These earrings were made while I was imagining the glamour of a bygone era. They are glitzy and classy.
The earrings are made with 20 gage 14k g.f. wire. I use one piece and make locks for them behind the ear lobe so that they won't be pulled loose if the wearer snags them on something. The beads are some that i actually picked up at the manufacturer in Czech Republic in 1993. The amazing super fabulous vintage Swarovski crystals are also from Czech. They were made in the mid-1950's. They are solid and coated in 22k luscious gold. The head pins are glued inside and are solid 14k. These measure 1.75 inches across and 2.5 inches from the lobe to the bottom of the dangling crystal. I rarely repeat my designs and these are One offs. They will be well packed so that they arrive free of chips or nicks.

These handmade earrings are made with 14k g.f. wire. The wires lock in back.

The bottom beads are hand-blown glass I acquired at the foundry in the countryside of the Czech Republik and the top lemon yellow textured beads are from Japan circa WWII. I've twisted the wire in a spiral around the honeycomb bead so it appears to be swirling within a ribbon.

Design is a limited edition. I only made three pair!

This bath soak is created from herbal ingredients grown organically in my own backyard.
The plant based scents have been mixed with intentionality to assist in easing the physical and emotional stress that is often brought on by the chaotic pace of winter. Although you are most likely extremely capable of multitasking dozens of work, cooking, getting children back into school, setting new goals in the New Year, "did I mention work" chores there comes a point where you will feel like you've reached your limits.
This is when you would take one of the biodegradable cloth tea bags and fill it halfway with the heavenly scents of rose,mint and lemon Geranium, Rose petals, Grapefruit rind, Sweet Clover, Lavender, Chrysanthemum, Olive, Grape seed, Tea Tree and Vitamin E oils, White Mountain Epsom and organic White Mountain Epsom Salt and toss it into a tub under hot flowing water. Then you would sink into it and allow yourself to be pampered while the oils and salts dissolve. The herbs will continue to release their fragrances as they steep. When you've finished relaxing you can even compost your leftover herbs in the bag. Of course, the first time to enjoy this experience is before you've ever reached that point, "hee, hee". Each 6x4x2 1/2' art paper box comes with 2 Ziploc and 6 tea bags that contain enough of the blend to have 6 baths. I strongly suggest storing one of the bags in the refrigerator until you've used up the first bag. I do not use any chemical preservatives, only a minute amount of grain alcohol used for preservation. So, it is important to store this blend at a cool temperature to insure product's freshness.

This necklace is a one of a kind piece. It was made mid-summer after I attended the summer cherry blossom festival in Japan Town here in San Francisco. It is a celebration of friendship between two nations.
On March 27,1921 First Lady Helen Taft and Viscountess Chinda, wife of the Japanese ambassador, planted the first two cheery trees on the north bank of the Tidal Basin in West Potomac Park. In total 3,000 cherry trees were given to the city of Washington that day from Mayor Yukio Ozaki of Tokyo.
"This generous gift of natural beauty and life inspired me to create a symbolic representation of peace and potential for unity. This is a time for embracing different cultures around the globe. We need to work together instead of creating endless conflicts without resolution."

The necklace is approximately 21 inches in length from the hand made fish hook clasp with dangling crystal and flower to the neon green chatoyant Aventurine quartz bead pendant. The piece of aventurine is saturated with chrome fuchsite mica inclusions, which give it very strong cat's eyes across both sides of the bead. The stone is natural and free of enhancements. The beads are strung on sterling silver chain made in Italy for the Swarovski company. There are aventurine beads, vintage rainbow colored flower shaped Swarovski crystals with reflective coating on the back, cone shaped Swarovski crystals, hand soldered/fabricated copper beads and I have made leaves from the copper flower head pins I fabricated.

