This is an adorable centerpiece for your Thanksgiving or Christmas table as well as magically becoming the dessert at the end of your delicious meal.

This is the amazing poppyseed rum cake from Backyard Bakery, filled with cream cheese filling and served with a mouth watering butter rum glaze. I make a cake in a two part mold, bake and trim the two sides so that they evenly match, fill it with the cream cheese frosting, press the sides together and I end up with the 3D shape of the beautiful turkey cake.
