I made this house special for Baba Yaga, so that she will not be angry with me. To make her happy, I covered the front and back in her coveted blue roses. I hope she likes it...

This chicken-legged shack is approximately 7" tall, and made of soft felt.

It does stand on its own, it's a wee bit wobbly, but can be picked up and set back down again sturdily.

This item is most certainly not for children. Those little wire claws are sharp.

This listing is for the square-shaped house shown only.

Each house is entirely hand-sewn, so yours may vary slightly from the one pictured - variances are extremely slight however and are mostly in regard to the placement of the embroidery stitching.

He is made of soft wool felt, with a string to hang by. His eyes are tiny buttons and he has little orange feets.

Roughly 2" x 4"
This bird is a rich magenta-pink, with a cream belly and wings, and violet stitching. So cute!

Here is a thing I made, it's a snake thing. Hang it on your wall and love it.

This is the first in a series of creatures I am making using muslin, watercolor paint, and embroidery floss.

The muslin is stretched over a small wooden hoop and stitched up the back. There is room between the stitches in the back to hang the piece on a hook, nail, or push-pin.

This piece is 4" across.

And, it's not waterproof, so please handle carefully. This will be shipped with love and care to wherever you are - typical product packaging is shown in the 5th photo above

I love the strange and happy things that come along with my Vietnamese take-out, hidden in little cookies...

I've had this fortune, cracked from a nasty old cookie long ago, stuck to the front of my fridge - and the paper is now full of holes and wrinkled and basically seen better days. I decided to give this happy sentiment a more pleasant display.

It's a perfect gift to someone special, or just as a quiet reminder to yourself.

This embroidery is done on wool felt, on a 3" hoop. The back is closed nicely using re-purposed fabric from a vintage napkin and signed with my initials (MS).