"What makes this stone change colors?" Is probably one of the first questions you will have about this uncommon stone. It is Pleochroic. That means that the color changes on the Axis of the crystal. The intrusion of Copper inclusions in needle crystallized form throughout the crystal. When you turn this stone in one direction the light source will cause it to display dark green in another direction the red needles display a silky sheen throughout the stone. It has been called "The Poor Man's Alexandrite", which is kind of funny as Alexandrite is no longer as rare due to new finds in Brazil and South Africa and this particular type of Labradorite is only found in a very few location throughout the world.
Andesine/labradorite is an intermediate plagioclase feldspar. The solid-solution series between albite and anorthite is called the plagioclase series.
The symmetry of Andesine is triclinic, hardness on the Mohs scale 6, specific gravity 2.69, melting point ∼1210°C (2210°F).
When I purchased this stone I was told by the source that it is from the Congo. However, since then we have been learning that the area where it is supposed to have come from has not been studied enough to be claimed concretely as the source. What is highly likely is that this stone came from the 2004 finding in the borders of Mongolia and China.

I soldered the setting for this stone in 14K Gold, not gold filled. I had to set the stone upside down and press it up into place while I adjusted the prongs for over an hour as the stone has very strong cleavage and would have broken on any of it's axis if I had pressed down onto it with the stone setting pliers. It is a one of a kind piece. I cannot repeat it as each stone is very unique in color display. The stone measures 6.2mm W X 8mm H.

Labradorite is known as "The Sorcerer's Stone". It is used for manifesting magick into one's immediate environment in a tangible and knowable way.

These two specimens have crisp mint green tetragonal crystal formations of Fluorapophyllite. They are from Maharashtra, Poona / Pune, India
One is all Fluoraphophyllite crystals on on matrix & basalt.
Fuoraphophyllite has the chemical composition of (K, Na)Ca4
Si8O20(F,OH) - 8H2O
This piece measures 5' X 5'
The crystal habit is Tetragonal. The hardness is 4.5 on the Moh's Scale.
The other specimen has silky bow shaped crystals called Stilbite.
Stilbite is a tectosilicate mineral of the zeolite group consisting of hydrated calcium aluminium silicate, NaCa2Al5Si13O36·14H2O. The hardness is 3.5 Moh's Scale.
This piece measures 3'W X 5'L

We field collected this crystal specimen in Calaveras County. It is a plate that is completely covered in druzy perfectly formed crystals on both sides. It is approximately 8' wide X 6' high. "The mineral inclusion, Mariposite means the butterfly in Latin, isn't that lovely?" We are unable to collect at this location anymore. This is a really phenomenal piece and the photos just can't do it justice. It will be packed very well so as to avoid any damage.

Enhydro means water inside, and the water inside this geode is estimated to be over 80 Million years old. The bubble is most easily seen when backlit with a flashlight. The location where they were found on a farm in the state of Rio Grande has long since been mined out.

Celtic Knots with Dogs Pendant carving from found Water Buffalo bone OOAK with added gift for Christmas and Yule free shipping in US for Holidays

This one of a kind carving of the Celtic interpretations of Canines twined through elaborate carved Celtic knots. The canine has held a place in Celtic mythology since ancient times. Perhaps the most famous dog-named mythological figure in Celtic mythos is Cúchulainn (literally the Hound of Culann), hero of the Ulster Cycle.

If a few of the photos seem a bit oddly colored it is because I backlit the pendant so as to show the details in contrast. The natural color is shown in the first and third photos.
Please notice the feet, heads and exposed canines in their open mouths. It has a sterling silver bale and measures 2.25' Length X 2' Wide.
I'm listing these very special carved pendants in the supplies section because I did not carve them and so don't want to misrepresent them as being my own work. The source that I get them from at the Intl. Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson AZ each spring allows me to hand pick through them. That way I can feel their texture, check for fractures or defects and become inspired by the fine details of each piece. No two are ever alike as they are individually carved.

The Bone jewelry is made from water buffalo bone collected after the animal has passed on and it comes from Indonesia.

