This house dress is a gorgeous blend of blues,cream and taupe's. Sheer, you would need to wear something under it. Well...only if you wanted to!

Feels like cotton lawn. The tag reads Meera Brooke. The piping around the collar and sleeve bands is a lilac color. Has a side zipper. Pintucks on the bodice and skirt.

I am a 42 bust and it's large on me.

Underarm to underarm is 48 inches.
Waist is 40.
Hips are flared.
17 inches from shoulder to hem.

Gorgeous Vintage Fancy Dress - XLarge Size - Unusual Size

This beautiful deep peach colored lace and sequined party dress has been "hanging" around my house for years! I thought I would take it apart and reuse the fabric, but I just can't bring myself to do it! It's too big for me or I would wear it in a heartbeat. I have tons of pics but only get to post 5, please email me for more pictures.

It has a few tiny spots that could use a few stitches to reinfore the lace, the underskirt has some staining and age spots. Nothing horribly wrong, just the usual age issues.

It has a side zipper. The overdress is lace with lots of sequins and bead work. It has an empire waistline with a band. Check out the bottom half pictures, this is the fabulous part of the dress! The lace swings open to reveal a pleated tulle underskirt. The whole piece is lined with a cream taffeta? Not sure of the fabric content on that one!

The tag reads "Ladies Garment - Workers Union - Union Label". I did some reasearch on the tag and I believe it would date the garment in the 1960 range.

I'm a 42 bust and it's large on me!

Bust measured from underarm to underarm is 46 inches.
Band at the waist is 44 inches.
Hip is flared.
Length is 46 inches. I'm 5' 3" and it hits me a few inches above the ankle.

I use these handpainted gourds all year long for decoration, not just for Christmas!

This one is about 12 inches tall. I can't decide if the flowers look more like poinsettia or daisy's!

The colors are rich and gorgeous, ranging from burgundy to fuchsia pink with green leaves. The background is a muted metallic gold.

They Measure 14 x 14 inches. The border strips will come with these, you can apply them or not! Your choice!

Antique Silk Kimono Scarf - Shawl-The Wilted Magnolia

She held her breath as she pulled the antique kimono out of the box of old textiles from the end of auction sale that everyone else had dismissed. Beautifully preserved, how could she make this wearable for everyday yet keep the Asian influence of the piece intact? Carefully taking it apart, it was all hand stitched, she looked at the pieces and dreamed of wrapping herself in the ambiance of this gorgeous old kimono.....

And so this reversible scarf/shawl was born! Left the original width and length of the piece from the kimono, it is 13 inches by 72 inches with aqua beads on the ends. The floral/metallic design on the scarf is orginal to the kimono. I hand dyed it a flattering blue/green/fushia blend.

Perfect Christmas gift for any woman!

It is backed with the same silk, handstamped with a botanical design and left a light blue/gray. I tried to take a picture of this but it refuses to show up on camera! It's very subtle, the back is as beautiful as the front. You can wear it either way!

Handwash and hang to dry.

Well...so it is...This is a garment made from a antique pattern. You can go back!

This gorgeous piece is made from a rayon crepe, made from a l921 antique/vintage pattern. With a roll collar and ties for closure, you too can wear the same robe your great grandmother wore. A kimono style with a slight cocoon shape at the bottom.

This will fit anyone from a medium to a large. Bust measurements 38 inches up to 42 inches. Meant to be loose and flowing.

Machine wash and tumble dry cool.

I love this gorgeous color of blue/teal/turquoise! This blouse is made from silk metlasse with a embroidered silk panel that has accents done in sequins. Tiny bit of gathering at the shoulders and a slight flare sleeve, this is a very feminine top. Princess seams elongate and slim.

The fabric makes this lightweight jacket fabulous! It's a opaque puckered lacy fabric, hard to describe! The fronts can be tied or left to cascade down. I like to wear this style pinned to one side also, very slimming. It does have a bit of stretch.
