This box is made by us from scratch. Two mm thick cardstock was cut, glued in form and lined with a silky damask on the outside and fitting colored paper on the inside.

The lid was constructed in the same way and covered in and out with the same fabric. All the parts of the lid are sewn together by hand.

The lid is then lavishly decorated with satin camellias and fuchsias, complete with stamens and topped off by a gorgeous silky tassel adorned with Swarovski crystals.

This box is part of a set (the price is for 1 box), (as seen at the first photograph), but is by itself already a fantastic gift for yourself or a loved one.
The box is 8’’ (20 cm) across and 5’’ (12cm) high.

Living in Turkey has some big advantages, like the beautiful abandoned beaches with just you, the sea and the blue sky. During our long beach walks, we often find all kind of treasures as sea urchins and shells.
We clean the sea urchins, fill them with foam and cover them with epoxy to make them strong.
We took two pristine vintage never used old factory stock napkin rings and adorned them with the sea urchins and creamy coin pearls.

This picture frame is one of the treasures born of our findings. We clean the sea urchins, fill them with polyurethane foam and cover them with epoxy to make them strong and shiny. We used vintage beadcaps in the centres of the urchins and vintage leaves to finish the piece.
The frame is made of resin with a wood look, it is 8 1/2'' x 11 1/2'' (21.5cm x 29cm), is ment for a picture of 5 1/2'' x 8 1/4'' (14cm x 21cm).
The seastar illustration is designed by jessicadoyle.etsy.com she designed our shop banner and bussines cards too!

A resin doll's bust is dressed in embroidered organza. Her beautiful hair is made out of jute rope. On her head a magnificent hairdo of feathers, berries and a golden crown. A dainty necklace graces her neck.

Her skirt is formed by a myriad of wax dipped berries forming a canopy, a room, a forest.

Living in Turkey has some big advantages, like the beautiful abandoned beaches with just you, the sea and the blue sky. During our long beach walks, we often find all kind of treasures as sea urchins and shells.
This candle holder is one of the treasures born of our findings. We clean the sea urchins, fill them with polyurethane foam and cover them with epoxy to make them strong and shiny.
After several weeks of puzzling and finding the right materials for these candle holders we are finally satisfied with the results!
We have dismantled the vintage candle holder, that we purchased in Turkey, and then fit a Sputnik Sea urchin and a Sea glass bead in between. Finding the right pieces was quite a challenge, but the result is smashing!
This listing is for ONE (1) candle holder, it is one of a kind. We will try to make more of this kind of candle holders but finding more material will take time, and non will be the same due to the vintage and natural materials.