Vintage Gold tone Ring with two opposing Ram's heads Aries Zodiac sign added gift and free shipping for Christmas and Yule

This ring is a groovy piece from the early 1960's. It is another piece from my best friend's mother's collection. It was kept in a drawer marked "mid-century". She was very meticulous about organizing her trinkets by the era they came from.
It has been soaked in Simple Green only, just to brighten and lift the "dirt of the ages".

It displays two ram's heads facing in opposite directions. Each of the rams has one sparkling Cubic Zirconia eye. Unfortunately the other piece in each eye has gone missing.
The band is twisted and soldered to the base of the rams. I do not know what the metal alloy is underneath the gold plating. It shows a bit of discoloration, but no rust or oxidation. It is close to a size 8.

Iris agate is agate whose thin section shows spectral colors when viewed in transmitted light. These colors are not thin-film colors such as those of precious opal.
Iris agate owes its spectral colors to the presence of a diffraction grating structure. The lines in the grating are the edges of thin lamellae having alternately high and lower refractive indices. The rhythmic segregation of opal among the crystals may account for the index variation. The chalcedony needles are always perpendicular to the lamellae

These pieces are from the Laguna find in Mexico. They display rich hues of peach, salmon, brown and clear in each piece. I tumbled and polished these pieces and now they are ready to be used in jewelry, wands or journal decoration. Each piece measures about 1 X 1 inch.

These two slices have been polished by me on one side. I left the other rough. They are from a stalactite formation from a very famous mine in Argentina.

This parrot wing agate is from Mexico. The rich shades of ocean blue, teal and rich green all come from the intrusion of the metal mineral, Copper in quartz matrix. The cabochons were cut by me and then wire wrapped in sterling silver. I also used sterling silver chain made in Italy for the Swarovski Company. The apple green Swarovski crystals are vintage AB Nautilus faceted. The sterling silver ear wires lock in the back so that they won't snag and be pulled from your ears. The earrings are approximately 3 inches from lobe to base of chain. The collar necklace is about 16 inches and the dangling pendant is another 2 inches.
The collar is a slider to open and close and is sterling silver as well.
There are four 1.5 inch round cabs in the set.

This is an elegant one of a kind set. I can't repeat the pattern as the parrot wing agate has been all used up!

This is a plastic clear icicle ornament. All of the herbs were grown in my own back yard. They are free of pesticides and herbicides, truly organic. The only sourced spices are the cinnamon, Cardamom and the Yerba Matte.
There is enough tea blend in this ornament to make three pots or five cups. It is a complex blend, rich spicy and invitingly fragrant. The ornament comes with a jingle bell and three cloth tea bags that can be washed, re-used, then composted.
The ornament makes an excellent stocking stuffer.

This necklace and earring set is made with a sterling silver chain that was made in Italy especially for Swarovski crystal beads to slide onto. This is another one of a kind piece in the "Time's Continuous Spiral" series. I seem to be rather focused on that concept at the moment. This drilled pendant is a double sided fossilized Ammonite from Madagascar. I polished it myself. The nautilus chambers are perfectly delineated and look just like owl feathers! There are patches of natural granite still attached to the surface
The surface of the front has several multi colored opalescent flashes of nacre.

The two strands that it hangs from are comprised of black rice shaped pearls, handmade glass beads from the Czech Republik along with bronze and copper African trade beads. The claps is a sterling silver S bar.

The shorter strand measures 16 inches and the longer is approx. a8 inches. It is a petite Princess length necklace. I will gladly add some extra sterling silver chain as an extension in the back without any additional charge per your request.

This is a Mentholatum cream jar from the 1930's. The Mentholatum Company was established in the 1880's and the product Mentholatum has been around since 1894! This jar measures 2 X 2 inches. It has a slight bit of crazing on one side as shown in the side photo. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The original lid still shows some of the product information.
This was in my best friend's mother's collection for over 50 years.

