Our cat, Murri, is definitely a great source of inspiration. This is one of a series of prints where I developed a digital drawing from a photograph, then transferred that to a block which was carved and printed by hand.

Insects are so incredibly diverse in their form and function. This large sphinx moth is well adapted to blend into its surrounding environments. Please note that the paper is made from natural fibres, so the digital image "flattens" the sheen & characteristics of the print and paper.
