This one is a tad chubbier & her wings are more sheer. Other than that it is very similar to my other white dove angel bird listing. This looks more like a free standing sculpture, but it can be hung with a little wire through the screen.
Completely carved, wood burned, & painted by me, it stands a tad under 6 inches.

Timmy had a dream of an angel when he was 3. I asked what the angel was doing & he said it held an egg, a pearl, an egg.
So I carved a little Egg Angel holding a pearl....neat symbols if you are unto that kind of thing.
Now, this is where I usually describe my original carving, BUT this is made of plaster from my own mold of my original wood carving. I added some texturing, a hanger made from antique ceiling tile...Since each one turns out differently I guess it really is original.
Measures 13" from the top of the metal tile to the bottom of it's bare foot.

Sounds like a newspaper headline. The kitten doesn't mind, but the pooch looks like he has other things on his mind.
I carved the dog & the kitty's head from basswood, and sculpted the rest of the piece from wire & painted & placed on window screen, also painted a scenic background.
The size of this charming old frame is ten and a half by fifteen and a half inches.

The title for this sweet little child is taken from an old family high chair game we used to play with new babies. This little hand carved, and painted baby is dressed in a pretty frock made of screen, and stands 4 1/4" high.
Wonderful orange, yellow, & blue-green antique SMA Corporation tin that held baby formula described: "A diet compound adapted to mothers milk" If you look closely the (c) date at the very bottom is 1929. The tin's lid is from an old Clabber Girl Baking Powder Company. It's 16 oz. & measures a tad over 4 1/2".