This knee length jacket is slightly on the smaller size of an adult women's medium. The sleeves are 3/4 length and come just to the forearm. They are 19 inches from the back of the shoulder to the cuff. The width across the shoulders is 19 inches as well. The width from armpit to armpit in back is 21 inches, across the breast armpit to armpit is 19.5 inches. The length from shoulder to the bottom is 40 inches. The hemline is 40 inches all the way around. These jackets are each a one of a kind creation. No two can be alike as they are made of various pieces of vintage fabric upcycled from other textiles. They sleeves and lining are hand stitched in.
This one is pomegranate red striped with a lavender lining. There is a very small tear in the lining in the back area, measures about 1/8 inch. The embroidery has gold, black and white embroidered flowers.
The embroidery patterns are elaborate and rich with texture and vibrant colors! They run the entire length of the jacket, around the neck, down the sides, around the base and surround each cuff.
These jackets range in age from 25-50 years old.
This is coming from a smoke free home. We do have animals, but this has been stored separately and is free of pet hair or odors.

This is Plume Agate from Mexico. I sanded, shaped and polished it into a free form Cabachon. It is polished on both sides. I used sterling silver wire to wrap it and the bale at the top can actually be unhooked so as to be placed on necklaces that are already beaded.
The beads threaded in various spots on the wire are faceted gem quality Spinels from Burma. The piece is about 2.5 inches on each of the three sides.
This is a one of a kind piece.

This Salamander is stretched out on a banana leaf and is carved on the front and back. He has delicate faceted Emeralds for eyes. The bales is sterling silver. The piece measures about 2.25 long X 1 inch wide.
The color variations throughout the piece are entirely natural and caused by minerals such as Vivianite that were present when the bone was replaced by inorganic materials over thousands of years.

I'm listing these very special carved pendants in the supplies section because I did not carve them and so don't want to misrepresent them as being my own work. The source that I get them from at the Intl. Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson AZ each spring allows me to hand pick through them. That way I can feel their texture, check for fractures or defects and become inspired by the fine details of each piece. No two are ever alike as they are individually carved.
The fossil ivory pendants and carvings are made from Fossil Walrus tusk and Wooley Mammoth tusk. These materials are thousands of years old, dug from the ground and no animal was killed to make these treasures. The fossil ivory materials come from Alaska and Canada and we comply with all US Fish & Wildlife regulations.

I fashioned this palm sized sphere on a multitude of sphere making machines. It takes a lot of stone rough material to reach the round sphere. The stone must be cut at geometric angles many times before it can be rounded and then finally polished.
It is a one of a kind piece. The Jasper and quartz create a dappled pattern over the entire surface and look like pebbles and moss in a creek bed.

Jasper is chalcedony (SiO2) quartz. It is multicolored due to impurities, which will turn the stone yellow, orange, brown and green, are the most popular colors.

This slice is an Andradite garnet. I field collected it in Clear Creek near the San Benito Gem Mine. This area has since been closed for all activities. That means I can no longer bring out any more of the lovely material. It is rare indeed.
It sparkles like black Diamonds. I trimmed it and sanded down the granite in the back. It is ready for wire wrapping or setting in a gold bezel.

The slice is approximately 2.25X1.25 inches.

This reserved bag is hand made from start to finish. Although this particular bag is unavailable I would be very happy to make another per customers wishes with a similar theme or entirely different!
I wet felted the wool to make the bag. That means I took very thin tufts of 100% natural wool and laid them out line by line and layer by layer in cross sections until I had a thick enough pile to soap, swirl, soak and roll. Eventually after making my fore-arms look like Popey's I had a piece of fully intertwined wool fabric. The design was created to appear as though tall spindly trees were reaching towards the full moon in the midnight sky. The fabric has dark blue, forest and olive green, wood brown, gray and cream colors layered throughout.
The next step was to use a punching needle with barbs to force the wool fibers into the fabric. This is done by layering additional tufts of wool onto the fabric, then working them into raised shapes and finally detailing those shapes so that they have texture. On the front of the bag a couple of "escapees" who have woken just in time for Halloween are peeking from behind the grave stones. The button for closing the top is a hand crafted red clay skull from Mexico that I found at a Day of the Dead celebration a few years back. The shoulder cord is braided with two strands of red knit over cotton and one strand of worked wool. Two skeletal hands hold the cord against the sides of the bag. The inside has a felt pocket for keys or wallet.
The bag is around 9X10 inches.
This is truly a one of a kind. I cannot repeat the pattern.

