Flower essences are the vibrational energy of the plant, they are thought to assist with emotional and psychological healing. I have created these myself. Each one contains distilled water, vinegar as a carrier and the energy of the flower.

I choose not to use alcohol as a carrier for flower essence because so many children use my essences. These essences are perfect for alcohol sensitive adults, too.
