This is a new offering in my skin loving goat milk soap line. This soap is moisturizing but will also give you a very gentle exfoliation with the ground oatmeal. It also has a wonderful vanilla aroma. Pamper your skin with naturally retained glycerin from the cold process method of soapmaking.

Vanilla will cause the outside of the bar to darken as shown in the picture, this particular soap actually is the color of light chocolate.

Ah Zanzibar....The Spice Trade - a bit of history:
Spices flourished in the tropical climate and fertile soil of the western areas of both Zanzibar and Pemba. By the middle of the century, the Zanzibar archipelago was the world's largest producer of cloves and the Sultan occupied so many plots that by his death in 1856, he had 45 plantations. Plots were also acquired by his children, and many concubines and eunuchs from the royal harem. Over time, several other spices such as cinnamon, cumin, ginger, pepper and cardamom were introduced. Their rich fragrance became synonymous with Zanzibar, which became known as the 'Spice Islands'.

Our soap is infused with Cinnamon, Clove, Almond essential oils, Vanilla and a hint of Orange essential oil. It is a complex bar with varying notes, not sweet but ever evolving with its rich scent, a spice treasure trove.

Ah Zanzibar....The Spice Trade - a bit of history:
Spices flourished in the tropical climate and fertile soil of the western areas of both Zanzibar and Pemba. By the middle of the century, the Zanzibar archipelago was the world's largest producer of cloves and the Sultan occupied so many plots that by his death in 1856, he had 45 plantations. Plots were also acquired by his children, and many concubines and eunuchs from the royal harem. Over time, several other spices such as cinnamon, cumin, ginger, pepper and cardamom were introduced. Their rich fragrance became synonymous with Zanzibar, which became known as the 'Spice Islands'.

Organic Green Tea:
Considering their well-documented antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, topical green tea polyphenols are said to slow down the development of some signs of aging.

Rose Hip:

Oat flour:

Jojoba oil(simmondsia chinensis):

It is mainly with this fact that jojoba oil for acne is deemed to help in the break down of sebum or oil in the plugged-up pores. Experts have suggested that in the application of this oil, the sebum and jojoba oil for acne combine readily without sealing off the pores.

Sea mud:
The high concentration of salts and minerals present in the sea are absorbed into the mud at the bottom of the sea. This mud is then extracted and packaged, with all the impurities removed. The minerals which are present are all natural minerals which your skin needs every day. By using a mud mask, you are basically feeding your skin these essential minerals. Minerals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, bromine and calcium are all needed by your skin to help maintain the right moisture levels and hydration.

Kaolin clay:
The mildest of all cosmetic clays. With its gentle nature, mineral content, absorbent properties, and ability to “fix” scents. It is a wonderful addition to your mask. Made up of fine clay particles, and has a lightweight fluffy consistency. It will gently draw impurities from the skin without removing natural oils while simultaneously exfoliating, cleansing, and stimulating circulation. It is suitable for all skin types, whether it be oily, blemish prone, normal, sensitive, dry, or mature skin.

Aloe Vera gel (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice):
Known throughout history to have medicinal properties,used to cure various ailments. Scientists have found that the Aloe Vera gel is a mixture of antibiotic, astringent, coagulating agent, pain inhibitor, cell growth stimulator and scar inhibitor. It contains a total of 70 "essential ingredients" including most vitamins including B12, minerals, enzymes, protein and amino acids.

Vegetable Glycerin:
Strong humectant properties, meaning it is able to retain moisture. There are many anti-aging benefits when using vegetable glycerine. Its excellent moisturizing properties aid in keeping skin looking young and healthy. Retaining moisture is vital for keeping skin in its best condition. It also draws oxygen into the skin, which is beneficial for anti-aging as well.

We recommend that you store your facial mask in the refrigerator, when not in use to maintain it’s optimum freshness. It will be made for you at time of order to ensure it’s freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for us to ship it to you.

We have carefully blended wonderful Colorado beeswax from the mountains with beneficial Jojoba oil as the base for our essential oil solid perfume. This blend compliments our Royal Riverbend Essential Oil Soap

A complex sophisticated scent of bergamot,clove bud and lavender.

Apply to pulse points, perfume will melt on contact with your skin.

Beeswax: Known since antiquity to have beneficially moisturizing, emulsifying and antiseptic qualities.

Jojoba Oil: Antimicrobial properties, helps to encourage healing of the skin. Prevents the growth of some bacterial and fungal microbes, attacking the skin.
Since it is very much like skin’s natural sebum, it gets easily absorbed by the skin.
Its wax esters act as a natural moisturizer.
A balanced moisturizer in the skin, not making it either oily or dry.
By reducing sebum production and protecting the skin from bacteria and contains nutrients, like vitamin E, B complex vitamins and the minerals silicon, chromium, copper and
zinc.

Skin lusciousness! It is called "Balance Dew". This lotion draws moisture to your epidermis, and works as a protective barrier with its skin loving emollients.

This is my very own in-house from scratch formulation, no bases, no unecessary additives. Why you ask, because I only wish the best for you and your skin.

Our lotion is made with the following skin loving ingredients:

Shea butter, Mango butter, Rice bran oil (a favorite oil of beautiful geishas, Rice Bran is also well received by most skin types and not occlusive), delicious Jojoba oil and vegetable glycerin (vegan friendly).

PLEASE NOTE:
This particular offering is naked...as a baby's bum. I am happy to scent with an essential oil or fragrance oil of your choice to match any of our soap offerings absolutely free.