There is a tiny section with a flash of red from the nacre.

The wide band of sterling silver encircling it was hand fabricated. Both bands of silver are solid and well secured. The ring is close to a size 7.

Agate 12mm bead strand girasol effect with banded carnelian from Botswana, Africa with added gift for Thanksgiving

These beads are wonderful. They are of superior quality because they are from Botswana, Africa. They are free of cracks or dirty inclusion. They display what is called the Girasol effect, which is caused by mineral "silk" over lapping throughout the stone. Some pieces are banded and some are clean carnelian.

The beads are 12MM, very large. Each one could be used as the focal point in any design.
These are only strung on nylon cord. They do not have a clasp yet and are meant for the user to utilize in artwork. The strand is 16 inches in length.

Ancient Alchemy double point Quartz Crystal laser wand OOAK added gift for Thanksgiving

This is a very unusual piece. It was created with intentionality for ritual work in the area of receiving life force rejuvenation, grounding and "seeing" ancient alchemical formulation. It was completed at the zenith of the this month's full moon. The body of the wand is an actual fossilized deer bone. I found it while seeking Chantrelle mushrooms two winters ago in Pt. Reyes, CA. It is probably the foreleg and it still has the knuckle where the joint would have met at the wrist. It took three hours to core out the center with my dremel so that the tabular crystal point would sit snugly within. The marrow was fairly workable, but the agatized bone was very dense and only wanted to take a polish. There are pyrite crystals coating one end of the bone as can be seen in one of the photos.
The two crystals I purchased from a couple of stone cutters while living in Brazil many years ago. They both have veils and the multi faceted point looks as though a smattering of Faeries is flying through. Maybe it's meant to be the Milky Way. It is securely wrapped in 14k g.f. and pure copper wire. Gold draws in pure sunlight and vital life energy and copper is a conduit that purifies the blood and strengthens the sacral chakra's connection to this realm. The metal beads are handmade and are composed of sterling silver and copper. The rich black beads are true Jet! Jet is fossilized lignite and anthracite coal. Jet has an ancient tradition of being used in Druidic rites and when used in conjunction with amber the two can create balance in energetic polarity. Most importantly, it is believed by many magicians to be the only combination of two stones that gives a full spectrum of electrical charges, from positive to negative. Jet also assists one in working with the root, or first chakra, which is invaluable for protecting one's vital organs - kidneys, liver. Jet and fossil bone are powerful tools for working with past life regression as well. There is a combination of the classic Whitby, UK jet and Mongolian materials used to make up the beads used in this piece. The copper cage beads I created are meant to create spheres of protection around the person who is working with the wand. They are multi layered and one can place unwanted thoughts and manifestations within them to be released once processed through the tabular crystal and transformed back into neutral energy out in the ethers. I spent the next few days searching the northern California coastline for my supplies. I also made additional foraging trips to Death Valley and the San Benito Mountains for my herbs and pitch. Every ingredient in this incense has been self collected with the exception of the incendiary charcoal.
All of the ingredients in this incense have been chosen because of their relationship with the heart and throat chakras. Some of the herbs have also been known for their abilities to ignite passions throughout history. Utilize this as an aid to fill yourself with love first, then find another you wish to get close to and "Burn Baby Burn"!
This incense will burn very hot! I strongly suggest burning small amounts sprinkled over a tea light or in a heat resistant stone, metal or tempered glass vessel. It will not burn out until the pine pitch has completely dissipated.
There is enough incense in this biodegradable cloth bag to use in at least five meditations.
The box measurements are 1.75' high X 2' deep X 3' long. The weight of the incense alone is nearly a 1/2 ounce.
The box is wood with brass and tin embellishments and is lined with blood red velvet.
