measures 8" x 4" at widest point.

After I printed and cut Frida and her cat out, I laminated her with 3 mil. clear laminate then added a bit of fun ribbon to the top.

I have signed, titled, and dated the back of this bookmark (which is white), as it's a print from my artwork. =)
