Our Perfectly Plush heat relaxers are much like "rice socks" or "heat wraps." What sets our heat relaxers apart are our specially designed inside pouch that evenly distributes rice to keep from bunching at one end and our plush minky dot liners. The perfectly plush liners feature half minky dot material and half silky material. Liners also have velcro to keep pouch secure.

Enjoy a heat relaxer to unwind after a long day, ease pains, or just keep cozy warm!

Uses for our Heat Relaxers:

Heat Therapy uses: labor pain, back and neck pain, muscle cramps, menstrual cramps, muscle fatigue, arthritic pain and stress relief.

Cold Therapy uses: (Place in freezer) minor sprains, achy joints, swelling, pulled muscles, hot flashes, exhaustion and stress relief.

Directions: (also included in your purchase)
Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes. For more heat - keep adding a minute until desired temperature.
Place on neck and shoulders, or any other hurting part of your body, and begin to let the stress melt away!
Caution: Can be extremely HOT: please use with care.
