Hand-dyed crochet in a lovely bronze shade! Adapted from a vintage tablecloth pattern from 1940 named "Enchantress." The diameter is approximately 1-1/8", surrounded by sterling silver hoops. They are lightweight and very comfortable.

The pattern for this doily was published in 1984 by Rita Weiss, American School of Needlework. It's a prime example of a newer pattern that's still a classic design. Can't go wrong with pineapples! The doily is approximately 4.75" in diameter.

I crocheted it in size 100 white cotton crochet thread and framed it in a shadowbox between two pieces of glass. The framed size is 6.375" square, and 1.75" deep. The top layer has a UV coating on it, which protects the doily but does not obscure it in any way. The shadows and reflections cast are really lovely.

I crocheted it in size 30 white cotton crochet thread and framed it in a float frame. The framed size is 11" square, and 1" deep. This would look spectacular against a wall with a strong color.

The pattern for this doily was published sometime in the 1940s or 1950s by American Thread Company, Star Book 112. It's part of a set called "Mother and Daughter." The doily is approximately 2.50" in diameter.

I crocheted it in size 100 cotton crochet thread that I first hand-dyed. The frame is a lovely fancy metal frame, with a white mat. I believe the frame is pewter, but I cannot find any markings. It is a found frame, and so it's the only one I have. The framed size is approximately 3.75" wide x 5.5" high.

The pattern for this doily is my adaptation of a doily pattern published in 1940 by The Spool Cotton Company, Clark's-Coats. The doily is approximately 1.25" in diameter.

I crocheted it in size 100 cotton crochet thread. I found this tiny daffodil frame without its glass. I couldn't find glass thin enough to fit, so this is actually a very nice piece of translucent plastic, and a bright turquoise mat. I believe the frame is pewter, but I cannot find any markings. The framed size is approximately 2.875" square.

This is a tiny doily I made while experimenting with snowflake patterns. Most definitely one-of-a-kind! The doily is approximately 1.5" in diameter. I crocheted it in size 100 cotton crochet thread, hand-dyed. The mat is black. I believe the frame is silver-plated metal, but I cannot find any markings. It is a found frame, and so it's the only one I have. The framed size is 3" diameter.
