Are you a Tim Burton fanatic? Did you just happen to fall in love with The Corpse Bride? How about an amazingly unique Halloween wedding? This is the dress for you.

The Dress
This gown features a train that has been shredded to jagged edges and painted varying shades of blue. The front of the skirt has a slit edged in dark blue just like Emily’s. The blue gradates up the train all the way to the bodice. Burton swirls can be added to gown’s train or left off. The bodice is edged in dark blue which drips down the entire top of the gown. The bodice also features a tear which exposes latex ribs. The front panel of the gown can be asymmetrical or come to a point in the center. It’s up to you.

The Veil and Headpiece
The veil is made of a layer of tulle and hand painted with black Burton swirls. It is attached to a headpiece of dried vines and silk flowers. There is also a comb attached to the headpiece to keep it securely attached.

The Wig
The wig is a mix of blues and black and is styled to be a wavy and a bit gnarled like Emily’s hair.

This is a version of my red smoldering temptress dress worn by Nicole Kidman as Satine in traditional bridal colors. This dress can be done in any combination of colors you can imagine.

I've had so many requests for this dress as a wedding gown, that I decided to add a separate listing with pictures of it as a wedding gown.

Steampunk Fairy Costume - Made To Order

How does Steampunk translate to a fairy costume? For me, this is it.

While the possibilities for this dress are endless, (add a cool women's top hat and cane, wear it as it is, etc.), but my vision of it is as a Steampunk Fairy.

Corseted Bodice
The bodice of this dress has a fully boned, lace-up corset. It is very supportive. The bodice is made of a beautiful gold and black striped silk chiffon. The sleeves are elasticized and can be worn on or off-the-shoulder. The back of the bodice laces up with a white satin ribbon and has a white "modesty panel" behind the lacings.

Full, Bustled Skirt with Brass Rivets
The skirt has layers and layers of tulle and is fully lined. It is draped with brown taffeta that bustles in the back. The front edges of the taffeta have been riveted with antique brass rivets.

Wings
The wings are worn around the shoulders. They are large white feathered wings. They are very lightweight and comfortable.

Goggles
What Steampunk Fairy would be complete without flying goggles? I painted the casing a rich brown to evoke the feeling of wood. The rims and rivets have been painted antique brass. The flip-up rims are dark black and the inner rims are clear.

This gown is a replica of the billowy tulle gown worn by Billie Burke as Glinda the Good Witch of the North in the film version of The Wizard of Oz.

This gown has a satin bodice painted in a gorgeous, sandy pink. The neckline is lined with tulle and the sleeves are huge poufs of tulle. The skirt features layers and layers of gorgeous tulle, also hand painted the same gorgeous sandy pink as the bodice. The entire gown is embellished with crystal-like stars and rhinestones. The bodice is topped with a similar rhinestone “flower” design as the film version of the gown.

The high neckline of this gown is perfectly matched with its daring backless design. The entire dress has been hand painted. Willow branches dripping down the bodice into the beautiful watery blues and greens. Waterlilies and lily pads gradiate down the skirt and all the way to the train. The water deepens into a dark blue at the bottom of the dress.

The wings are painted a beautiful blue green to bring out all the beautiful colors of the rest of the dress. These wings are attached to the gown.

Autumn Pixie - Fall-en Fairy Dress - Made to Order

This beautiful and unique gown turned into more of a sculpture than a dress! It literally looks as though you are rising out of a pile of fallen autumn leaves. It took longer than any other of my creations for this season. It just doesn't get any cooler than this!

The gown starts with a spaghetti-strapped, earthy brown bodice that has embroidered vines ending in dimensional fall leaves. The edges and straps are beaded. The back has wings of a stretchy nylon material stretched over a wire frame. The wings are painted earth brown with hints of red, yellow and green. They are attached to the gown and edged with fall leaves. The skirt of this gown is what makes it a true masterpiece. It begins with layers and layers of tulle and chiffon painted varying shades of fall, including brick red, golden yellow and earthy green. The waist of the gown is outlined with fabric leaves which then fall down the length of the skirt and into a train covered in leaves. The front of the skirt is short with jagged-edged tulle and chiffon. It reaches into a small train in the back.

Tattered Rose Fairy Dress Costume - Made to Order

I envision the Tattered Rose Fairy as a bit of a rebel fairy. She is feminine and loves roses and girly tulle gowns, but she also loves late night dancing and whiskey. Her wings are the fairy equivalent of smeared mascara after a long night out. They are weathered and a bit singed. I am certain The Tattered Rose Fairy has at least one tattoo, but most likely many more.

The Tattered Rose Fairy costume features a solid black satin bodice adorned with full deep red roses. The bodice has princess seams and a flattering scoop neck. The skirt is incredibly full tulle that has been painted a dark red and black.

The wings are sheer black distressed chiffon and edged with deep red grosgrain ribbon. They feature a clump of roses at the end of each wing.

This gown evokes the image of a fairy rising from the sea with dripping wings.

The bodice and skirt are edged with a rich blue shade that fades into a paler shade of blue.

Sun Fairy -La Fee Soleil- Dress Costume - Made to Order

The Sun Fairy glows as bright as a warm summer sky. As is often the case with the sun, the colors are much brighter in person than in a photograph.

This dress features a satin, wide-scooped neck bodice with buttons down the back. The bodice has been painted a blinding yellow with glints of oranges and reds. The full tulle skirt becomes the rays of the sun.

The wings are hand painted organza. They are a paler version of the yellow bodice and streaked with shades of orange. They can be directly attached to the dress or I can leave them unattached to be tucked into the bodice. I recommend having them attached, but it is your preference.

Absinthe Fairy - La Fee Verte - The Green Fairy Gown - Made to Order

This costume is an original design inspired by the legendary herbal elixir, Absinthe. The drink has a long history among famous artists as both a muse and a falsely reported source of insanity. This gown will be customized just for you. I will contact you with a questionnaire to answer regarding measurements and size, sleeve and skirt style preferences, and much more.

The gown pictured starts with spaghetti straps that are beaded to look like sugar cubes, a standard part of pouring Absinthe. It features a satin bodice painted "Absinthe" green which starts at the top with sugary beads and a pale, whitish green that gradually darkens to a deep green train. The skirt of the dress is pleated satin that is short in the front with jagged edges and drops to a chapel length train in the back. The front of the bodice feature pale, curled letters that say "La Fee Verte" (The Green Fairy in French.), a commonly used term in reference to Absinthe. The back of the skirt features the same style letters spelling out "absinthe." The train of the gown looks as if the sugary elixir has dripped and puddled to the ground.

A true conversation piece, you will connect with the most interesting people at the party in this gown. Those familiar with Absinthe will seek you out and those who aren't familiar with it will follow you until you explain the significance. Even without the familiarity of "The Green Fairy," this costume is sure to bring more attention than any costume in the room.
